Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(8):56-58
The deficiencies in reading popularization at present were analyzed, the concepts of liberal education and liberal platform were described, and the successful experiences in liberal platform-based reading popularization in academic libraries were summarized, such as experiencing human library by stressing on communication between users, achieving the reading and education effect by applying the liberal concept, selecting reading materials based on the needs of teachers and students, and establishing special reading popularization team.
2.Apoptosis of NB4 Cells Induced by Artesunate
China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the mechanism that apoptosis of NB4 cells were induced by artesunate. METHODS: The apoptosis of NB4 cell induced by artesunate was determined by Annexin V-FITC FCM analysis and cytomorphology and the activity of Caspase-3 was determined by ELISA assay. RESULTS: Artesunate could induce apoptosis of NB4 cell with the activity of Caspase-3 increasing. CONCLUSIONS: The apoptosis of NB4 cell induced by artesunate is achieved by activating Caspase-3.

International Journal of Surgery 2013;40(8):529-533
Objective Compared with surgical operation,to investigate the clinical efficacy and advantages of interventional treatment in blunt liver traum. Methods 32 patients from July 2010 to October 2012,who were diagnosed as blunt liver trauma, received super selective hepatic artery embolization in Chinese People's Liberation Army in 98th Hospital.Another 27 ones received operation at the same time in Peolies's Liberation Army 98th (AAST grade Ⅱ to Ⅳ).Retrospective analysis of related cases was presented. The results were analyzed by t test. Results All of 32 patients that received super selective hepatic artery embolization were stanched bleeding successfully. All patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months, the mean follow-up time was 10 months, with no severe complications occurred or no lost cases. Conclusions Compared with surgical operation, interventional treatment had advantage that included eliable hemostasis, less operation time, minimally invasive and less hospitalization time.Interventional treatment had good effects on blunt liver trauma which were AAST grade Ⅱ to Ⅲ.
6.Progress in neural stem cell transplantation in the treatment of vascular dementia
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(27):5361-5366
At present, there are 8 sources of neural stem calls (NSCs), such as the early embryo, umbilical cord blood, brain tissue of adults and bone marrow, which are used for experiments. Four methods are also provided to isolate NSCs, for example, the serial passage and the gene transduction. Most of the hotspots at home and abroad are on the modulation of NSC transplantation in vivo, to make it proliferate and differentiate in hand. Most findings are achieved through experiments on rodents, no matter in vitro or vivo, which indicate that the proliferation and differentiation of NSCs can be affected by a variety of biological factors and drugs. Even more, the effects are multiple according to the factors and drugs of different kinds and the same kind of different concentrations, even the same factor would have different roles in different process of the culture of NSCs. The survival of NSCs during transplantation can also be affected by local microenvironment. Neither the NSC endogenous nor exogenous treatment is efficient. Furthermore, the body also rejects the exogenous NSCs. Taken together, it is tough for us to conclude that a factor does have some effects on the NSCs. Moreover, there are still a series of key problems unveiled clinically, such as how to perfect transplantation and whether to choose exogenous or endogenous NSCa for transplantation.
7.The Current Research on Ontology Related to Biomedicine
Journal of Medical Informatics 2009;30(7):41-44
The paper analyzes the current research on ontology related to biomedicine based on literature review through investiga-tions on related literatures. Seven hot points are elaborates by co - word analysis and cluster analysis, including the conduction of gene expression, protein - related research, development of ontology - related system and software, related research on gene and chromo-some, subject heading research related ontology, methodology research on computational biology and genomics, gene expression re-search.
8.Full range of vision and pseudoaccommodation in early stage after multifocal intraocular lens implantation
Recent Advances in Ophthalmology 2017;37(6):572-575
Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness and pseudoaccommodation in the early stage after AcrySof ReSTOR multifocal intraocular lens (IOL) and monofocal IOL implantation. Methods A total of 138 patients (158 eyes) with age-related cataract underwent phacoemulsification and IOL implantation were chosen,73eyes of 60 patients with a multifocal IOL implantation as observation group and 85 eyes of 78 patients with monofocal IOL implantation as control group. The uncorrected visual acuity, best corrected visual acuity was evaluated at 1 week,1 month, and 3 months after operation, pseudoaccommodation and quality of life was evaluated at 3 months after operation. Results The patients of both observation group and control group were able to obtain a satisfactory distance vision at 1 week,1 month, and 3 months. The uncorrected intermediate visual acuity of observation group were 0.49 ± 0.19,0.72 ± 0.21,0.77 ±0.23,which of control group were 0.24 ± 0.21,0.27 ± 0.22,0.28 ± 0.24,there were statistical differences between two groups (all P < 0.05).The uncorrected near visual acuity of observation group were 0.47 ± 0.20,0.70 ± 0.22,0.80 ± 0.24,which of control group were 0.21 ±0.23,0.23 ±0.19,0.26 ±0.18,there were statistical differences between two groups (all P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the uncorrected near visual acuity, best corrected distance, intermediate and near visual acuity between observation group and control group (all P > 0.05).At 3 months, the distance and near pseudoaccommodation of observation group were (2.56 ± 0.82) D,(3.19 ±1.13)D,which of control group were (0.87 ±0.57)D,(1.03 ±0.59) D,there were statistical differences between two groups (all P < 0.05).At 3 months,VF-14 scale score and wearing glasses as near score of observation group were 92.21 ±4.22,4.23 ±0.85,which of control group were 71.23 ± 3.96,2.01 ± 0.71,there were statistical differences between two groups (all P < 0.05).Conclusion AcrySof ReSTOR multifocal intraocular lens implantation can provide a higher level of visual acuity, pseudoaccommodation and satisfaction compared with monofocal intraocular lens.

10.Study on the status quo of medical personnel in the rural health clinics of underdeveloped areas -Taking Fengjie County as an example
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(12):1280-1283,1284
Objective To investigate the status quo of the medical staff in 6 village clinics in Fengjie County, and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality and overall quality of medical personnel in village clinics. Methods The research literature and questionnaires were used to investigate the basic situation of the village doctors, the role of the village doctors in the residents' health care, and the needs and satisfaction of the residents in the village clinics. The data were analyzed by SPSS 19.0, and the samples were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results The average age of the medi-cal staff in village clinics was (46.74±10.17) years old, and there was no medical staff under 30 years of age. The medical staff of the village health clinics had an irrational age structure, and the educational back-ground was generally low; the medical staff generally thought that their income was not high. They hope to participate in more training in medical technology; residents generally believe that the doctors' ability to diagnose and treat the disease needs to be improved. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the leading role of the government and bring into play the positive work of the medical staff in the village health clinic. It is also necessary to strengthen the training of talents, lay a solid foundation for development, take the demand as the guide to change the service concept and model, to improve the relevant mechanisms to create good surroundings for the development of medical staff in village clinics.
