Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2012;(z2):12-14
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety offlupentixol and melitracen (deanxit) in the treatment on the patients with post-stroke depression. Methods A total of 98 patients of post-stroke depression were randomly divided and assigned to a therapy group and a control group. The two groups was given a routine treatment of stroke. The therapy group was treated with deanxit (52 patients,4 weeks). Both groups were measured by Hamilton rating scale of depression (HAMD),China stroke scale (CSS) and Barthel index(BI)before treatment and after 2 weeks and 4 weeks. Results The efficiency rate in treatment group was much higher than that in control group [86.5% (45/52) vs.43.5% (20/26),P < 0.01].HAMD score,CSS score and BI in therapy group were better those in control group 4 weeks after treatment [(9.38 ±1.80) scores vs.(14.56 ± 2.40) scores,(15.79 ± 0.83) scores vs.(28.91 ± 1.02) scores,74.6 ± 15.4 vs.59.2 ± 14.6,P < 0.05].There was obvious untoward reaction in therapy group. Conclusions It is indicated that deanxit can reduce the degree of depression and promote the neurological functional rehabilitation. It is safe and effective in the treatment of post-stroke depression.

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of poststroke epilepsy and to discuss the association with the type of stroke, the location of focus. Methods Clinical information of 64 patients with poststroke epilepsy taken from 932 patients with stroke were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the patients with first stroke, the incidence of poststroke epilepsy was 6.9%.Among them,47 cases belong to early seizure (73.4%) and 17 cases belong to late seizure (26.6%).The incidence of poststroke epilepsy was difference between ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke. There were more cases of stroke in cortical focus than subcortial one.Onset seizures type was more cases of partal seizure than generalized tonic-seizure (GTS).The treatment on early seizure could be short-range treatment and the treatment on late seizure should be long-term standardized treatment and regular. Conclusions Occurrence of poststroke epilepsy were involved in the type of stroke, the location of focus (cortex / subcortex). It is helpful for guiding the clinical therapy of patients with stroke and improving the quality of their life to analyse the clinical characteristics of poststroke epilepsy.

ObjectiveTo determine the genotypes of human papillomavirus(HPV) and to estimate their correlations with recurrence of perianal and anal condyloma acuminatum(CA) among men who have sex with men(MSM) in Shanghai.MethodsTissue specimens were obtained from the lesions of perianal or anal CA in 57 MSM.Flow-through hybridization and gene chip were used to determine the genotypes of HPV in these specimens.Follow-up was carried out to observe the recurrence of CA in these patients after CO2 laser treatment.ResultsOf the 57 specimens,56(98.2%) were positive for HPV,and a total of 11 HPV subtypes were identified. The predominant genotypes were HPV 11 (42 cases,75% ) and HPV 6 (30 cases,53.6%),sequentially followed by HPV 16 (8 cases,14.3%),HPV 18 (4 cases,7.1%),HPV 33 (2 cases,3.6%),HPV 59(2 cases,3.6%),HPV cp8304 (2 cases,3.6%),HPV 31 (1 case,1.8%) and HPV 35 (1 case,1.8%).Of the HPV-positive specimens,64.3%(36/56) harbored low risk HPV types(11 and/or 6),and 35.7 % (20/56) harbored high risk HPV types.Among the 20 specimens positive for high risk HPV,17(85%) harbored both low risk- and high risk-HPV genotypes.During the 6-month follow-up after CO2 laser treatment, recurrence was observed in 95% of patients with high risk HPV and 66.7% of patients with low risk HPV (P < 0.05).ConclusionsAmong MSM with perianal and anal CA in Shanghai, the predominant genotypes of HPV are low risk types 11 and 6; high risk HPV infection is usually complicated by low risk HPV infection; the recurrence of CA is higher in patients with high risk HPV than in those with low risk HPV.

Objective To observe the effect of SSRI combined with TCM on the treatment of depression of different TCM types. Methods 70 depressive patients of stagnation of liver qi (SLQ) were randomly recruited into a study (34 cases) and a control group (36 cases); 60 depressive patients of spleen deficiency and liver qi stagnation (SDLQS) were randomly recruited into a study (30 cases) and a control group (30 cases); and SO depressive patients of deficiency of both heart and liver (DBHL) were randomly recruited into a study (24 cases) and a control group (26 cases). Patients in the study group were treated with SSRI and TCM; with the control group was only treated with SSRI. All patients were assessed with HAMD, HAMA and CGI before treatment and after treatment at 1st weekend, 2nd weekend, 4th weekend and 6th weekend. Differences of effective rate and full remission rate were contrasted. Results ①Scores of depression scale decreased in both the study group and the control group of patients with SLQ and SDLQS at the 4th [SLQ study group: (9.01±3.45), control group (13.02±4.54); SDLQS study group (10.22±3.23)、 control group (14.12±3.87)] and 6th [SLQ study group (6.02±2.20), control group (10.22±2.10); SDLQS study group (7.25±2.20) control group (10.68 ± 3.45)] weekend, showing statistical differences; anxiety state has been improved since the 1st weekend; no obvious changes of HAMD and HAMA showed in both the study group and the control group of patients with DBHL; ②Therapeutic effects in the study group were higher than the control group of both patients with SLQ and SDLQS, showing statistical significance; while no difference can be seen between the two group of patients with DBHL; ③ No differences of full remission rate between the study group and the control group of 3 TCM types were found(SLQ:41.1%v30.6%,χ2=0.859,P>0.05; SDLQS:40.0%v33.3, χ2=0.287,P>0.05; DBHL: 33.3%v26.9%,χ2=0.244,P>0.05). ④Significant differences of HAMD and HMDA between the study and the control group of 3 TCM types were found before and after treatment Conclusion SSRI integrated with TCM may promote effective rate and decrease anxiety in patients with SLQ and SDLQS.

【Objective】 To explore the application value of different language assessment tools in the assessment of language development of 12-month-old high-risk infants, and to screen out simple and valid language assessment tools. 【Methods】 A total of 217 11- to 13-month-old high-risk infants who were followed up at the outpatient service for high-risk infants at the child health clinic of Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects. Their language was evaluated by Early Language Milestone Scale (ELMS), Putonghua Communicative Development Inventory (PCDI) and Ages and Stages Questionnaire-Third Edition (ASQ-3). With Gesell as the gold standard for the assessment of language, the area under receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC), sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, Youden index and Kappa value of the three tools were calculated. Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the different language assessment scales. The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) was used to evaluate the three tools. 【Results】 1)Among 217 high-risk infants, 78 preterm infants was the most (35.94%). The rate of delayed language development detected by Gesell, ELMS, PCDI-comprehension, PCDI-expression, ASQ-3 were 5.5%, 7.8%, 36.4%, 30.0% and 11.5%, respectively. 2)ASQ-3 had the strongest correlation with Gesell language region (r
