1.Effect of preventive treatment of cefuroxim (zinacef) made in India and England in gynecological surgery
Journal of Practical Medicine 2005;0(12):29-32
A randomized control clinical trial was carried out in National Obstetric and Gynecological Hospital in order to assess preventive effect of cefuroxime (Zinacef, made by Glaxo Smithline in India and England) from May to July, 2005. Results show that there was no difference about preventive effect between Indian cefuroxime and English cefuroxime. However, there was a big difference about cost between the two cefuroxime. English Zinacef had a double cost compared to Indian Zinacef. Indian Zinacef 750 mg had a good preventive effect with shorten course therapy, less hospitalization day and suitable cost

2.The indication of false fetal abortment for ectopic pregnant women
Journal of Practical Medicine 2003;425(5):24-26
A retrospective cross sectional survey on 509 cases of ectopic pregnancy in National Institute of Protection of Mothers and Newborns in the year 2000 showed the rate of fetal abortment reached 23.6%. In 58% of cases of ectopic pregnancy the related factor is a history of abortment. In addition, some other factors are associated including the previous annexitis, surgery of perineum, genital tuberculosis is… Therefore an ultrasonic diagnosis for the site of the fetus before the indication of abortment and safe procedure of abortment are necessary

3.Study of the relation between environment and the mornidity model of population in some regions of Ha Noi
Journal of Practical Medicine 2003;445(3):2-3
By modern epidemiology and sociology method, 1200 households in the districts of Dong Da, Thanh Tri, Tu Liem in Hanoi city were studied. Environment is not polluted with NO2, SO2, CO, CO2, but with high dust level and noisiness. NO2, NH3 indices in water are within standard level. Concerning the microorganisms Welchii index was high in living water. The pollution with worm eggs was considerable because all examined soil samples had worm eggs. In adult, the most morbidities were high blood pressure, bronchitis, ENT diseases, gastroenteritis; in children, the most were malnutrition, acute inflammations of respiratory tract

5.Relations between results of chromosomal analysis and fetal abnormalities determined by ultrasound
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2005;0(12):28-30
Background: Abnormal chromosome may be abnormal in number or structure of chromosomes related to normal chromosomes or sex chromosomes. One sign of abnormal chromosomes that we can observe during pregnancy is the abnormal ultrasound images. Objectives: To discover the relations between the chromosomal abnormalities and some fetal abnormalities determined by ultrasound. Subjects and method: A prospective descriptive study combined with a retrospective study on 250 pregnant women with fetal abnormalities from Aug 2006 to Aug 2008. Results: Among 250 pregnant women with fetal abnormalities determined by ultrasound taken amniocentesis, rate of late amniocentesis (over 20 weeks) was the highest (50.8%), while rate of ideal amniocentesis (16-20 weeks) only accounted for 29.6%. Abnormal chromosomal rate of multiple abnormalities of fetus statistically significant were higher than that of mono abnormal of fetus (46.8% vs. 18.5%/ p<0.0l). Conclusion: Abnormal phenotype determined by ultrasound; rate of chromosomal disorder was 27.2%.

6.Relation between history of menstrual modulation aspiration and ectopic pregnancy
Journal of Practical Medicine 2001;395(3):33-36
A study was done on 111 patients with ectopic pregnancy in the Institute of Mother and Infant Protection and Care and 111 pregnant women in the same locality. Results have shown that the history of menstrual modulation aspiration related closely with the ectopic pregnancy, especially the menstrual modulation aspiration only before the round of this pregnancy. The women with 2 or more than rounds of menstrual modulation increased the risk of ectopic pregnancy. Other factors comprised induced abortion, vulvitis and having many sexual partners

7.Aspiration for menstrual modulation and risks of ectopic pregnancy
Journal of Practical Medicine 2000;383(6):47-48
A comparison of aspiration for menstrual modulation and risks of ectopic pregnancy, number of operated ectopic pregnancy and pregnant women in 10-117 cases of delivery, 5240 cases of induced abortion and 6749 cases of aspiration for menstrual modulation and 359 cases of etopic pregnancy for the past decade has shown that the aspiration for menstrual modulation related closely with ectopic pregnancy. The other risks comprised history of induced abortion and contraceptive device implantation. It should implement the diagnosis of HCG and ultrasound before indication of Aspiration for menstrual modulation.

8.Menstrual regulating aspiration and risk of ectopic pregnancy
Journal of Practical Medicine 2000;392(12):47-48
Menstrual regulating aspiration is a procedure to induce menstruation when the women have menstrual delay of suspected pregnancy. It is indicated when the menstruation has delayed less than 14 days. In the other hand, the incidence of ectopic pregnancy has increased by 2-3 times during past decade. In comparison of history of menstrual regulating aspiration and ectopic pregnancy between married childbearing women, ectopic pregnancy-operated women and the women with intrauterine pregnancy, including 10,177 deliveries, 5240 induced abortions, 6749 menstrual regulating aspirations and 359 ectopic pregnancies, it is found that there was strong relationship between menstrual regulating aspirations and ectopic pregnancy with odd ratio of 2-4 times. However, this finding should be confirmed. Other risk factors for ectopic pregnancy are history of induced abortion and IUD insertion. Menstrual aspiration should be indicated for pregnancy that was diagnosed by HCG test and ultrasound to reduce the number of menstrual regulating aspirations

9.Outpatient consultation and care for health insurance subscribers in district health centers and the use of health insurance service at the commune health station on trial in Hanoi
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2003;0(3):25-27
This cross-sectional and retrospective study was carried out on 1,200 outpatients who were examined and treated by health insurance at 4 suburban in Hanoi from 1998 to 1999. 10.The status of HIV transmission and the behaviors at risk among female sex workers of The 05 Center and drug users of The 06 Center in Hanoi and the suggestive interventions
Journal of Medical and Pharmaceutical Information 2003;0(3):30-32
The author conduct deep interviewing, team discussing for officers and drugs users and female sex workers in 2 centers, concerning the transmission of HIV, the factors influencing with the transmission of HIV at these centers. The results showed that the rate of HIV transmission at center 06 was between 20-30% and at center 05 between 40-50%. Some advantages for cross transmission such as knowledge of HIV transmission and prevention of these subjects, awareness about HIV transmission was low, and the risk behaviors were still occurred at 2 centers
