4.Correlation between full-crown restorations and periodontitis observed by periodontal pathogen test
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(1):105-108
Objective:To explore the effects of different full-crown materials on the periodontal tissues.Methods:120 defected teeth were restored by full-crown with Ni-Cr alloy,Co-Cr alloy and all ceramic respectively(n =40).Periodontal clinical examination (include SGI,PLI,PD)and PCR detection of Porphyromonas gingivalis(Pg),Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans(Aa),Prevotella intermedia(Pi)and Fusobacterium nucleatum(Fn)in subgingival plaque of the abutment teeth were performed before and after restora-tion.Results:6 -24 months after restoration SGI,PLI and PD of Ni-Cr and Co-Cr groups were increased(P <0.05),while in all ce-ramic group were not changed(P >0.05).12 months after restoration the detection rate of periodontal pathogens of Ni-Cr and CO-Cr groups was higher than that of all ceramic group(P <0.05).Conclusion:All ceramic is superior to Co-Cr and Ni-Cr in crown resto-ration for periodental tissue.
5.The use of life quality questionnaire for postoperative follow-up of patients with chronic venous insufficiency
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1994;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate postoperative life quality of patients with chronic venous insufficiency(CVI). Methods According to the chronic venous insufficiency questionnaire(CIVIQ) of four sorts and twenty items, the life qualities of 169 postoperative patients receiving respectively three different surgery: super venous, perforator venous, and deep venous. The average life score of 80 is regarded as good. ResultsThe average score is 84?16 in super venous group、88?14 in perforator venous group and 82?16 in deep venous group. ConclusionsThe life quality of postoperative patients treated by deep venous valvuloplasty is satisfactory. CIVIQ is reliable and practicable for the life quality evaluation.
6.Progress in long non-coding RNA in hematopoiesis
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2016;25(9):572-576
Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) , which are closely related with human critical illness, can regulate gene expression and involve the physiological and pathological processes on epigenetic, transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels through several mechanisms. LncRNAs also play important regulation roles in the maturation and differentiation process of hematopoietic cell. Besides, in-depth exploration of their mechanism will provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of blood diseases.
