Objective To evaluate the application effect of clinical pharmacy services in the secondary prevention ot stroke. Methods Hospitalized stroke patients were selected in Taihe Hospital from June 2013 to August 2014.The patients meeting the inclusion criteria were paired and sequentially numbered, and randomly divided into observation group (n =100) and control group (n =102).The patients were treated routinely during thc hospitalization. The clinical pharmacists conducted the drug education. The control group implemented the telephone follow-up for guiding compliance behavior one month after discharge. The observation group continued to perform clinical pharmacist-leading service projects. The medication compliance (Morisky scale),systolic blood pressure (SBP),diastolic blood pressure (DBP),glycated hemoglobin (HbA1 C),serum total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein-C (LDL-C) and relapse rate were compared three months, six months and twelve months after the two groups discharged. Results The medication compliance,SBP,DBP,HbA1C,TC,LDL-C and recurrence rate after hospital discharge were no statistically significant (P > 0.05) three months after the two groups discharged, but statistically significant between the two groups (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01) six months and twelvc months after the two groups discharged.Levels of SBP,DBP,HbA1 C,TC and LDL-C in the two groups were both significantly lower than before (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).The relapse rate of the observation group three months, six months and twelve months after they discharged was 2.00%,5.00% and 15.00%,respectively,and that of the control group was 2.94%,13.72% and 28.43%,respectively.Conclusion The pharmacy services in the secondary prevention of stroke can improve the patient medication compliance and better control the blood pressure, blood glucose and blood lipid lcvcls, and reduce the relapse rate.It should be recommended in the clinical practice work.

Objective:To study the distribution of flurbiprofen axetil ( FA) microemulsion in rats and evaluate the targeting prop-erty to traumatic inflammation tissue. Methods:Traumatic injury model rats were established by hip surgery on the rat right thigh mus-cle and randomly divided into 2 groups:microemulsion group and solution group. Serums and tissues of rats were collected at 15, 30, 60, 120 and 240min after administration (iv. 5 mg·kg-1). A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with UV detection was developed to study the concentration of flurbiprofen in biological samples. Results: The elimination of flurbiprofen axetil microe-mulsion from blood and tissues was slower than flurbiprofen solution. At each 5 time points, drug concentrations of microemulsion group in injury muscle were higher than in normal muscle (P<0. 05), while solution group had no significant difference(P>0. 05). Micro-emulsion group injury muscle Te(targeting efficiency) =12. 21%, and the solution group Te =3. 97%. The Re (relative uptake rate) of injury muscle was 4. 15. Conclusion:The flurbiprofen axetil microemulsion has the targeting property to traumatic injury tissues.

ObjectiveTo characterize the neural progenitor cell in the human amnion mesenchyme and epithelial layer with specific mark proteins of neural stem cell.MethodsExpressions of specific mark proteins of neural stem cell including nestin, glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP), musashi-1, vimentin and PSA-NCAM in human amnion tissue and cultured amniotic cells were determined by immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence staining.ResultsExpressions of pluripotent neural stem cell specific makers (nestin, musashi-1, vimentin and PSA-NCAM) were detected in the human amnion mesenchyme and epithelial layer. In addition, cultured amniotic cells were expressed several neural stem cell specific markers including nestin, GFAP and PSA-NCAM. Nestin+ and GFAP+ double positive cells were identified in the human amnion tissue and cultured amniotic cells by immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence staining.ConclusionSpecific mark proteins of neural stem cell are expressed in human amnion tissue and cultured amniotic cells.

Objective To investigate the correlation between Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection-associated gastritis and the ap-optotic genes in gastric mucosa .Methods Forty-five patients with chronic gastritis were registrated in our study from November 2013 to December 2014 .HP infection status in the patients was detected by using urease test and 13C-urea breath test .The degree of gastritis in the gastric mucosa with HP infection was confirmed via histopathology .qRT-PCR was used to measure the mRNA ex-pressions of Bax ,Bak and Bcl-2 in the gastric mucosa with HP infection and matched normal gastric mucosa .Person analysis was used to assess the correlation between the HP infection-associated gastritis and the mRNA expressions of Bax ,Bak and Bcl-2 in the gastric mucosa .Results Forty-five patients with HP infection in antrum and 45 patients (100% ) with chronic antrum gastritis were identified ,including 28 patients (62 .2% ) with light gastritis ,16 patients (35 .6% ) with moderate gastritis ,1 patient (2 .0% ) with severe gastritis .9 patients (20 .0% )with metaplasia ,5 patients(11 .1% ) with low grade intraepithelial neoplasms .The urease tests were negative in the gastric body of 45 patients ,6 patients (13 .3% )were mild chronic gastritis in the body ;Patient with meta-plasia and intrapithelial gastritis was not found .The Bax expression in the HP-infected gastric mucosa was markedly increased when compared with the normal gastric mucosa (P< 0 .01) ,and positively correlated with the degree of gastritis (P< 0 .01) , whereas the expressions of Bak and Bcl-2 have no significantly deferences bttween two groups(P>0 .05) .Conclusion HP infec-tion-associated gastritis positively correlated with the expressions of apoptotic genes in gastric mucosa ,suggesting that HP infection might result in increasing the Bax expression and further enhancing the cell apoptosis .

Objective To comment the severity of severe hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD)by pediatric risk of mortality score(PRISM),and assess the performance of PRISM in predicting mortality or complication probability in HFMD.Methods Four hundred and twenty-four severe HFMD pediatric patients were recruited in the study from 1th Jan 2010 to 31th June 2013.Information on the outcome and the varia-bles required to calculate PRISM score were collected. The logistic regression model developed in the learning sample was evaluated in the test sample by calculating the area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC)curve to assess discrimination pneumorrhagia and death.Calibration across deciles of risk was evalua-ted using the Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit χ2 test. Results The area under the ROC curve were 0.87 (95%CI 0.80~0.94 )for PRISM in predicting pneumorrhagia probability. The area under the ROC curve were 0.87(95%CI 0.80~0.95)for PRISM in predicting mortality probability. The PRISM in observed and expected pneumorrhagia did not demonstrate good calibration at ten mortality risk intervals (χ2 =36.66, P<0.001 ).The PRISM in observed and expected mortality did not demonstrate good calibration at ten mortali-ty risk intervals(χ2 =41.11,P<0.001).Conclusion The PRISM score is demonstrated good discrimination of pneumorrhagia and death in HFMD pediatric patients, but the performance of calibration is not good.
