Objective:To compare the adverse reactions for patients with brain tumor before and after gamma knife treatment, and analyze the application effect about pertinency nursing intervention measures.Methods: From January 2015 to February 2016, 80 patients with brain tumor who were treated by gamma knife were divided in observation group (40 cases, received pertinency nursing) and control group(40 cases, received normal nursing intervention) with random number table. And to compare the nursing effect difference between the two goups.Results: The average intracranial pressure of the two groups was (186.4±34.2)mmH2O before treatment; it was (232.3±41.5)mmH2O after treatment; and the difference was statistical significant (t=7.634,P=7.634). The observation group were lower than control group in epilepsy, scalp rupture and scalp infection rate, and the difference was statistical significant(x2=4.211,x2=5.541,x2=3.914;P<0.05). The average intracranial pressure and recovery time of observation group were (195.3±36.9)mm H2O and (13.4±3.2)d, respectively, after treatment. Both of the two indexes were lower than (218.2±42.5) mmH2O and (16.1±3.7)d of control group, and the difference was statistical significant(t=2.573, t=3.491;P<0.05). The observation group were lower than control group in occurrence rates of headache, vomiting and papilledema, and the difference were statistical significant (x2=4.114, x2=5.000,x2=4.211;P<0.05); the observation group was higher than control group for treatment satisfaction, and the difference was statistical significant (x2=5.165,P<0.05).Conclusion: The intracranial pressure of brain tumor patients will significantly rise after gamma knife treatment, and the pertinency nursing can reduce the occurrence rates of adverse reaction, intracranial pressure and symptom of encephaledema.

Objective:To compare the immunology parameters and stress hormone in two groups of patients with lung cancer after radical operation and provide reference to clinical surgery.Methods:From March 2015 to March 2016, 72 cases in our hospital were accepted surgical treatment for lung cancer and divided into observation group and control group. Among them 36 cases of video-assisted thoracoscopy lung cancer radical surgery for the treatment of patients in mind as the observation group, 36 cases of open chest lung cancer radical operation were recorded as control group, respectively comparing two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative 3 days red cell immune index, index of cellular immunity, stress hormone level and blood rheology index.Results:3 days after operation, the observation group in terms of RBC-C3b, RFER levels were significantly higher than those of control group and RBC-IC and RFER were significantly lower than those in the control group. 3 days after operation, the observation group CD3+, CD4+, CD3+CD4+ were significantly higher than those of the control group, while CD8+ was significantly lower than that of the control group. 3 days after operation, the observation group NE, Cor, angiotensin II (ANG II) was significantly higher than that of the control group (t=2.181,t=10.320,t=5.924;P<0.05). 3 days after operation in observation group, the plasma viscosity, erythrocyte sedimentation equation K value were significantly lower than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (t=29.698,t=7.411;P<0.05).Conclusion:The side-effect of thoracoscopy radical resection of lung cancer is small, and it has more advantages compared with open chest lung cancer radical operation.

Objective To establish a preoperative evaluation system for breast reconstruction,and to simplify the selection of surgical methods for breast reconstruction in a standard way.Methods We investigated respectively 192 successful cases that underwent breast reconstruction from July 2003 to July 2009.The factors influencing selection of methods for breast reconstruction were studied.The results presented in more than 50 ％ were collected.Results A special table of the preoperative evaluation system for breast reconstruction was established by analyzing statistical results. Conclusions The selection of methods for breast reconstruction is simplified according to this preoperative evaluation system.

Objective To set up a method of three-dimensional breast volume measurement, to observe the effect of the artificial influencing factors on the final data, which are used for 3-D reconstruction of breast volume. Methods The CT data were used to reconstruct a digital prototype of the breast implant and the chest. The 3-D models were established firstly, and then the model was reasonablly cut to get single breast volume, breast implant volume, differences of the both sides of chest and breast volume. These methods were put up by the repeated test when the reference frame and the ranges were fixed. And the analysis of the artificial influencing factors was performed on 10 women whose breasts were unsym-metrical. The effects of the artificial influencing factors were analyzed by moving the coordinate axis, revolving the chest around the coordinate axis and changing the selected area. Results The repeatable test showed that the error was less than 4. 08 ml. The average volume differences between both sides of the breast before and after the given influencing factors were set, were 10. 339 ml and 7. 73 ml, as moved ± 4mm along the axis X; as revolving ±2° along the axis Z, that were 8. 654 ml and 7. 971 ml; as increasing or decreasing of the selected diameter of ± 4 mm, that were 6. 764 ml and 4. 267 ml, respectively. Conclusion Using the 3-D reconstruction technique for breast volume measurement is more simple, accurate and repeatable.

Objective: To explore the effect of Wamingfen on eosinophil apoptosis and oxygen free radicals and to study the influence of hydrocortisone on airway inflammation in asthma guinea pigs. Methods: Guinea pig models of asthma were induced by egg albumin. The effect of Wamingfen on plasma malonyl dialdehyde (MDA), blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px),erythrocytic superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity , serum hydrocortisone level and the percentage of EOS apoptosis in bronchial-alveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were observed. Results: Wamingfen can apparently increase the content of GSH-Px ,SOD and serum hydrocortisone, promote the apoptosis of EOS and reduce the amount of MDA. Conclusion: Wamingfen can effectively increase serum hydrocortisone content, remove the oxygen free radical, promote eosinophil apoptosis and reduce the hyper-reactivity in the inflammatory airway.

