Objective To explore the relationship between self- management and DOSE index for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods The convenient sampling and Pearson correlation analysis was used in the study,a total of 81 patients was investigated with Self- Management Scale (SMS) for COPD patients and DOSE index. Results The relationship of symptom management and DOSE index for COPD patients was a positive correlation (r=0.259, P<0.05);with self- efficacy was a negative correlation(r=-0.288, P<0.05).But self- management, daily life management, emotion management and information management with DOSE index were no correlation (P>0.05). Conclusions Through health education, nurses should strengthen to effectively help patients manage symptoms, enhance self- efficacy, improve the patients′quality of life.

Objective To analyse the suffer′excrescent circumstance in chromosome who are primary amenorrhea or secondary amenorrhea and inquiry its clinical meaning .Methods Take out patients′peypheyal vein blood to cultuve ,the chromosome was pre‐pared ,G band was analysed .Results primary amenorrhea or secondary amenorrhea suffer totally 225 ,there were 63 with chromo‐som abnormal karyotyptes which occupies 28% ;Among 148 the patiens of primary amenorrhea ,chromosom abnormal karyotyptes were 55 examples which occupies 37 .16% ,secondary amenorrhea is 77 examples ,chromosom abnormal karyotyptes were 8 exam‐ples which occupies 10 .39% .Conclusion Chromosome abnormals are the main cause of primary amenorrhea and secondary amen‐orrhea .in patients with chromosom analyse ,to kncw the cause of amenorrhea ,early symptomatic treatment is important .

As the important content of excellent quality nursing service, the performance appraisal of nursing staff was closely interrelated to their income distribution, professional title promotion and excellence choosing. Performance appraisal was the requisite part of nursing resource management. This study gave an overview about conception and development of nursing staff′s performance appraisal and summarize key performance indicator,balanced score card,SMART principle and 360 degrees performance appraisal, which was mainly used in domestic hospital. It suggested nursing manager should have complementary advantages of them and utilize foreign mature methods to explore and improve our countries performance appraisal of nursing staff and formulate the system which was in keeping with China′s national conditions.

Objective:To study the cytotoxicity of PHEMA /CPC composite hydrogel.Methods:L929 cells were cultured by RP-MI1 640 with 1 0% fetal bovine serum(blank control),with PHEMA /CPC extraction(experimental group),high density polyethy-lene(HDPE)extracts(negative control)and 5% DMSO(positive control)for 24,48 and 72 h respectively.The cell proliferation was examined by MTT assay.Cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry and Annexin V-FITC /PI kit.Results:The A value of positive control group decreased with the increase of culture time(P <0.01 )(between experimental and negative control groups,P>0.05).The cytotoxicity of the experimental group was grade Ⅰ.That of other groups increased with the increase of culture time. Cell apoptosis(%)in PHEMA /CPC composite hydrogel group and blank group was 4.21 ±0.30 and 4.89 ±0.39 respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion:Injectable PHEMA /CPC composite hydrogel has no cytotoxicity and no effect on cell apoptosis.

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of urinary kallidinogenase on acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and sixty-four patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group with urinary kallidinogenase(86 cases)and control group (78 cases).According to Chinese guidelines for prevention and management cerebrovascular disease,two groups were treated with basic therapy,such as antiplatelet,neurologic protection,blood pressure control,and so on.On basis of control group,treatment group Was administrated intravenous injection of urinary kallidinogenase 0.15 PNA U per day for 10 days.The primary efficacy Was evaluated by the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score and Barthel index.Results The score of NIHSS and Barthel index at 15 days after treatment in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group[(6.67±3.02)scores vs(7.42±3.02)scores;75.36±23.56 vs 68.36±22.36,P＜0.05].Urinary kallidinogenase could significantly reduce neurological deficits in big artherosclerosis type by TOAST typing.Conclusion Urinary kallidinogenase may be effective and safe in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.

Objective:To investigate effects of strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney and their combination before and after exercise on relative indexes of metabolism of glucose and amino acids.Methods:Strengthening the spleen alone,tonifying the kidney alone or their combination before and after exercise was given to the rat receiving 7-week gradually increasing load exercise on a running platform,and after quantitative load,contents of serum lactic acid,urea nitrogen,glucose,hepatic glycogen,muscle glycogen,hemoglobin,and malondialdehyde(MDA)in renal tissue and activity of superoxide dismulase(SOD)in the renal tissue were determined.Results:Strengthening the spleen before exercise increased hepatic and muscle glycogen contents,and tonifying the kidney before exercise increased muscle glycogen content,and strengthening the spleen combined with tonifying the kidney before and after exercise increased hemoglobin level,strengthening the spleen followed by tonifying the kidney before exercise decreased serum lactic acid and urea nitrogen levels,increased muscle glycogen content and SOD activity/MDA content ratio in the kidney.Conclusion:Strengthening the spleen and tonifying the kidney play a certain role in reducing motion-related fatigue,while strengthening the spleen followed by tonifying the kidney before exercise has the best results.

Objectives:To investigate the characteristics of clinical changes during maintenance therapy of chronic periodontitis.Methods:22 patients with chronic periodontitis were enrolled in a 9-month maintenance care program after non-surgical periodontal therapy.Oral hygiene instructions together with supra-and sub-gingival scaling and root planing were carried out every 3 months.Clinical parameters including probing pocket depth(PPD),probing attachment level(PAL),and bleeding on probing(BOP) were recorded at baseline and each re-examination point.Results:The mean PPD decreased by 0.44 mm,PAL increased by 0.38 mm and BOP point number decreased by 18.94%.The recoveries were mainly observed during the first 3 months.Sites with ≥4 mm pocket at baseline exhibited a greater percentage of pocket deepening than those with initial shallow pocket.The incidence of the sites with PPD deeping of posterior teeth increased more than that of anterior teeth(P
