Objective:To develop an enzyme immunoassay for the detection of Osteogenic Growth Peptide in serum for clinical investigation.Methods:Two kinds of competitive Enzyme linked immununosorbent assay were employed,based on sensitivity and shape of dose-reaction curve,the most suitable testing pattern was selected for further application.Results:Purified antibody was better than salting-out antibody in competitive Enzyme linked immununosorbent assay in terms of standard curve.Modified competitive Enzyme linked immununosorbent assay was better than competitive Enzyme linked immununosorbent assay in sensitivity.Conclusion:Modified competitive Enzyme linked immununosorbent assay for Osteogenic Growth Peptide is sensitive enough for clinical investigation.

Objective To discuss the mechanism of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction against renal interstitial fibrosis. Methods The rat models of renal interstitial fibrosis were induced by 5/6 nephrectomy, and were randomly divided into sham-operation group, model group, Liuwei Dihuang Decoction group and enalapril group. Liuwei Dihuang Decoction group was given 6.25 g/(kg?d) of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction for gavage, enalapril group was given 10 mg/(kg?d) enalapril for gavage, sham-operation group and model group were given 10 mL/(kg?d) of distilled water for gavage, 1 time per day for 12 weeks. Expressions of HIF-1α, CollI, and CollIII in kidney tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results Compared with the sham-operation group, the expressions of HIF-1α, CollI, and CollIII of renal tissue in the model group significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with the model group, Liuwei Dihuang Decoction group and enalapril group can inhibit the expressions of HIF-1α, CollI, and CollIII (P<0.05), and Liuwei Dihuang Decoction group was better than enalapril group (P<0.05). Conclusion The mechanism of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction against renal interstitial fibrosis may improve the renal tissue of chronic hypoxia to play the role of preventing renal interstitial fibrosis by decreasing the expressions of HIF-1α, CollI, and CollIII.

Objective To assess the usefulness of left ventricular contrast echocardiography in diagnosis of left ventricular myocardium noncompaction.Methods Contrast echocardiography was done in ten patients who were diagnosed or suspected with left ventricular noncompaction by common transthoracic echocardiography,for further study of the trabecular muscles extent,the continuity of the endocardium,the compact myocardium thickness,and the contrast agent in the trabecula recessus.Results By contrast echocardiography,noncompaction myocardium thickness can be perspicuously observed,the turgor of the contrast agent was vividly detected in the trabecular recessus.Especially for the measurement of compaction myocardium,the contrast echocardiography was more accurate than in the condition of the common echocardiography.Conclusions Left ventricular contrast echocardiography can be used in the diagnosis of left ventricular noncompaction,it was a good added method of conventional echocardiography.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the use and its developing trend of antidiabetics in our hospital.METHODS:A statistical analysis was conducted on the consumption sum,DDDs of antidiabetics used in our hospital from 2002 to 2006.RESULTS:Over the 5 years,the average annual incremental rates of oral antidiabetics in consumption sum,DDDs were 38.94% and 22.56%,respectively,with the kinds from joint venture and home showing the highest increasing range in consumption sum and DDDs,respectively.CONCLUSION:Antidiabetics used in our hospital has confirmed efficacy,and the kinds from home assume a predominant place,therefore,research and development for domestic drugs should be strengthened.

Chinese donation after citizen's death (CDCD) is an important way to solve the donor shortage problem,but if we can't effectively control warm ischemia time of CDCD donor,it's easy to cause grafts primary nonfunction,early grafts dysfunction and biliary complications.Nowadays,with the development of surgical techniques,the definition of warm ischemia continues has been continuously updated.The understanding on different definitions may lay the foundation for improving the survival rate of liver and kidney and effectively protect liver and kidney function after transplantation.This paper overviewed the significance of different definitions of warm ischemia and its effect on liver and renal function,which could provide a reference for further experimental study and clinical practice.

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese yam polysaccharide on the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in rats with renal ischemia reperfusion injury. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and Chinese yam polysaccharide group. Renal ischemia reperfusion injury model in rats was prepared. Seven days before operation, Chinese yam polysaccharide group was gastrically administrated with yam polysaccharide (200 mg/kg) daily, sham operation group and model group with same volume of saline respectively. BUN and SCr were detected postoperative 6 h, the protein expression of HIF-1αin renal tissue was detected by Western Blot, and HIF-1αand VEGF mRNA expression in renal tissue were detected by RT-PCR. Results Compared with sham operation group, serum levels of BUN and SCr of model group and Chinese yam polysaccharides group increased (P<0.01), and the mRNA and protein expression of HIF-1α, mRNA expression of VEGF in renal tissue increased (P<0.01). Compared with model group, serum levels of BUN and SCr of Chinese yam polysaccharide group decreased (P<0.01), and HIF-1α mRNA and protein expression, VEGF mRNA expression in renal tissue increased (P<0.01). Conclusion Chinese yam polysaccharide has obvious protective effect on renal ischemia reperfusion injury, which may be related with up-regulation of HIF-1αexpression and induction of VEGF expression.