目的观察心理康复对焦虑、抑郁症状的疗效。方法对212例具有失眠、慢性头痛、头晕或多系统症状而不能用某一种疾病解释的患者,进行焦虑抑郁量表检测,并随机分为康复组(88例)和对照组(124例)。前者给予心理康复治疗,后者给予药物治疗,比较两者的疗效。结果康复组总有效率90.91%,高于对照组(74.19%)(P<0.05)。结论对综合医院中具有失眠、头痛、头晕或多系统症状而不能用某一种疾病解释的患者,应进行焦虑抑郁量表检测并给予心理康复治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical values of applying contact-mode argon plasma coagulation (APC) for retroflex colonoscopic treatment of ultra-lower rectal polyps. Methods 46 wide outsole and applanate polyps smaller than 1.0 cm located at ultra-lower rectum in 17 cases of patients were treated by contact-mode APC under U-type retroflex colonoscopy after failure in regular colonoscopic treatment. Then observe the contacting rate of APC probe with polyps, success rate of curing polyps, rate of probe being adhered and blocked by the solidification structures, incidence of submucosal emphysemas, and incidence of colonoscope ambustion. Results Under U-type retroflex colonoscopy, the probe could contact with polyps in 17 patients. The polyps in every patient were cured by APC in the first time of colonoscopic treatment, whereas all 46 polyps were cured by 97 times of APC spurt. Mild adhesions occurred between the probe and solidification structures at 5 times (5.15 %) among 97 times of APC spurt, without injuries to the coagulation surface from which when the probe separated. The solidification structures blocked the probe only twice (2.06 %). When the solidification structures were cleared, efficiency of the probe restored. No sub-mucosal emphysemas and colonoscope ambustion happened. Conclusion Applying contact-mode APC for retroflex colonoscopic treatment of ultra-lower rectal polyps is safe and effective, it can prevent the damage of colonoscope from the argon knife.

Three groups of Sprague-Dawley rats were fed on low-Se diet frow Keshan disease area, Se-supplemented diet and stock diet respectively, for observing the effect of Se on mitochoadrial monoamine oxidase (MAO) activities in myocardia. The results showed that cardiac mitochondrial MAO activities in the Se-deficient group were significantly decreased as compared to both the Se-supplemented and stock diet group, and Se content in plasma and GSH-Px activity in. red blood cells also were significantly reduced at 30, 60 and 90 days of feeding. In Se-supplemented group MAO and GSH-Px activities as well as Se content were comparable to levels in the stock diet group.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of compound glutamine in the adjuvant treatment after radical surgery of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 63 cases with gastric cancer after radical resection were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, according to random number table.32 patients in treatment group received simultaneous three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy with capecitabine monotherapy regimen, while oral administration of compound glutamine enteric-coated capsules.31 cases in control group only received chemoradiotherapy.Results In treatment group, the quality of life score for the excellent and good accounted for 40.6％ and 34.4％, significantly higher than 16.1％ and 12.9％ in control group respectively (x2 =4.63, P =0.03;x2 =4.00, P =0.04).The incidence of nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea in treatment group respectively were 31.3％ and 37.5％ , significantly less than 61.3％ and 64.5％ in control group with statistical significance (x2 =5.72, P =0.02;x2 =4.60, P =0.03).The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions in treatment group were mainly Ⅰ and Ⅱ degrees, and Ⅲ-Ⅳ degree of gastrointestinal reactions were not appear.While the antidiarrheal drugs (21.9％ vs.48.4％) and analgesics drugs (15.6％ vs.38.7％) in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared with the control group (x2 =4.87, P =0.03;x2 =4.26, P =0.04).Conclusion By administration of compound glutamine in the course of adjuvant chemotherapy after radical surgery of gastric cancer can improve the quality of life, reduce chemotherapy-induced gastrointestinal side effects, improve treatment compliance, and successfully complete the treatment.

Objective To study the prevalence of tick bites and relative factors of outpatients with fever from health care fa?cilities in Tengchong County. Methods From July to August,2014,the outpatients with fever in five health care facilities namely Tengchong Center for Disease Control and Prevention,Hehua Health Center,Jietou Health Center,Qushi Health Cen?ter and Xinhua Health Center were investigated by questionnaires. The factors related to tick bites were explored with the univari?ate analysis and multiple regression models. Results Totally 884 effect questionnaires were acquired. Among the 884 partici?pants,85(9.6%)had experienced tick bites. The frequency of tick bites was associated with locations,gender,age group,own?ership of cattle,working at foreign country,firewood cutting and lumbering in the forest(all P<0.05). The multiple regression revealed that the male and people raising cattle,working at foreign country,engaging in firewood cutting and lumbering in the forest had a more risk for tick bites. Conclusions Tick bites are common in the residents of Tengchong County. The risk of be?ing bitten varies in different populations. The local health departments should promote health education in the high?risk popula?tion to reduce the risk of infecting tick?borne diseases.
