OBJECTIVE:To explore the inhibitory effects and mechanism of Rhizoma Sparganii and Rhizoma Curcumae on the angiogenesis of new granulation tissue in sponge.METHODS:The experimental endometriosis in female rats was established with sponge implantation.The effects of Rhizoma Sparganii and Rhizoma Curcumae on the angiogenesis of new granulation tissue in sponge were observed after intragastric medication for 2 consecutive weeks.The staining of endothelial cell specific Ⅷ factor and vascular endothelial cell growth factor(VEGF) was carried out by immunohistochemistry method.The expression of VEGF mRNA was detected by RT-PCR assay.RESULTS:In rats receiving high dosage of Rhizoma Sparganii and Rhizoma Curcumae(SC),the area of new granulation tissue in sponge,the number of blood vessels,the expression of VE-GF and VEGF mRNA were all significantly lower than in model group(P

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the construction of suitable evaluation index system for the implementation of National Essential Medicine System in community health service center.METHODS:The frame of evaluation index system was designed by theoretical analysis,literature study and expert interviews methods.Delphi method was used to establish evaluation index system for National Essential Medicine System in Shanghai community health service center.Analytic hierarchy process was adopted to determine the weights of indicators at all levels.RESULTS:The positive coefficients of the two rounds consultations were 88.24％ (15/17) and 86.67％ (13/15).The authority coefficient of structural index,processing index and result index in the first round consultation were 0.68,0.68 and 0.69,respectively,which showed that the authority degree was higher.The coefficient of concordance in the second round consultation was higher than the first round (the indexes of structure,process and result in two rounds consultation were 0.286,0.306,0.193 and 0.345,0.358,0.337,respectively),which indicated the expert opinions were highly consistent.Established evaluation index system consisted of 3 fiust-level indexes,13 second-level indexes and 27 third-level indexes.CONCLUSIONS:The selected experts were representative,the consultation results were reliable,established evaluation index system was rational and the setting of weights was scientific.Also this study was a methodological exploration.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal compounds Zhiganle on fatty liver induced by high-cholesterol high fat diet in rats and the action mechanism.METHODS:Wistar rats were randomized into 6 groups:normal group,model group,Dongbao gantai group,ZGL groups(high,middle,and low doses).Except the normal group,the other 5 groups of rats were administered with high-cholesterol high fat diet for 12 weeks.On week 13,the ZGL groups were administered intragastrically with Zhiganle(1.5,3.0,4.5 g?kg-1) and rats in Dongbao gantai group with Dongbao gantai(0.3 g?kg-1) qd for 12 consecutive weeks.The hematological indexes were measured and the pathological change in rats was observed.RESULTS:In ZGL groups,serum levels of total cholesterol(T-CH) and triglyceride(TG) and the MDA level in liver were decreased significantly(P

To set up rat myocardial infarction model and to investigate significance of fragmented QRS wave in rat myocardial infarction model.40 rats were divided into sham-operated group and myocardial infarction group, these two sets of rats received surgeries under the same conditions.Myocardial infarction models were induced by opening chest and anterior descending branch of coronary artery deligation for rats.Rats in sham-operated group were only threaded without deligation.Recorded the electrocardiogram(ECG) during 10, 60 min and 4 weeks after the deligation(or threading) and analyzed the change rules of the fragmented QRS waves and Q waves.Tissue samples from myocardial infarction area were collected for HE staining 4 weeks after the surgery.The frequency of fragmented QRS wave in myocardial infarction group was significantly increased during 10, 60 min and at 4 weeks after the operation compared with sham-operated group(P<0.01).Myocardial cells of some models in myocardial infarction group arranged in disorder and showed vacuolation according to results of HE staining.By setting up rat myocardial infarction model, we can draw a conclusion that fragmented QRS wave can be used as a new indicator to diagnose acute myocardial infarction and old myocardial infarction predict the severity of the disease.

Objective To compare the effect of different coping method on the prevention of shiver reaction in patients after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods 320 patients who were to undergo transurethral resection of prostate were collected and grouped into group Ⅰ, group Ⅱ, group Ⅲ and group Ⅳ.All cases received transurethral resection of prostate under subarachnoid-epidural analgesia. Different prevention methods were adopted in the four groups.The incidence of shiver reaction in four groups was observed. Results The incidence rate of shiver reaction in group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ decreased compared with group Ⅳ. Conclusion increase of temperature physically and intravenous injection of tramadol could decrease the incidence rate of shiver reaction in patients after transurethral resection of prostate.

The severity of ischemic brain injury was closely associated with the mortality and disability of stroke. How to limit ischemic brain injm-y to the greatest extent and promote the recovery of neurological function is one of the most concerned hotspots at present in the field of neuroscience. A large number of studies have shown that a variety of factors involve in the pathological process of ischemic brain injury, in which, the role of T lymphocyte-mediated immune inflammatory response in ischemic brain injury has received increasing attention. This article mainly reviews the role of T cells in ischemic brain injury.

Objective To observe leptin level before and after rosiglitazone administration and to explore the possible mechanism of rosiglitazone's improving insulin sensitivity.Methods A total of 30 patients newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes were separated into three groups at random,and treated with rosiglitazone(4mg/d),metform(750mg/d) and gliclazide(160mg/d),respectively.Serum leptin,insulin and GHbA1c were measured after 12 weeks.Results After 12 weeks' treatment,the fasting glucose and GHbA1c in each group declined sharply,while free insulin did not change.The leptin level in rosiglitazone group decreased and insulin sensitivity was improved after administration,but there was no change in metformin and sulfonylureas groups.Conclusion Leptin may play a role in rosiglitazone's mediating the insulin-sensitizing effects.

Objective:To understand the epidemic situation of drinking-water-borne endemic fluorosis in Fujian Province, and to provide more information for control and evaluation of the disease.Methods:In 2019, all villages in the 36 drinking-water-borne endemic fluorosis areas in Fujian Province were selected, in which the situation of water improvement was investigated, fluorine content of drinking water was tested and dental fluorosis of all the children aged 8 to 12 was examined. The urinary fluoride content and skeletal fluorosis of people over 25-year old was investigated in some of those villages.Results:A total of 153 disease affected villages were investigated, in which the water improvement projects were all completed. The fluoride content in each tap water sample of the water improvement project ranged from 0.00 to 1.05 mg/L, and the qualified rate was 100.00% (153/153). The normal operation rate of the water improvement projects was 95.42% (146/153). The detection rate of dental fluorosis in children aged 8 to 12 was 2.72% (76/2 789) with a dental fluorosis index 0.07. The detection rate of children's dental fluorosis was statistically different in different age groups, so was it in areas with different coverage rate of water improvement projects ( P < 0.05). The geometric mean of urinary fluorine level in adults was 0.80 mg/L ( n = 3 765), and the detection rate of skeletal fluorosis was 2.00% (6/300). Conclusion:Although some achievements have been made in the prevention and control of drinking-water-borne endemic fluorosis in Fujian Province, it is still necessary to further consolidate and enhance the water improvement projects.
