Aim To explore the effect of TRPV4 in thermoregulation.Methods We made the fever model with lipopolysaccharide in rat and used ruthenium red(RR) to inhibit the activity of TRPV4 to studied the content of TRPV4,cAMP and the concentration of [Ca2+]i.Result Given RR solely decreased the temperature Compared with LPS group,the increase amplitude of T,camp,[Ca2+]i all degrade in RR+LPS group And the content of TRPV4 are less than control group.Conclusion ① TRPV4 may participate the maintenance of normothermia;② The ferverscence was implemented by activating TRPV4 channel to induce a large calcium influx and then increasing the content of cAMP.

Objective To investigate the expression and signficance of secretory phospholipase A2(sPLA2>) in gastric adenocareinoma. Methods Sixty-five samples of gastric adenocarcinoma (11 with high differentiation, 10 with median differentiation and 44 with low differentiation) and 11 samples of normal gastric mucosa had been obtained from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jilin University from January 2006 to April 2007. Fifty samples of gastric adenocarcinoma were found with lymph node metastasis. The expression of sPLA2> in gastric adenocarcinoma and normal gastric mucosa was detected. The relationship between sPLA2> and the differentiation of gastric adenoearcinoma, lymph node metastasis and helicobacter pylori infection was detected. All the data were processed with chi-square test or Spearman rank correlation. Results The positive rates of the sPLA2> expression in normal gastric mucosa and gastric adenocarcinoma were 36% (4/11) and 78% (51/65). The positive rates of sPLA2> expression in low, median and high differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma were 84% (37/44), 70% (7/10) and 64% (7/11), respectively. The expression of sPLA2> was positively correlated with the malignancy of gastric adenocarcinoma (r =0.272, P <0.05). The positive rates of sPLA2> expression in gastric adenocarcinoma with and without lymph node metastasis were 88% (44/50) and 47% (7/15), respectively. The expression of sPLA2> was correlated with lymph node metastasis (X2 = 9. 347, P < 0.05). The positive rates of sPLA2> expression in gastric adenocarcinoma with and without helicobacter pylori infection were 79% (38/48) and 76% (13/17), respectively. The expression of sPLA2> was not correlated with helicobacter pylori infection (X2 = 0. 000, P > 0.05). Conclusions The activation of sPLA2> gene may be correlated with the genesis of gastric adenocarcinoma. sPLA2> may influence the invasion of gastric adenocarcinoma, and can be used as an indicator in predicting poor prognosis.

OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of sleeping body posture on sleeping structure and respiratory events in patients with OSAHS. METHOD: We assessed the sleeping body position, the sleeping structure, position specific AHI and the Epworth Sleepiness Scale (ESS) in a total of 80 patients with Positional OSAHS. The patients were grouped according to AHI: mild OSAHS (5 < or = AHI <15), moderate (15 < or = AHI < 30) and severe (AHI > or = 30). The polysomnography data and clinical characteristics were compared between each group. RESULT: The severe OSAHS group, when compared with the mild and the moderate ones, had a significant different in REM%, NREM%, NREM LSaO2, RDI, S-AHI and L-AHI due to posture (P < 0.05). The severe and the mild OSAHS groups had significant different in MSaO2, LSaO2 due to posture (P < 0.05). The moderate and the mild OSAHS group had significant different in LSaO2, REM LSaO2 and RDI (P < 0.05). In all mild, moderate and severe groups, the LT% were higher than ST%, but the difference was not significant (P > 0.05). For mild-to-moderate groups, there was no correlation between the ESS and the AHI for any position different (P > 0.05). For severe group, the ESS was significantly correlated with L-AHI (r = 0.551; P < 0.01); the REM L-AHI and NREM L-AHI was also significantly correlated with ESS of severe group (r were 0.516 and 0.528, P < 0.01). CONCLUSION The L-AHI, NREM L-AHI, REM L-AHI and NREM LSaO2 were considered to monitor the stability of OS-AHS, while REM LSaO2 were consider to clarify the severity of OSAHS.

Objective To explore the protective mechanisms of Buyanghuanwu decoction (BHD) on heart function by observing its effect on MIRI rabbits. Methods The rabbits were randomly divided into three groups, including sham group, model group, and BHD group. After pretreatment for one week, the model of myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury was established by ligating the branch of left coronary arter-y. The changes of electrocardiography were observed, and the values of LVSP, + dp/dtmax, - dp/dtmax were recorded and compared. Results Compared with the model group, the values of LVSP, + dp/dtmax, - dp/dtmax in BHD group were significantly increased (P<0.01 ). Conclusion BHD can improve heart function of MIRI rabbits.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the related factors of tonsil postoperative pain. METHOD: After founding databank a statistic analysis was performed on 90 cases with tonsillectomy who admitted in our hospital. Chi-square test were used to investigate the related factors for postoperative pain in those patients. RESULT: After Chi-square test, the important effect factors in the postoperative pain were gender, age, surgical methods, preemptive analgesia, physical analgesia and preoperative anxiety level. CONCLUSION The pain after tonsillectomy is influenced by not only surgery itself, but also by preemptive analgesia, preoperative anxiety level and so on.

