Objective To study the effect of a recombinant adenovirus carrying p53 gene, B7 1 gene and GM CSF (BB 102) on the nude mice transferred with laryngeal carcinoma. Methods Nude mice model bearing laryngocarcinoma was established using human laryngeal squamous carcinoma cell line (Hep 2). Large amounts of recombinant adenovirus (BB 102) were injected into the tumor. Changes in carcinoma treated with recombinant BB 102 adenovirus were observed under light and electron microscopes. Results The difference between experimental and control groups was statistically significant. The morphology of cells infected with BB 102 was analyzed for evidence of apoptosis by transmission electron microscopy. It has been shown that wild type P53 protein can inhibit cell growth and induce apoptosis, while B7 1 and GM CSF have no such effects. Conclusions The results showed that recombinant adenovirus BB 102 has significant efficacy in suppressing tumor cell growth and in inducing their apoptosis, suggesting that BB 102 might be developed into a therapeutic agent in clinical therapy of laryngeal carcinoma
2. Analysis of inhibitory effect of CCR5 on dihydrofolate reductase expression by two-dimensional electrophoresis
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2010;29(7):768-772
Objective: To identify the differentially expressed proteins after activation of CCR5 by its ligand using two-dimensional electrophoresis. Methods: The HEK-293 cells stably expressing CCR5 were constructed. The global protein analysis in 293-CCR5 stables and mock cells was performed after treatment with RANTES. After analysis with the PDQuest image software, the differential spots were identified by MOLDI-TOF MS/MS. RT-PCR was performed to further analyze the changes at mRNA level. Results: Flow cytometry revealed that HEK-293 cells stably expressed CCR5. In this study, we analyzed the proteomic results to reveal the proteins which were significantly modulated by the activation of CCR5 with RANTES. Expression of dihydrofolate reductase was found in HEK-293 cells after RANTES treatment, which was confirmed by RT-PCR at the mRNA level. Conclusion: This proteomic study suggests that CCR5 activated by its ligand RANTES inhibits the expression of dihydrofolate reductase.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 2000;21(5):405-407
ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of aging and castration on the density of andro gen receptor(AR) in the male rat heart. MethodsAR in the heart of rats aged 40d,90d(intact and castrated) and 2 years were demonstrated by means of immunohistochemical technique and the den sity of the positive staining was measured by using image analys is. The optical density of AR in the septum of the rats were analyzed by anova and doncan process of the SAS data analysis system. Re sultsOD(AR) of the group aged 2 years was higher than that of the groups aged 40d and 90d (0. 3550±0. 0077,0. 31080. 0264 and 0. 3149±0. 0200 respectively), thetwolattergroups showed similarly intensive staining, while the value of castrated group(0. 4136±0. 0320) was signif icantly greater than that of intact same aged group. Conclusion The development of sexual gland has little influence in the density of AR in the male rat heart during prepuberty to adult, both old age and castration increase the density of AR in the rat heart.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2002;22(4):369-70
Orbscan-II anterior system was used for early diagnosis of keratoconus. 48 Eyes of 24 patients with suspicious keratoconus were examined by Orbscan-II anterior system from Dec. 1999 to Dec. 2000 and followed up. The values of Diff and anterior chamber depth (ACD) were recorded. Results indicated that values of Diff and ACD were increased in 4 eyes of 2 patients with keratoconus trend during follow-up. Taking advantage of Orbscan-II anterior system to observe the values of Diff and ACD can early diagnose the sub-clinical keratoconus. The values of Diff and ACD can sensitively report the progression of keratoconus.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
Objective To help the operator to find the alarm of Siemens StreamLab as quickly as possible. Methods Based on serial port control with VB 6.0 program, the system can catch the change of the control screen's special point and control the serial port to change the condition of the appointed pin to get a DC voltage to turn the LED on. Results The translation was implemented from screen icon alarm to LED alarm. Conclusion The LED alarm system can help the operator to observe the alarm of Siemens StreamLab promptly.
7.Empirical Analysis on Medical Ethics in the United Nations Peacekeeping Medical Support
Chinese Medical Ethics 2017;30(7):802-804,809
In the peacekeeping operations of the United Nations, medical personnel need to have clear legal compliance to solve the ethical problems encountered. The existing laws and regulations are impractical with a nar row cover, which can't meet the actual requirements.Based on the literatures and practical examples, this paper discussed the medical ethical problems involved in peacekeeping operations using the three-step method (empirical investigation, comparative analysis and summarization),and provided suggestions and countermeasures to the construction of medical ethics in peacekeeping medical support.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2001;0(04):-
Objective In order to elucidate the mechanism of migrating motor complex (MMC) in prophylaxis and treatment of cholelithiasis, the relationship and interaction between MMC and the bile duct motility were investigated. Methods Forty five adult guinea pigs were allocated into three groups with 15 each. The guinea pigs in control, prucalopride and dibazol groups were fed with saline (0.15 ml/100 g),prucalopride (0.01 mg/100 g) or dibazol (0.6 mg/100 g),respectively. The myoelectrical activities of antrum, duodenum, gallbladder(GB) and sphincter of Oddi(SO) of guinea pigs were recorded simultaneously before and after administration via implanted silver electrodes of the muscle layer. Results Positive correlation in frequency and strength of spontaneous myoelectrical activity was demonstrated among antrum, duodenum,GB and SO before administration( P
