Polyglandular autoimmune syndromes (PAS) comprises a wide spectrum of autoimmune disorders for autoimmune inflammatory to invade.According to age of presentation, characteristic patterns of disease combinations, and different modes of inheritance,PAS are classified into four subtypes.Actual diagnosis of PAS involves clinical syndromes, serological measurement of organ-specific autoantibodies and subsequent functional testing.Principles of treatment included comprehensive assessment, hormone replacement, general consideration.
2.Observation on Therapeutic Effect in Treatment of Hypoxemic Infantile Encephalopathy by Acupuncture plus Hyperbaric Oxygen
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2006;4(5):293-295
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of acupuncture plus hyperbaric oxygen in treating hypoxemic infantile encephalopathy (HIE). Methods: Fifty-nine HIE children were divided into treatment (33 cases) and control (26 cases) groups. Both groups were treated by basic therapy of removing acidosis, controlling cerebral edema and convulsion, and intravenous drip of cerebrolysin or citicoline. The treatment group was treated by acupuncture plus hyperbaric oxygen and the control group was treated by hyperbaric oxygen only. Results: The total effective rate was 97.0% in the treatment group and 73.1% in the control group. Statistical analysis showed a highly significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncture plus hyperbaric oxygen was better than simple hyperbaric oxygen in treating HIE. Its main manifestations were shortening the course of disease, increasing cure rate, decreasing death rate and reducing the occurrence of sequelae.HIE children should be treated as early as possible.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
Whole blood samples were collected from 316 Uigur subjects inhabiting Kashi City, Sinkiang Uigur Autonomous Region, and their genomic DNA was extracted using QIAgen Blood Kit. DNA fragment spanning CCR5?32 and CCR5m303 mutation points were amplified by PCR and genotyped by directed electrophoresis and RFLP with HinCII respectively. In all 316 samples only 22 heterozygotes of CCR5?32 were found, in accordance with Hardy Weinberg equilirium. No CCR5m303 mutation was found. No difference existed between male and female individuals. The frequency of CCR5?32 in Uigur population is 3.48%, similar to Medi Asia ethnic groups (higher than that of Chinese Han people and lower than that of Caucasian people), i.e, in continuity regarding district distribution. Due to its slow down effect on clinical course of AIDS , high frequency of CCR5?32 is highly significant in prevention and treatment of AIDS in Uigur population.

Objective To investigate metformin combined with insulin aspart 30 injection (NovoMix 30) in the treatment of type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) in children and adolescents. Methods A total of 126 T1DM children over 10 years of age were randomly divided into insulin group (A) and insulin + metformin group (B). A group (n=60) was given insulin aspart 30 injection (insulin aspart 30), and B group (n=66) was given the metformin and insulin aspart 30 injection (NovoMix 30). Results The two groups can effectively control blood glucose, but the B group in the blood glucose control time, insulin dosage, the incidence of hypoglycemia, fasting blood glucose and hospitalization time were better than those of A group. There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function before and after oral administration of metformin in B group (P>0.05). Conclusion Metformin combined with insulin is effective and safe in the treatment of children with T1DM.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2015;(8):889-891
Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of two different administration routes of insulin administra?tion on juvenile type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) complicated with diabetic ketoacidosis(DKA). Methods A total of 223 cases of juvenile T1DM was included in this study, among which 98 were complicated with DKA. Insulin was delivered through either continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion(CSII) by insulin pump or via multiple subcutaneous insulin injec?tion (MSII). Recovery period of blood glucose, insulin doses that were adminstrated, the urinary ketone bodies clearance time, the recovering time from DKA and the frequency of hypoglycemia incidence were all compared between these two routes. Results Both CSII and MSII routes reversed blood glucose and DKA effectively. However the recovering time of blood glucose and DKA, insulin dosage, the urinary ketone bodies clearance time and the frequency of hypoglycemia inci?dence all improved better or quicker in CSII than in MSII. Conclusion CSII by insulin pump is safer and more effective than MSII in the treatment of junvenile T1DM with metabolic disturbance and diabetic ketoacidosis.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Objective To detect the single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) of chemokine RANTES promoter of healthy and HIV 1 infected individuals of Han and Uiygur Chinese population, and to evaluate the correlation of their SNPs with HIV 1 infection. Methods Case control study was adopted ,Genotypies of RANTES promoter 403 and 28 from 863 samples were detected by DNA sequencing or by polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length polymorphism. Results There were two SNPs and six genotypes in Chinese Han and Uiygur. 403 and 28 allelic frequencies were high, but there was no significant difference between the two healthy populations. Strong linkage disequilibrium was observed between the two SNPs. RANTES genotypes were AC/AC, AC/AG, AC/GC, AG/GC, GC/GC, and AG/AG. The haplotypes were GC 62 7% in both rases, AC 28 7% and 30 4%, AG 8 6% and 6 8% in Han and Uiygur, respectively. Compared with AC/AC, odd ratio (OR) of RANTES genotypes AC/AG, AC/GC, AG/GC, and GC/GC was associated with reduced susceptibility to HIV 1 infection. Conclusion Same high RANTES promoter mutation was found in Han and Uiygur populations. Compared with AC/AC, odd ratio (OR) of RANTES genotypes AC/AG, AC/GC, AG/GC 9.9%, and GC/GC might be associated with reduced susceptibility to HIV 1 infection. To understand molecular modules related to polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) synthesis and eventually produce PUFA at high efficiency, we developed a protein complex analysis technology in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803, and applied it to identify possible partner proteins interacting with the key enzymes that catalyze PUFA biosynthesis. We first constructed a recombinant expression of protein of slr1609 encoding the fatty acid activation enzyme, by fusing 3xFLAG tag with the target protein. Then we verified its expression by Western blotting targeting 3xFLAG tag. To maximize purification of Slr1609 protein complex, we optimized the protein expression conditions of Slr1609 in Synechocystis in a 5 L fermenter by monitoring its gene expression using RT-qPCR. The purification of the Slr1609 protein complexes was demonstrated by a Native-PAGE analysis. Finally, LC-MS/MS proteomic analysis allowed identification of the possible partner proteins interacting with Slr1609.
