Objective: To compare the phenotype of induced dendritic cell (DC) derived from peripheral blood of the healthy individuals and the patients with oral carcinoma. Methods:15 patients with oral carcinomal at stages II or above were assigned to study group and 15 cases of healthy volunteers were assigned to control group. Leukocyte were isolated by density centrifugation. Adherent fractions were incubated in present of GM-CSF,IL-4 and TNF-? for 7 days in vitro. The morphological change of the cultured cells was observed by light microscopy and electronic microscopy. The phenotype expressions of CD83,CD1a,CD86, CD80, HLA-DR were analysized by flow cytometry. Results:Typical DCs were obtained from two groups after 7 days culture. The expression rate of CD83,CD1a on DC from healthy volunteers was significantly higher than that from patients (P0.05). Conclusion:DC derived from oral cancer patient' s peripheral blood monocyte might be more matured and is a good cell model for further immunotherapy and research.

A case of eosinophilic lymphoid granuloma(ELG)was reported and the related literatures were reviewed.ELG is rare in clinic. The etiology and pathogenesis of ELG was unclear. The clinical feature includes enlarged lymph nodes which were always predilected for the head and neck regions, eosinophilic granulocytes and serum IgE rising.Lymphoid tissue hyperplasis formation of lymphoid follicles with active germinal centres are common in pathological examination. There is diffuse infiltration of eosinophils in interfollicular and perivascular zones. Surgery, drug therapy and radiotherapy are all effective for the treatment, but recurrence is often.

Clinical data of 12 cases of Trousseau syndrome with cerebral infarction as initial presentation admitted in the neurology department of the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Hebei Medical University from December 2011 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.Of the 12 patients,4 cases had risk factors for cerebral infarction and 8 ones had no risk factors. There were 2 patients with 1 lesion and 10 patients with two or more lesions in brain imaging. The infarction lesions of 9 patients were located in 2 or more arterial blood supply areas.Ten patients showed an elevated plasma D-dimer level,5 had elevated fibrinogen level,7 showed increased blood platelet count and 8 had increased homocysteine level.Ten cases were confirmed by pathology,2 cases by clinic and imaging diagnosis. The study suggests that multiple lesions with several cerebral arteries involved, high plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen levels may be the clinical characteristics of Trousseau syndrome with initial presentation as acute ischemic stroke and lacking of risk factors. The hypercoagulation state may be the important pathogenesis of this disorder.

Objective To compare Hp(3) calibration with a homemade (A) thermoluminescent dosimeter (TLD) and an imported (B) TLD in a standard X-ray RQR radiation field, to explore the different responses of A and B, and to provide foundation for the calibration of Hp(3). Methods A column mode was selected. Hp(3) calibration was performed using A and B in a standard X-ray RQR radiation field in the Secondary Standard Dosimetry Laboratory, National Institute for Radiological Protection, China Center for Disease Control and Prevention. Angle response, energy response, and linear response were calibrated with RQR4 (60 kV), RQR7 (90 kV), and RQR9 (120 kV), respectively. Results In terms of angle response, the calibration results of A were relatively high, while the calibration results of B were relatively low. In terms of energy response, the calibration results showed a similar pattern to angle response. In terms of linear response, the calibration results of both A and B were satisfactory. Conclusion Both A and B can be used for normal calibration of Hp(3) in a standard X-ray RQR radiation field. However, in actual monitoring, attention should be paid to the energy and angle response values of TLDs.
