1.Study Progress on Hepatitis E
Chinese Journal of Vaccines and Immunization 2008;0(04):-
10%~20% of acute clinical sporatic hepatitis is hepatitis E (HE). HE has a severe diaease low mortality in general population of about 0.5~1.5%. It has been reported as severe disease and the mortality increased to 20% in pregnant women and old people. China is high-epidemic for hepatitis E virus (HEV). HEV is mainly transmitted through faecaloral route, data also showed that HEV could be transferred through blood donation. The epidemiology, diagnostics and vaccine development of HE is reviewed in this paper.
2.A study on the expression and correlation of tumor necrosis factor ? (TNF-?) between saliva and serum in patients with recurrent aphthous ulceration(RAU)
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(03):-
Objective:To study the correlation of the concentrations of tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF-?)between saliva and serum in patients with recurrent aphthous ulceration(RAU).Methods:Thirty patients with light RAU and thirty healthy controls were recruited. The levels of tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF-?)were measured in both saliva and serum of patients with RAU and control subjects by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and TNF-? standard curve. Results:The concentrations of tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF-?)in saliva and serum were significantly higher(P

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2000;0(04):-
Objective To establish a differently expressed genetic profile in placental tissues of pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH). Method The total RNAs were isolated from the tissues by Trizol and mRNA was purified by Midi Kit. The expression of 17 000 genes in placental tissues of 6 PIH and 5 normoten sive women were evaluated by cDNA array technique. Results Ninety-six differently expressed genes were identified in placental tissue of PIH compared with normal pregnancy cases. Seventy-eight genes were up-regulated and 18 were down-regulated. There were 6 unclassified genes, 8 unknown expressed sequence tag (EST) fragments and 3 cDNA fragments among these differently expressed genes. The differently expressed genes were involved in transcription and translation, cell differentiation, receptor, apoptosis, immune, metabolism and growth. Conclusion The cellular mechanism of PIH involves changes in genes expression in placental tissue. Microarray is a useful method to identify differently expressed genes in tissue.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2000;0(03):-
Diabetic retinopathy is one of the most common and serious chronic complications. Recently, great quantities of researches show that there are correlations between the oxidative stress and the diabetic retinopathy. Hyperglycemia causes the oxidative stress, and it damages the retina through injuring the endothelial cells and mitochondria, generating abnormal metabolism pathway and promoting the inflammatory response, then the serious consequences have been caused such as retinal ischemia or even detachment. In clinic the antioxidant treatment has achieved some results. So this paper focuses on the relationship of the oxidative stress and the incidence of the diabetic retinopathy.
6.Level of Nitric Oxide and Amino Acids in Cerebrospinal Fluid and Serum of Epilepsy Children in Different Time
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2012;18(12):1135-1137
Objective To detect the level of nitric oxide (NO) and amino acids in cerebrospinal fluid and serum of epilepsy children in different time. Methods The level of NO and amino acids in cerebrospinal fluid and serum of epilepsy children in different time were determined with nitrate reductase and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorimetric detection. Results The level of NO2 - increased 30 min, 60 min, 120 min after seizures (P<0.01), but dropped to normal 180 min after seizures (P>0.05). The level of glutamate (Glu) significantly increased in all epilepsy groups (P<0.05). The level of glycine (Gly) dropped gradually in all epilepsy groups (P<0.05).Conclusion NO may participate in the generation of seizures and the injury process to brain. The imbalance between excitatory and inhibitory amino acids may play an important role in the pathogenesis of epilepsy. The toxicity of excitatory amino acids may be the main injury to the brain.

ObjectiveTo study of the impact on dose distribution by electron width of energy spectrum and angular distribution using Monte Carlo simulation.MethodsThe simulated electron energy spectrum and angular distributions was as the input parameters and percentage depth dose (PDD) and offaxis curves were simulated by a modified PENELOPE code package. Results PDD and off-axis dose distribution curves are almost the same and are not sensitive to energy spectrum width and angular distribution with the exception of energy spectrum width of 2.5 MeV with obviously different curves.ConclusionsIn the situation of clinical treatment, spectrum and angular distributions can be ignored when their width are not very large. It is helpful to save about 9% time by using monoenergy beams in treatment planning system development.

Journal of Practical Radiology 1991;0(03):-
Objective To study the diagnostic evaluation of spiral CT for acute pulmonary embolism(PE).Methods 24 patients with PE were scanned with SCT(Philips AVEL.)pre-and post-injection of 100 ml contrast medium(Ultravist or Omnipaque 300 mgI/ml)from elbow vein.Enhanced CT scans were started after injection of 15 and 30 seconds respecting. Results The indirect signs on plain CT image were:lung-making sparse in 12 cases;lesion of pulmonary infarction in 11 cases;pulmonary hypertension signs in 3 cases;pleural thickening in 4 cases;pleural effusions in 8 cases. The direct signs on enhanced CT images were:Intraluminal filling defect (mural filling defect in 32 vessels;partial filling defect in 30 vessels;total occlusion in 92 vessels and central filling defect that was railway-track sign in 15 vessels)and smaller caliber of pulmonary artery in 14 vessels. Conclusion Enhanced pulmonary SCT angiography is the safe, quick and effective imagilogic examination for acute PE.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
The reasons why the relationships between doctors and patients hasn't advanced to a full and true harmonious stage in our country are multiple. From the legal point of view, the research on the important legal issues of doctor-patient relationship is deficient. The law regulating the relationship is hysteretic and even lacking. The system settling the doctor-patient conflict is distempered and imperfect. Both the doctors' and patients' legal knowledge and consciousness are inadequate. Therefore,it is necessary to discuss the legal measures from the four aspects to construct a harmonious medical service system.
