Objective: To develop the Chinese version of the Anxiety Sensitivity Index-Revised and examine its replicability, reliability and validity. Methods: This study translated the Anxiety Sensitivity Index-Revised ( ASI-R) and examined the factor analytic structure of anxiety sensitivity in a large sample of middle school students aged 12-18 years (n = 1556) . Factor analysis of the ASI-R items resulted in a hierarchical construct with three lower-order factors loading on a single higher-order factor. Results: after revision, the number of items of the inventory reduced from 36 to 15. Anxiety sensitivity seems to be a hierarchically organized construct with one higher-order factor (anxiety sensitivity ) and three lower-order factors: Physical concern, Cognitive concern (lose of control) , Social concern, which three factors contributed to 52. 29% of total variance. Factor loadings of items were 0. 63 ~ 0. 98 , the internal correlation between items were 0. 37 ~ 0. 53 , the correlation between factors to the total score were 0. 72 ~ 0. 84, internal correlation among factors were 0. 68 ~ 0. 78. internal consistency of each factor 0. 73 ~ 0. 78. the split-half reliability was 0. 71 ~0. 76, that of test-retest was 0. 70 ~0. 78. Conclusion: The questionnaire has satisfying reliability and validity.

Objective: To explore the personality traits in the people at high risk for schizophrenia.Methods: 188 individuals at high risk for schizophrenia,and 321 normal controls were assessed by Schizotypal Personality Questionnaire(SPQ).Results: The score of negative schizotypal dimension in SPQ in the individuals at high risk was higher than in the normal controls.Conclusion: The people at high risk for schizophrenia have negative schizotypal personality traits which may represent a genetic endophenotype for schizophrnia.

The up-to-date quantitative structure-antitumor activity relationship studies of taxol analogues based on molecular modeling techniques were reviewed in the present paper. Both the common understandings and the debates about the contributions of several key structural groups, including the C13 side chain, the substituents of C14, C2 and C10 as well as the oxtane ring to the biological activities of taxol derivatives were summerized. In addition, the studies about other factors influencing the activity except for the structure and the classification research of the molecules were also discussed.

A sensitive method based on high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) has been developed for the simultaneous determination of folic acid (FA) and its active metabolite, 5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid (5-M-THF), in human plasma. The analytes were extracted from plasma with methanol solution containing 10 mg/mL of 2-mercaptoethanol and 0.025% (v/v) ammonium hydroxide. FA and 5-M-THF were more stable after the addition of 2-mercaptoethanol and ammonium hydroxide in the sample preparation procedures of this study than they were in the previously published methods. Chromatographic separation was performed on a Hedera ODS-2 column using a gradient elution system of acetonitrile and 1 mM ammonium acetate buffer solution containing 0.6% formic acid as mobile phase. LC-MS/MS was carried out with an ESI ion-source and operated in the multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) mode. The assay was linear over the concentration ranges of 0.249-19.9 ng/mL for FA, and 5.05-50.5 ng/mL for 5-M-THF. The developed LC-MS/MS method offers increased sensitivity for quantification of FA and 5-M-THF in human plasma and was applicable to a pharmacokinetic study of FA and 5-M-THF.

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and treatment-related toxicity of stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT)in patients with medically inoperable stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods SBRT was applied to 30 patients, including clinically staged T1 ,T2(≤5cm)or T3(chest wall primary tumors only), N0, M0 ,biopsy-confirmed NSCLC. All patients were precluded from lobotomy because of physical condition or comorbidity. No patients developed tumors of any T-stage in the proximal zone. SBRT was performed with the total dose of 50 Gy to 70 Gy in 10 - 11 fractions during 12 - 15 days. prescription line was set onthe edge of the PTV. Results The follow-up rate was 100%. The number of patients who completed the 1-, and 2-year follow-up were 15, and 10, respectively. All 30 patients completed therapy as planned. The complete response(CR), partial response(PR)and stable disease(SD)rates were 37%, 53% and 3%, respectively. With a median follow-up of 16 months(range,4-36 months), Kaplan-Meier local control at 2 years was 94%. The 2-year overall survival was 84% and the 2-year cancer specific survival was 90%. Seven patients(23%)developed Grade 2 pneumonitis, no grade ＞ 2 acute or late lung toxicity was observed. No one developed chest wall pain. Conclusions It is feasible to deliver 50 Gy to 70 Gy of SBRT in 10 - 11 fractions for medically inoperable patients with stage Ⅰ / Ⅱ NSCLC. It was associated with low incidence of toxicities and provided sustained local tumor control.The preliminary investigation indicated the cancer specific survival probability of SBRT was high. It is necessary to perform similar investigation in a larger number of patients with long-term follow-up.

