Objectives:To observe the therapeutic effect of Cuochuang Misture on acne vulgaris and study the mechanism by external bacteria repressing experiment.Methods:34 cases of acne of syndrome of dampness and heat in lung and stomach were treated with Cuochuang Misture and 28 cases with Dangguikushen Pill as controls,and their curative effect were compared;Different concentration of Cuochuang Misture were used to inhibit Propionibacterium acnes(P.ance)and Malassezia furfur(M.furfur).Results:The clinical total effective rates were 94.12%in the treatment group,and 89.29%in the control group.The scores of skin lesions and syndromes reduced obviously between two groups in the end of the treatment(P

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of arsenic trioxide(ATO) plus vitamin K2(VK2) on proliferation of HL-60 cells from acute promyelocytic leukemia cell line and explore the possible mechanism.Methods ①HL-60 cells were exposed to ATO(0.0,0.5,1.0,2.0,4.0 μmol/L),VK2(0.0,2.5,5.0,10.0,20.0μmol/L),or both of different concentrations (0.5 μmol/L ATO + 2.5 μmol/L VK2,1.0 μmol/L ATO + 5.0μmol/L VK2,2.0 μmol/L ATO + 10.0 μmol/L VK2,4.0 μmol/L ATO + 20.0 μmol/L VK2) for 24,48 or 72 h,respectively.The method of CCK-8 was used to assess the proliferation of HL-60 cells and the half inhibitory concentration(IC50) of ATO or VK2 was calculated,respectively.②Combination index (CI) was used to evaluate the combinative effect of the two treatments:CI < 1,=1 or > 1 indicated synergistic,additive,or antagonistic effect,respectively.③After HL-60 cells were treated with 1.0 μmol/L ATO or 5.0 μmol/L VK2 individually or simultaneously for 48 h,Annnexin V/PI staining was performed to identify the apoptosis rate of each group.Untreated cells were used as control group.Results ①ATO or VK2 alone inhibited the proliferation of HL-60 cells in a concentration and time dependent manner.The IC50 of ATO or VK2 at time of 24,48,72 h were (22.86 ± 2.44),(6.66 ± 0.34),(4.14 ± 0.41) and (18.40 ± 1.12),(13.48 ± 0.73),(8.95 ± 0.40) μmol/L,respectively; ②The combination of ATO and VK2 illustrated a synergistic effect with CI < 1.③No statistical difference was found among control group [(4.38 ± 0.56)%],1.0 μmol/L ATO group [(5.76 ± 1.63)%] and 5.0 μmol/L VK2 group [(6.38 ± 1.42)%] in the apoptosis rate(all P > 0.05).However,the apoptosis rate of combined group did rise to (44.18 ± 8.42)%,with a significant improvement to that of VK2 or ATO group alone (all P < 0.01).Conclusions The combination of VK2 and ATO exhibits an enhanced synergistical inhibitive effect on proliferation of HL-60 cells,and apoptosis may be involved in this synergy in part.
4.Temporary Cardiac Pacemaker Therapy on 9 Children with Adam-Stoke Syndrome

Objective To explore the value of temporary cardiac pacemaker therapy on children with Adam-Stoke syndrome(ASS).Methods Nine children with ASS was implanted the emporary cardiac pacemaker under X-ray or blinding inserted beside bed.Results Seven children was successfully implanted the temporary cardiac pacemaker within 1-2 d of ASS attack,and two children was successfully implanted at 10 d and 20 d after ASS attack, respectively. Five patients was cured, two children was died, and two children was implanted the permanent cardiac pacemaker. During pacing, two patients had the electrode shifted,and one patient had the cardiac murmur,and one patient had the local skin infected.Conclusion Temporary cardiac pacemaker can successfully treat children with ASS attack;the earlier the implantation,the better the prognosis.
5.Effect of Rehabilitation Training with Electrical Acupoint Stimulation on Hand Function of Hemiplegics

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of rehabilitation training combined with electrical acupoint stimulation for hand function of hemiplegic patients.Methods30 hemiplegic patients with hand dysfunction were divided into two groups (observation group and control group, 15 cases in each group), which were given rehabilitation training for hand function. The observation group was given additional acupoint electrical stimulation. Fugl-Meyer motor function score method, classification of hand function, range of motion score were applied to assess the two groups.ResultsThe hand function of the two groups improved(P<0.01), while the observation group was better than the control group (P<0.01).ConclusionRehabilitation training combined with electrical acupoint stimulation can more effectively improve hand function of the hemiplegic patients.
6.Anatomical presentation of edentulous sites in the posterior maxillary in cone beam computed tomography.

