Better governance of private hospitals is key to deepening the health reform.In view of the present development of private hospitals in Hubei province,this paper expounded the characteristics development of private hospitals and the governance of specific measures in the province and analyzed the defects found in the legal system and mechanism.The authors also raised such recommendations as perfecting the legal system and improving the mechanism of information disclosure and evaluation.

Objective To examine the expression of inhibitory chondroitin sulfate proteoglycans (CSPGs) and in-vestigate their potential effects on neural plasticity in the peri-infarct cortex and ipsilateral thalamus after focal cerebral infarction in hypertensive rats. Methods Twenty-four adult renovascular hypertensive Sprague-Dawley rats per group were subjected to permanent right middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) or sham operation. Twelve rats which were se-lected randomly from per group at each time point were decapitated and their brains were removed and cut into coronal sections at 7 and 14 days post MCAO. The expression of CSPGs, NG2 and Neurocan was examined using immunostaining and western blot. Results All rats displayed neurological deficits to varying degrees and the expression of CSPGs, NG2 and full length Neurocan was increased in the peri-infarct cortex and ipsilateral thalamus at 7 and 14 days (P<0.05). However, there were no significant difference in either expression of CSPGs, NG2 and full-length Neurocan between 7 and 14 days or the expression of C-terminal fragment Neurocan at 7 and 14 days (all P>0.05). Conclusions CSPGs may play a negative role in neural plasticity through induction of inhibitory environment in the peri-infarct cortex and ipsilat-eral thalamus following focal cerebral infarction in hypertensive rats.

Objective To investigate the dynamic levels of autophagy after intimal injury of carotid artery. Meth-ods In this study ,40 male SD rats were randomly assigned to operated(n=20)and control groups(n=20). Balloon inju-ry was induced in the left carotid artery in operated groups .Rats in control groups just received carotid artery exposure without injury. Western blot was used to detect the levels of Beclin-1, LC3 and p62 at the third and seventh days. Immu-nofluorescence was used to examine the expression of Beclin-1 and LC3 at the third and seventh days. Results The ex-pression levels of Beclin-1 and LC3 were increased while the levels of P62 were decreased at the third and seventh days after carotid balloon injury. Beclin-1 and LC3 were present in neointima and medintima. The numbers of both Beclin-1 positive cells and LC3 positive cells were increased at the third and seventh days after carotid injury. The numbers of Be-clin-1 positive cells were 18.60 ± 1.34 in neointima and 6.40 ± 0.55 in medintima at third day, (27.6 ± 2.19 in neointima and 6.40±0.55 in medinitima at the seventh day,(all P=0.000,n=5). The numbers of LC3 positive cells were 10.60±1.52 in neointima and 3.00 ± 0.71 in medintima at third day, (P=0.000,n=5;at the seventh day 21.20 ± 2.49;3.00 ± 0.71,P=0.000,n=5). Conclusions This study domenstrates that autophagy was activated after carotid injury and the chang is dy-namic, which may contribute to neointima formation.

Background:The incidence of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)is increasing recently. However,the pathogenesis has not been fully clarified. Aims:To investigate the expressions and significance of interleukin-22( IL-22),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)and macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)in peripheral blood of patients with IBD. Methods:A total of 80 patients with IBD admitted from May 2011 to Nov. 2014 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University were enrolled,in which 43 cases were Crohn’s disease(CD),37 cases were ulcerative colitis(UC). Forty healthy subjects were served as normal controls. Peripheral levels of IL-22,MMP-9 and MIF were detected by ELISA. Multivariate Logistic regression model was used to analyze IL-22,MMP-9 and MIF in active CD and UC and ROC curve was used to evaluate the diagnostic performance of these markers for screening of active CD and UC. Results:Compared with normal control group,peripheral levels of IL-22,MMP-9 and MIF increased significantly in CD and UC groups(P <0. 05),while no significant difference was found between CD and UC groups(P > 0. 05). Peripheral levels of IL-22, MMP-9 and MIF in active CD and UC were significantly higher than those in remission stage(P < 0. 05). For screening of active IBD,the area under ROC curve(AUC)of combined detection of IL-22 and MMP-9(0. 853 for CD,0. 867 for UC) was superior to that of IL-22,MMP-9 or MIF only(0. 747,0. 770 and 0. 699 for CD,0. 774,0. 815 and 0. 761 for UC). Conclusions:Peripheral levels of IL-22,MMP-9 and MIF increase markedly in IBD patients,which are correlated closely with the activity of IBD. Combined detection of IL-22 and MMP-9 might greatly increase the accuracy for screening of active IBD.

Objective To compare the effect of microsurgery and conventional surgery in the repair of tendon rupture and the effect of postoperative adhesion prevention. Methods From February 2011 to December 2016,seventy?two patients with finger tendon rupture treated in Dongfeng Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Medical College were selected as the research objectand then randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,36 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with microsurgery treatment,the control group was treated with the traditional surgical treatment to record postoperative prognosis and adhesion of the two groups. Results At 12 weeks after operation,the recovery rate of tendon in the observation group and the control group were 94. 4％ (34/36)and 75％(27/36),respectively,the data in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (χ2=5. 552, P<0. 05 ) . At the same time, Carroll score of upper limb function in the observation group at 4 weeks and 12 weeks after the surgery were (85. 55±8. 29) and (102. 49 ±10.82),significantly higher than those in the control group ( (74.25±8.53)％,(91.44±12.49) ),the differences were statistically significant (t=6. 948,5. 323,P<0. 05). At 12 weeks after operation,the adhesion rate of tendon in the observation group was 2. 8％ ( 1/36 ) , significantly lower than that of the control group ( 16. 7％ ( 6/36) ) , ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion Compares with the conventional surgery, microsurgery in the treatment of tendon rupture repair can promote the repair of tendon tissue,improve the upper limb function,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative tendon adhesion.

An increasing number of studies have recently indicated the important effects of gut microbes on various functions of the central nervous system.However, the underlying mechanisms by which gut microbiota regulate brain functions and behavioral phenotypes remain largely unknown. We therefore used isobaric tags for relative and absolute quantitation (iTRAQ)-based quantitative proteomic analysis to obtain proteomic profiles of the hippocampus in germ-free (GF), colonized GF, and specific pathogen-free (SPF) mice. We then integrated the resulting proteomic data with previously reported mRNA microarray data, to further explore the effects of gut microbes on host brain functions. We identified that 61 proteins were upregulated and 242 proteins were downregulated in GF mice compared with SPF mice. Of these, 124 proteins were significantly restored following gut microbiota colonization. Bioinformatic analysis of these significant proteins indicated that the glucocorticoid receptor signaling pathway and inflammation-related pathways were the most enriched disrupted pathways. This study provides new insights into the pathological mechanisms of gut microbiota-regulated diseases.
