1.An Experimental Study of the Spinal Cord Injury Caused by the Remote Effects of Shock Waves in Head Gunshot with 7. 62 mm Bullet in Dogs
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
Thirty dogs were made into the experimental models of penetrating craniocerebral injury, and tangential brain and skull injuries, respectively. The shooting distance was 20 m. The indexes in physiology and roentgenology were observed, and the contents of spinal cord water, Evans blue dye, and sodium and potassium were estimated. Moreover, the pathological changes in spinal cord were examined. The results show that not only the brain itself but also the spinal cord could be damaged. So the injury of spinal cord should not be neglected in the treatment of the wound. The spinal cord injury may by related to the transmission of the bullet kinetic energy and the remote effect of shock waves.
2.Research progress of signaling pathways related to transducer of ErbB-2.1 gene
Cancer Research and Clinic 2016;28(6):422-426
Transducer of ErbB-2.1 (TOB1),as a member of TOB/BTG anti-proliferative proteins family, has the ability of inhibiting cell proliferation and plays an important role in some biological processes, such as cellular proliferation, cycle, growth, apoptosis, metabolism and development via involving in regulating various signaling pathways.Studies have shown that TOB1 is also closely related to tumorigenesis by participating in regulating multiple signaling pathways as to suppress malignant transformation and process. This review will focus on the research development of TOB1 related signaling pathways.
3.Analysis on Mechanism of Over-diagnosis and Over-treatment Problem Formation in Public Hospitals of China
Chinese Health Economics 2014;(5):9-11
According to the theoretical basis of using 5 gripper models of health system reform and high-value policy designing process, to define the over-diagnosis and over-treatment in the process of basic health care utilization in public hospitals of China, basing on the diagnostic framework of the internal and external environment, to explore the causes herein and discriminate the root, direct and intermediate factors that lead to the problem systematically, and identify the formation mechanism of the problem.
4.Enlightenment of ISO11620:2014 for construction of military academic libraries
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(2):46-48,52
After a description of ISO11620:2014 , the international criteria for library performance assessment , how to enforce the construction of military academic libraries was systematically elaborated in terms of improving the quality and use of their resources and infrastructures, and reducing their construction cost.
5.Risk factors of delayed bleeding after endoscopic submucosal dissection treatment for duodenal mass lesions
Chinese Journal of Digestive Endoscopy 2021;38(2):149-152
Data of 55 patients with duodenal mass lesions treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) were retrospectively analyzed. Risk factors of delayed bleeding after ESD were explored by univariate analysis and multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis. Duodenal delayed bleeding occurred in 5 patients (9.09%). No closure treatment under endoscopy( P=0.035) was significantly different between the delayed bleeding group and the non-delayed bleeding group. Multivariate non-conditional logistic regression showed no closure treatment under endoscopy was an independent risk factor for delayed bleeding after ESD in duodenal mass lesions ( P=0.029, OR=0.079, 95% CI: 0.008-0.776). Patients older than 60 years and who did not take endoscopic closure treatment have higher incidences of delayed bleeding after ESD. No closure treatment under endoscopy is directly related to postoperative delayed bleeding.
6.Acquisition and retrieval of ophthalmology academic information
International Eye Science 2014;(6):1122-1126
This article discusses how to search and access ophthalmology information based on specialized websites and resources by introducing the database, search engines, electronic journals, electronic books and so on. Hope to help ophthalmic practitioners to carry out scientific research and clinical practice.
8.Advances in detection of circulating tumor cells in non-small cell lung cancer
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2013;(14):862-865
Lung cancer is the most common cancer worldwide, accounting for approximately 18%of all cancer-related deaths. Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) have the capacity to spread into the blood stream. This capacity of CTCs is one of the most critical fac-tors for unfavorable clinical outcome of patients with NSCLC. Detection of CTCs using a simple blood test may assist in early detec-tion of lung cancer. Researchers have attempted to isolate CTCs from peripheral blood using various techniques. Although reports on CTC detection are abundant, methodological aspects concerning sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility have prevented a clear ap-praisal of the clinical impact. This paper gives a brief description of each CTC detection method.
9.Comparison of clustering methods in light of paper similarity network topology
Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;24(10):33-38
A paper similarity network was constructed in light of semantic similarity algorithm using the complex network processing package , igraph in R language , and analyzed by random walk-trap algorithm , label propagation algorithm, BGII algorithm, and Girvan-Newman algorithm, respectively. The accuracy and stability of these 4 al-gorithms were compared according to the golden standards and the D function for network community classification evaluation index, which showed that the accuracy and stability of random walk-trap algorithm were better than those of the other 3 algorithms and preconditioning of complex network was an important influencing factor for clustering .