Objective To evaluate Sysmex XS-800i,XS-1000i and XE-2100D hematology analyzers when used to detect RBC count,hemoglobin (HGB),hematocrit (HCT),mean corpuscular volume (MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin (MCH) and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration (MCHC).Methods XE-2100D hematology analyzer was calibrated after performance evaluation,and the three analyzers had the intra-day precisions measured with three levels of whole-blood quality control materials.Totally 50 whole-blood specimens were detected with the three analyzers respectively,and statistical analyses and clinically acceptable performance evaluation were carried out on RBC count and the obtained results.Results XE-2100D hematology analyzer met the clinical requirements,and the three analyzers all gained high precisions when used to measure the parameters of the whole-blood quality control materials.The correlation coefficients (r2) respectively between the three analyzers were all higher than 0.95 when used to test the 50 specimens.At all medical decision levels XS-800i and XS-1000i hematology analyzers both gained acceptable detection results except XS-800i hematology analyzer in case of 5.9×1012/L RBC count as well as 35％ or 50％ HCT.Conclusion Sysmex XS-800i,XS-1000i and XE-2100D hematology analyzers have high precisions and correlations when used to detect RBC count,HGB,HCT and MCV,and contrast test is suggested to be executed periodically to ensure the comparability of tbe result.

Objective:To evaluate the value of the crescent sign for predicting the invasiveness of lung adenocarcinoma presenting as pure ground-glass nodule (pGGN).Methods:The clinical, pathological and imaging data of 316 patients (320 pGGNs) confirmed lung adenocarcinoma by surgery and pathology from July 2013 to June 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were retrospectively analyzed. All pGGNs were divided into preinvasive group (148 pGGNs) and invasive group (172 pGGNs) according to histopathology. Logistic regression analysis was used to determine the risk factors for invasiveness of pGGN, and the ROC curve analysis was performed on each risk factor.Results:Crescent sign was found in 24 cases (16.2%) in the preinvasive group and 49 (28.5%) in the invasive group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=6.804 ,P=0.009).There were statistically significant differences in patient′s age, lesion size, shape, lobulation sign, and vascular stretch sign between the two groups ( P<0.05). The ROC curve showed that with the lesion size 10.5 mm as the optimal cut off value, the sensitivity for differential diagnosis of preinvasive and invasive lesions was 65.7%, the specificity was 61.5%, and the area under the curve was 0.666. Logistic regression analysis showed that maximum diameter of the lesion ≥10.5 mm, irregular shape, crescent sign and vascular stretch were independent risk factors of invasiveness of pGGN, and the OR value (95%CI) were 3.192 (1.981-5.144), 3.672 (1.545-8.725), 1.972 (1.104-3.521), and 2.026 (1.087-3.777), respectively. A logistic model was established based on the above four independent risk factors, and the area under curve was 0.711 (95%CI 0.655-0.768). Conclusion:Crescent sign can effectively reflect the invasiveness of pGGN. Maximum diameter of the lesion ≥10.5 mm, irregular shape, crescent sign and vascular stretch sign are independent risk factors of invasiveness of pGGN.