Objective:To develop the Counseling Skills Rating Scale for Psychological Aids Hotline (CSRSPAH),an instrument to objectively assess the quality of process of counseling or intervention provided by hotline operators,and to test its validities and reliabilities.Methods:A draft of the scale,which consisted of 50 items under 5 dimensions,was designed in line with previous researches and the practice.In pilot study,supervisors at Beijing psychological aids hotline,assessed tape recorded sessions and gave feedbacks on the draft of the scale.The scale had been revised based on the pilot study.Twenty-eight items were deleted,and several items were rephrased.Finally,a scale which consisted of 22 items within 3 dimensions,i.e.counseling process,attitude,and communication skill,was developed.The scoring standards of the scale were also developed.To evaluate the IntraClass Coefficients (ICC) of the CSRSPAH,each of the tape records of 37 callings from 2005 to 2007 were assessed by 7 supervisors independently,using the scale.And the tape records of other 318 callings from 2013 to 2014 were also assessed by supervisors,using the CSRSPAH.The results of the 318 assessed callings were used to test the construct validities with the Confirmative Factor Analysis.The Cronbach a coefficients of the total score and three dimensions,the discriminant indices of every items,and correlations of each items and each dimensions were calculated,based on the 318 assessed callings.Results:One of the items (referral) was deleted due to excessive amount of missing data.Results of cortfirmative factor analysis of the remained 21-item scale revealed that the 3-factor construct structure of the scale was robust.The fitting indices of the confirm factor analysis were,x2/df=675.21/186,CFI =0.92,NNFI =0.91,RMSEA =0.10,SRMR =0.08.The Cronbach α coefficients of the total score,scores of counseling process,attitude,and communication skill,were 0.89,0.68,0.81 and 0.77,respectively.The ICCs of the inter-rater reliabilities of the total score and 3 dimensions of the scale were 0.67,0.59,0.59,and 0.67,respectively.The discriminant indices of all the 21 items ranged from 0.09 to 0.32.The correlation coefficients of scores of each items and scores of 3 dimensions and total scores were greater than 0.30,and reached statistical significance.Conclusion:The validities and reliabilities of the Counseling Skills Rating Scale for Psychological Aids Hotline are acceptable.The scale could be used in assessing the quality of hotline counseling or intervention,and related studies in the future.

Objective To investigate the effect of aldehyde-free fixation solution and aldehyde fixation solution on DNA and cytoplasm of nucleus.Methods The DNA quantification (IOD),discrete coefficient (CV),DNA index (DI) and nucleus area (area) were measured by DNA quantification system (ICM) in 8 different fixation solution;combined with cytological staining,the effects of different fixative solution on nuclear DNA and cytoplasmic staining were analyzed.Results Aldehyde fixation solution was better than aldehyde free fixation solution,the formaldehyde in fixtion solution has important influence on Feulgen-eosin staining.Conclusion Aldehyde fixation solution combined with cytological staining can obtained good dyeing effect,which provides the basis for the subsequent multi-technique joint diagnosis.

ObjectiveToinvestigatethecharacteristicsofsinglelacunarinfarct(SLI)andipsilateral multiple lacunar infarction (MLI), and the differences of risk factors and and pathologies betw een them. Methods The clinical data of al patients w ith cerebral infarction in acute internal carotid artery territory from August 1, 2008 to December 13, 2014 w ere analyzed retrospectively. Lacunar infarctions w ere screened according to the clinical manifestations and imaging findings. The patients w ere divided into a SLI, a unilateral MLI in the same blood supply area (MLI 1) and a unilateral MLI in the different blood supply area (MLI 2) group according to the number and location of the lesions show ed on diffusion w eighted imaging. Multivariate logistic regression analysis w as used to identify potential independent risk factors. Results The incidences of ipsilateral carotid plaque (73.33%vs.48.67%; χ2 =5.801, P=0.016), ipsilateral unstable carotid plaque ( 70.0%vs.42.5%; χ2 =7.192, P= 0.007 ), and ipsilateral carotid stenosis ≥50%(16.67%vs.1.77%; χ2 =8.327, P=0.004) of the MLI 1 group w ere significantly higher than those of the SLI group; the incidence of atrial fibril ation of the MLI 2 group w as significantly higher than that of the SLI group (40.0%vs.0.88%; χ2=15.887, P<0.001); there w ere no significant differences in the remaining risk factors among each group. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that atrial fibrilation (odds ratio [OR] 14.452, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.558-134.011; P=0.019) and ipsilateral carotid stenosis ≥50% (OR 11.483, 95%CI 2.202-59.891; P=0.011) w ere the independent risk factors for MLI. Conclusions MLI may have different risk factors and pathogeneses w ith SLI. Atherosclerotic lesions and embolism are the important pathogeneses of MLI, w hile SLI is not.
