Objective To observe the application effect of fecal human rotavirus (HRV) antigen rapid detection in the diagnosis of children patients with diarrhea .Methods The stool specimens in 200 children cases of diarrhea from January 2014 to December 2015 were collected for detecting HRV antigen by using the gold standard immunochromatographic method .Results Among 200 cases of diarrhea ,129 cases were stool HRV positive with the positive rate of 64 .5% .Among 129 cases of HRV infection ,the ma‐jority were the children patients aged 6 months to 2 years old .The tools in the children patients with HRV infection were egg flow‐er soup like .Conclusion The fecal HRV antigen rapid detection has an important clinical significance for the early diagnosis and early treatment of HRV diarrhea ,so which is worth being promoted in primary hospitals .

Objective To observe the influence of ademetionine for the proteometabolism and fibrosis indexes of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods110 patients with chronic hepatitis B in our hospital from January to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group(conventional treatment of hepatitis B group)55 cases and observation group(conventional treatment and ademetionine group)55 cases. The serum expression levels of proteometabolism and fibrosis indexes of two groups before the treatment and after the treatment were detected and compared.ResultsThe serum expression levels of proteometabolism and fibrosis indexes of two groups before the treatment were compared, there were no significant differences, while the serum expression levels of proteometabolism indexes of observation group after the treatment were all higher than those of control group, the serum expression levels of fibrosis indexes were all lower than those of control group, there were all significant differences(all P<0.05).ConclusionThe ademetionine can significantly improve the expression state of proteometabolism and fibrosis indexes of patients with chronic hepatitis B,so the application value for the patients with chronic hepatitis B is relatively higher.

Objective To investigate the application value of combined detection of four diarrhea viral antigens (rotavirus ,enteric adenovirus ,norovirus ,astrovirus) in suspected food poisoning .Methods One hundred and seventy-six stool samples from the pa-tients with acute phase of suspected food poisoning were collected and performed the 4-item viral antigen detection by adopting the immunofluorescence chromatography ,and at the same time the culture and identification of pathogenic bacteria at the same time were performed .Results Among 176 stool samples of patients with suspected food poisoning ,one strain of Shigella was detected and other pathogens were not detected out ;the detection rates of four viral antigens of rotavirus ,enteric adenovirus ,norovirus and astrovirus were 9 .66% ,1 .70% ,14 .77% and 2 .84% respectively .Conclusion The combined detection of four diarrhea viral anti-gens can definite viral pathogens ,timely identify and early warn food-borne disease outbreaks .

Objective To investigate the effect of intervention management of hypertension and related risk factors. Methods One hundred and twenty hypertension patients are intervened in terms of blood uric acid, unbalanced diet, overweight, obesity, smoking, excessive drinking, stress and lack of physical activity. And after the medication, comparative analysis is carried out after 1 years follow-up supervision. Results There were significant differences in terms of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, waist circumference, body mass index(BMI),fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein (LDL),triglyceride (TG),high density lipoprotein (HDL),blood uric acid and halophilic, stroke like adaptation and cognitive ability in hypertension before and after intervention (t =10.44,8.93,3.98,2.76,7.82,5.39,3.11,3.88,2.24,2.73,5.31,5.11,6.44,3.60,6.58 respectively ;P < 0.01).There weren't significant differences regarding of smoking habit, unregularly life style and stress (P > 0.05).Conclusion The intervention on blood pressure and related risk factors based on changing lifestyles is proved to be with high efficiency in University Communities.

Objective:To investigate the expression of Rho GTPases signaling pathway in non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC)and its clinical significance. Methods:Molecules of Rho GTPases signaling pathway including RhoC, E-cadherin, MMP-2, and MMP-9 were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry in 36 specimens of non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC). The relationship between RhoC mRNA and prognosis of patients was evaluated by using Kaplan-Meier survival curve analysis. Results:There was a significant difference in the expression of RhoC mRNA between NSCLC tissues and para-cancerous tissues (P<0.01). The expression of RhoC mRNA in NSCLC was not correlated with gender, age, invasion degree, lymph node metastasis, tumor size, histological classification, and differentiation degree but correlated with different TNM stage (P<0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the expression of RhoC protein and MMP-2 protein (r=0.474, P=0.003). The survival time of patients with weak expression of RhoC mRNA was longer than those with over-expression of RhoC mRNA, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion:Over-expression of RhoC mRNA is closely correlated with the tumorigenesis and progression of NSCLC, and may be related with invasion and metastasis of NSCLC early to middle stage.

Objective To explore and compare the clinical efficacy of levetiracetam tablets and compound sodium valproate sustained release tablets in the treatment of children and adolescents with epilepsy. Methods From April 2017 to April 2018,80 children and adolescents with epilepsy treated in Chaonan Minsheng Hospital of Shantou were selected as study objects, and they were randomly divided into two groups by drawing lots, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given levetiracetam tablets, and the control group was treated with valproate. The improvement of EEG after therapy, the total effective rate, and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and evaluated. Results The EEG improvement rates after treatment for 6 months in the observation group and control group were 41.17%,45.71%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(x2 =0.508,P >0.05).The EEG improvement rates after treatment for 9 months in the observation group and control group were 70.58%,74.28%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant (x2 =0.225,P > 0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.50%,which was 95.00% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups (x2 =0.354,P > 0.05).However,the incidence rate of adverse reactions of the observation group(22.50%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(45.00%)(x2 =6.864,P < 0.05).Conclusion Both levetiracetam tablets and compound sodium valproate sustained release tablets have appreciable efficacy and safety in the treatment of epilepsy in children and adolescents, but levetiracetam therapy has less adverse reactions, which deserves further promotion in monotherapy of epilepsy in children and adolescents.