Objective To estimate the prevalence and related direct medical costs of chronic complications,especially cardiovascular diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,and nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in China.Method Data were extracted from the hospital information system(HIS) database of 4 top level Chinese hospitals from January 1st,2012 to May 31st,2017.Patients with T2DM were identified through international classification of diseases,tenth version (ICD-10) diagnosis supplemented with Chinese descriptions.The prevalences of complications including cardiovascular diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,nephropathy,diabetic foot,lower extremity vascular diseases,diabetic retinopathy,and diabetic neuropathy were estimated among all identified patients with T2DM.The costs per hospitalization and per outpatient visit under the primary diagnoses of each chronic complication were further estimated.Results There were 61 139 patients with T2DM,with mean age of(62.1 ± 13.6) years,50.5％ being males.66.8％ of them had chronic complications,and patient suffered from more than 2 complications on average.The most common complication was nephropathy (30.5％),followed by diabetic neuropathy (26.8％),diabetic retinopathy (26.3％),cardiovascular disease (24.9％),and cerebrovascular disease (19.2％).The cost per hospitalization was highest for cardiovascular disease(21 176 yuan),followed by diabetic foot disease(18 999 yuan) and cerebrovascular disease (16 583 yuan).The cost per outpatients visit varied from 826 to 976 yuan across different complications except for lower extremity vascular diseases (522 yuan).Conclusions The majority of patients with T2DM suffered from chronic complications.The occurrence and development of chronic complications,especially cardiovascular diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,and nephropathy,led to increased direct medical costs among patients with T2DM.Effective interventions,such as regular physical examinations and proper glycemic control,should be implemented to prevent complications among the diabetic patients.

Objective:To observe the morphological characteristics of internal carotid artery (ICA) siphon and ophthalmic artery (OA) in patients with non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) based on CT angiography (CTA) three-dimensional reconstruction of ICA siphon and OA models.Methods:A retrospective cohort study. From January 2017 to January 2019, 26 patients with 31 eyes (NAION group) who were diagnosed with NAION by ophthalmic examination at Beijing Friendship Hospital, Capital Medical Universitywere included in the study. Among them, there were 11 males with 13 eyes, and 15 females with 18 eyes; the age was 67.52±6.30 years old. Nineteen eyes of 19 non-affected contralateral eyes were selected as the contralateral eye group. Among them, there were 9 males with 9 eyes and 10 females with 10 eyes; the age was 65.95±5.66 years old. Twenty-six eyes of 26 age- and sex-matched subjects with normal fundus examination during the same period were selected as the normal control group. All subjects underwent best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), intraocular pressure, fundus photography and CTA examination. The data obtained from CT scans were reconstructed by 3D model, and the anatomical morphology of ICA siphon was divided into U-shape, V-shape, C-shape and S-shape; the diameter of ICA siphon portion and the diameter at the beginning of OA were measured. One-way analysis of variance was used to compare the diameter of the OA at the beginning of the OA and the diameter of the ICA siphon between the three groups of eyes.Results:The diameters at the beginning of OA in the NAION group, the contralateral eye group, and the normal control group were 1.17±0.20, 1.34±0.17, and 1.39±0.15 mm, respectively, and the differences among the three groups were statistically significant ( F=12.325, P<0.05); there was no significant difference between the contralateral eye group and the normal control group ( P=0.310). In the NAION group, the anatomical morphology of the ICA siphon was U-shaped and V-shaped in 20 (64.52%) and 8 (25.81%) eyes respectively, and S and C-shaped in 3 eyes (9.67%); in the contralateral eye group, in the control group, the ICA siphon shape of the eyes examined was U-shaped and V-shaped, and S-shaped and C-shaped were rare. The diameters of the ICA siphons in the NAION group, the contralateral eye group, and the normal control group were 3.50±0.69, 3.22±0.59, and 3.55±0.54 mm, respectively. There was no significant difference between the three groups ( F=1.860, P=0.163). Conclusion:U-shaped and V-shaped ICA siphons are more common in NAION-affected eyes; the diameter of the starting point of OA is significantly reduced.