Objective:Analysis the relationship between antiribosomal antibodies with molecular weight 38 kD and/or 15/16.5 kD protein and SLE,then to discuss the positive standard of anti ribosomal antibodies and its prevalent rate in SLE patients.Methods:262 sera from 115 SLE, 57 RA,20 SSc,39 MCTD and 31 other immune diseases were detected anti ENA antibodies by Western blot method.Results:Respectively, use 38 kD and 15/16.5 kD protein bands appear simultaneously and 38 kD protein bands appear as anti ribosomal antibodies’ positive standard, the sensitivity and specificity of anti ribosomal antibodies to SLE were 17.4%,97.3% and 28.7%,96.6% respectively.The sensitivity had significant difference (P0 05).SLE patients were dramatically dominated in 14 anti ribosomal 38 kD antibody positive patients(71.4% vs. 28.6%,P0 05).Conclusion:Anti ribosomal 38 kD antibody was closely associated with SLE but not with anti Sm antibody. Use 38 kD protein as the primary standard to verdict anti ribosomal antibody,not only can improve the positive rate of anti ribosomal antibody, but also do not depress its diagnostic specificity for SLE.So it’s worthy to spread this method. [

Objective: To analyze the influencing factors for hospitalization costs among stroke patients with different subtypes, so as to provide the reference for reducing the economic burden of patients. Methods: Data of patients with hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke who were discharged from hospitals in Nanshan District, Shenzhen City from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2021 were collected through Hospital Information System. Hospitalization costs were analyzed between hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients, and factors affecting hospitalization costs among stroke patients with different subtypes were identified using a structural equation model. Results: A total of 10 298 patients with stroke were recruited, including 2 820 patients with hemorrhagic stroke (27.38%) and 7 478 patients with ischemic stroke (72.62%). The patients with hemorrhagic stroke had a median duration of hospital stay of 19.00 (interquartile range, 18.00) d, and a median hospitalization cost of 26 759.48 (interquartile range, 51 000.87) Yuan. The patients with ischemic stroke had a median duration of hospital stay of 12.00 (interquartile range, 10.00) d, and a median hospitalization cost of 12 199.87 (interquartile range, 13 290.20) Yuan. Structural equation model analysis showed that department of hospitalization, discharge status, ways of leaving hospital, surgery and hypertension had direct effects on hospitalization costs and indirect effects on hospitalization costs through duration of hospital stay among hemorrhagic stroke patients, and duration of hospital stay had the highest total effect (0.684), followed by surgery (0.632). Employment status, admission route, department of hospitalization, ways of leaving hospital, payment mode, surgery and dyslipidemia had direct effects on hospitalization costs and indirect effects on hospitalization costs through duration of hospital stay among ischemic stroke patients, and duration of hospital stay (0.746), surgery (0.424) and department of hospitalization (0.151) ranked the top three in total effects. Conclusion The hospitalization cost is relatively high among stroke patients in Nanshan District, and duration of hospital stay and surgery have great influence on hospitalization costs among stroke patients with different subtypes.

Objective To explore the relationship between enterprising and magnanimous psychological characteristics and coping modes in cancer patients.Methods Totally 450 cancer patients were randomly chosen to analyze the correlation using enterprising and magnanimous questionnaires and cancer coping modes questionnaires.T-test,Variance analysis and Pearson analysis were employed for statisticals.Results (1) The enterprising and magnanimous psychological characteristics:cancer patients generally got lower scores in the dimensions of enterprising,magnanimous,and total score (59.30±8.09,31.98±6.24,27.32±4.02,respectively) than healthy population (67.44±5.60,34.72±4.57,32.72±3.23,respectively).In demographic level,male and female cancer patients' scores were also lower than the healthy ones'.The higher academic backgrounds they had,the better enterprising and magnanimous psychological attitudes they embraced.In the comparison of occupation,professionals in administrative and companies scored the highest in the dimensions of enterprising,workers in special techniques,commercial and service industries scored higher in the dimensions of magnanimous.All the differences were significant statistically (P＜0.05).(2) Correlation analysis:the correlation index between psychological characteristics of enterprising and magnanimous and the coping modes in cancer patients was 0.463,with a positive correlation(P＜0.01),and the indexes among in the dimensions of enterprising and confrontation were regarded as a positive correlation (r=0.415),and negative correlations (r =-0.139,r =-0.047,respectively) with avoidance and suppression and resignation (P＜0.01).Conclusion The enterprising and magnanimous mental level of cancer patients is lower,which is related to their inappropriate responses of avoidance and suppression and resignation.

Objective To investigate the level of five auto-antibodies including MCV and GPI in the serum of RA patients and assess the application value of five auto-antibodies in RA diagnosis.Methods The five auto-antibodies were detected by ELISA in serum samples of 150 patients with RA and 40 healthy controls,32 patients of SLE,30 patients of OA,20 patients of AS,20 patients of SS,20 patients of CTD.Results The positive rates of these five auto-antibodies in RA patients were significantly higher than in other group(X2=88.5,76.0,279.2,88.2,94.8,P＜0.05).Except anti-AKA,there was no the differences in the level of other antibodies among groups(X2=21.9,9.4,20.2,43.2,41.6,P＞0.05).Anti-MCV and anti-GPI has the highest sensitivity(78.0% and 83.3%),while anti-CCP has the highest specificity(97.1%)and anti-AKA has good specificity(96.1%)and lowest sensitivity(49.4%).When two antibodies were detected together,the sensitivity and specificity of MCV/CCP were highest(92.7% and 96.9%).When RF/GPI/CCP were detected together,the sensitivity and specificity were 90.7% and 96.9%,respectively.When RF/MCv/CCP were detected together,the sensitivity and specificity were 94.0% and 96.9%.Conclusions Anti-MCV and anti-GPI has the hishest sensitivity in laboratory diagnosis of RA,while anti-CCP has the highest specificity and anti-AKA have good specificity and lowest sensitivity.The combination detection can decrease the amount of missed diagnosis caused by single test. The combination detection of RF/GPI/CCP and RF/MCV/CCP will improve sensitivity and specificity for diagnosis to the RA patients.
