1.The effects of Nutrison on rat gut barrier after 5-FU chemotherapy
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(5):310-313,封3
Objective To investigate and assess the effects of nutrison on rat gut barrier after 5-FU chemo-therapy. Methods Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to three groups: EN group: nutrison intestinal nutrition; STD group: nutrison intestinal nutrition + chemotherapy; CHOW group: chow+ chemotherapy. The changies such as weight, lactulose / mannitol of urine samples before and after chem-otherapy were observed. At the 8th day, colon as well as jejunum tissue were also sampled for pathological examination to measure the height of jejunum villi, the thickness of colon and jejunum. Results Compared to EN group, the body weight the height of jejunum mucosa and the thickness of colon / jejunum loss of STD group was significantly decreased, as well as the L/M inceased. The data showed that CHOW group was bet-ter than EN group. Conclusions Intraperitoneal injection of 5-FU increased the intestinal permeability of rats and damaged the function of intestinal barrier. The intestinal mucosal protection effect of nutrison EN in post-chemotherapy rats was weaker than the effect of a free-eating group.

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(09):-
Objective To study the effects of mifepristone on the expression of estrogen receptor(ER)? and progesterone receptor(PR) in the endometrium of patients with adenomyosis in different menstrual cycles. Methods Forty-seven patients with adenomyosis and 15 normal subjects were divided into 3 groups: mifepristone group(n=24),non-drug group(n=23) and control group(n=15).The expression of ER? and PR in eutopic, ectopic and normal endometrium in proliferative phase and secretory phase were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results In non-drug group, the expression of ER? and PR in ectopic endometrial glandular and stromal cells was significantly lower than that in eutopic and normal endometrium(P0.05).The expression of ER? and PR in both ectopic and eutopic endometrial glandular and stromal cells in mifepristone group was lower than that in the non-drug group(P

Journal of Shanghai Jiaotong University(Medical Science) 2006;0(08):-
Objective To study whether the mechanism of mifepristone in treating adenomyosis is suppressing matrix metalloproteinase-9 and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-1(MMP-9/TIMP-1). Methods Thirty-five patients in the mifepristone treated group(19 cases of adenomyosis) and the control group(16 cases of adenomyosis,non-drug treated) underwent hysterectomy.Endometrium was looked as eutopic endometrium and adenomyosis as ectopic endometrium.Expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in eutopic and ectopic endometrium were measured by immunohistochemical techniques. Results The ectopic endometrium of the mifepristone treated group expressed lower level of MMP-9,higher level of TIMP-1 and lower ratio of MMP-9/TIMP-1 than the ectopic endometrium of the control group(P

Programmed cell death-1 (PD-1), as a member of cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen-4 (CTLA-4), is ex-pressed on the membrane of activated T cells , B cells and macrophages.Combining with programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), PD-1 will inhibit the proliferation of T cells and further involve in T cell receptor signaling negative feedback regulation .As the signifi-cant relationship between PD-1 /PD-L1 expression and prognosis in tumor cells , monocytes and T cells of ovarian cancer patients , this review focuses on the biological significance , influencing factors , advances of related drugs and clinical application of PD-1 /PD-L1 in ovarian cancer .

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1996;0(02):-
Objective:To evaluate the influence on root resorption after distalizing molars with face bow.Methods:15 cases whose molars were distalized with face bow were selected in present research. Root lengths were measured on pre-treatment and post-treatment dental films taken with the oral positioner. The distances of molar distalization were measured on cephalometric radiographs. The differences of the pre-treatment and post-treatment root lengths were evaluated by the Paired t-test.The correlation between the distance of molars distalization and the root resorption of the maxillary molars was analyzed with Pearson's correlation coefficients. Results:The root lengths between the pre-treatment and post-treatment showed a statistically significant difference(P

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(8):951-952,964
Objective]Analysis about how Dai Sigong expounded and treated diarrhea. [Methods]Look up relevant literature, list Dai Sigong ’s expositions about diarrhea’ pathogenesis and treatments, and summarize how Dai Sigong treated diarrhea. [Results] Dai Sigong generalized some methods about diarrhea treatment, such“diaphoresis”“purgative method”“emesis method”“tonifying method”“harmonyzing method”“invigorating spleen for diuresis”“invigorating qi for ascending”“eliminating”dampness”“clearing interior heat”and so on.[Conclusion]Depanding on predecessors’ discourse analysis, Dai Sigong inherited Zhu Danxi’s academic thought, summariied diarrhea’ pathogenesis and treatments, made a breakthrough to a thought that“It’s noneffective not using diuresis to eliminate dampness”and put forword that“there are many ways to cure diarrhea by eliminating dampness”. It provided more means to therapy diarrhea for descendants and had great meanings to consult.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective To investigate the factors in association with colorectal disorders in adult recipients of liver allograft. Methods A retrospective cohort study was carried out with clinical, microbiological and management data regarding diarrhea in 218 adult recipients of liver allograft from Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2006. Results Of the 218 patients, 68(31.2%) of them, who did not history of ulcerative colitis, were found to have diarrhea after orthotopic liver transplantation. Among these 68 patients, diarrhea was probably caused by administration of immunosuppressive agents in 35 cases (51.4%), in 12 cases (17.6%) diarrhea was antibiotics associated, and in 5 cases (7.4%) it was due to intraperitoneal infection. The other pathogenic factors included fungal infection in 3 cases (4.4%), cytomegalovirus infection in 3 cases (4.4%), Roux-en-Y choledochojejunostomy in 8 cases (11.8%) and some other unknown problem related in 2 cases (2.9%). Diarrhea occurred soon after transplantation in most cases. Of the 68 patients, the symptom of diarrhea occurred in the first 2 months in 45 cases (66.2%), and in the next 4 months in 23 cases (33.8%), i.e. the symptoms occurred 5-180 days after transplantation. Conclusion Immunosuppressive agents, antibiotics, fungal infection and cytomegalovirus infection are the top four common causes of diarrhea after orthotopic liver transplantation. The outcome is good with appropriate conservative management.

Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2017;10(7):71-74
Medical service utilization monitoring of county areas residents is one of the important contents of health policy management and research.Traditional service utilization monitoring, such as National Health Services Survey (NHSS), residents healthcare treatment (clinical) data from medical insurance, had problems of high cost, large deviation, slowly updating monitoring indicators, out of time in health management decisions. The data convergence and re-architecture of multi-source data provide a new idea for the monitoring of residents'' service utilization.Different linking data-sources would come true with the tools of Microsoft Access database administration and Excel programming techniques. At the same time, a new database would be accessed with the indices of residents'' annual medical service utilization, preference in medical services, unconscionable service utilization, and lead to the promotion of medical service utilization monitoring research development.