OBJECTIVEThis study aimed to analyze the bone anatomy of edentulous sites in the posterior maxillary by cone beam computed tomography (CBCT).
METHODSA total of 100 CBCT radiographs from patients with missing maxillary posterior teeth were obtained, resulting in a sample size of 217 edentulous sites. The width and height of edentulous were assessed by three-dimensional reconstruction. In addition, the angle A and morphology of the maxillary sinus walls were evaluated.
RESULTSThe mean bone height was 9.53 mm, and the percentage of sites than 10 mm was 62.67% (136/217). The mean bone width was 9.30 mm, and the percentage of sites more than 6 mm was 91.71% (199/217). The bone height decreased from premolar to molar areas, but the opposite trend was observed in bone width. Regarding the morphology of the sinus floor, 64.52% exhibited an oblique configuration. In angle A, the group of less than 30° was 10.14%, 30°-60° was 42.40%, and greater than 60° was 47.47%.
CONCLUSIONA high percentage of edentulous sites in the posterior maxillary requires sinus floor elevation to allow the placement of dental implants. Thus, the use of CBCT scans is recommended to evaluate the anatomical structure of the maxillary sinus for reasonable implant planning.

7.Effect Observation of Azithromycin Combined with Bailing Capsules on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of azithromycin combined with Bailing capsules in the treatment of chron -ic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) in stable phase .Methods:Totally 154 cases of COPD patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(80 cases)and the control group(74 cases).Both groups were treated with the routine symptomatic treatment , and at the same time, the control group was treated with Bailing capsules (1 g, po, tid)and the treatment group was treated with azithromy-cin tablets (250 mg, po, qd)combined with Bailing capsules(1 g, po, tid).The course of treatment was 6 months and all the patients were followed up for 6 months after the treatment.The clinical efficacy, lung function, exercise tolerance, quality of life, the times of acute exacerbation and the incidence of adverse drug reactions of the two groups were observed and compared .Results:After the treat-ment, the lung function, exercise tolerance and quality of life were improved significantly in the two groups (P<0.05 or <0.01), and all the indices in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05 or <0.01).The total ef-fective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The times of acute exacerbation in the treat-ment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01).The adverse drug reactions showed no significant difference between the groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Azithromycin tablets combined with Bailing capsules can improve lung function , enhance exer-cise tolerance , improve the quality of life and reduce the frequency of acute exacerbation effectively with good security in the treatment of patients with COPD in stable phase .
8.Clinical Observation of PDT and TTT Therapeutic Alliance for Isolated Choroidal Angioma

Objective To investigate the approach and effect of PDT and TTT therapeutic alliance for isolated choroidal angioma according to the lication. Methods After mydriasis,through 90D retinal mirror examination ,fluorescein fundus angiography (FFA) ,Indocyanine green angiography (ICGA) and ultrasound,the diagnosis of angiography choroidsal hemangioma was made. Position:peripapillary , six cases( tumors locating only in macula fovea were not included in this statistical area). OCT suggested that epithetlial tumors from the surface of nerve macular were affected. Period of the disease was between one week and two months . Preoperative best corrected vision acuity range was 1. 05 ~ 0.4. By ultrasonography, tumors thickenss was from 2.2mm to 4mm, and diameter was from 6.6mm to 11.2mm. OCT indicated that the height of neural epithetlium breaking away from macular area was between 156mm and 486mm. inferior retinas separated two months after morbidity. TTT was partly applied to cure tumor body ortside macdular area with IRIS Medical OculightSLX gallium arsenicde laser(810nm). Energy:per light spot shining diameter was 1 mm, and the power was between 150mw to 250mW, and time was 60s. Therapeutic standard was retinal surface changing to pale. Choroids shrunk back and retinal ptgment epithetlium prolixferated in TTT therapy area;recheck 2 weeks later. If FFA showed that active macula fovea pathological changes were not cured, PDT was performed as following :689nm laser was used , and veteporfin ( comm. ercial name : Visudyne) was injected by intravenous at a speed of 6mg/mm~2 , and 15 minutes later, the laser was irradiated for a period of 83 ~ 126s. For tumors with thicdness under 3mm,one light spot was irradiated for 83s;for rumors with thicdness above 3mm, acouple light apot was irradiated for 125s. A small quantity of hyperpigmintation occurred in the limbus,luteus retinae at the second week of follow up. All the cases were followed up for 3 months to 12 months. Results The final vision reached 0.1 ~ 1.0. OCT showed that the earliest complete recovery of limbus luteus retinae neural epithetlium was at the third week, and for another 3 cases,the recovery was at the 4th week. One case with detachment of retina partial recovered 3 months after treatment. OCT suggested that most of the macular detachment and epithetlial cystic degenerateion of neurons recovered to normal. type - B ultrasound was performed in the first three months of treatment. The tumors were difficult to be detected in two cases, and four cases had a thickness of 0. 8 ~2.2mm. At the 6th month,the detection of tumors for the six cases showed normal results. PDT was used only once in the included six cases. Conclusion PDT and TTT therapeutic alliance for isolated choroidsal angioma is safe and effective at special position of eye ground. Each treatment showed its unlque adventages in this combination with a reduction of frequentcy and cost of expensive cost of PDT, and satisfying results of the shrink of the rumors and improvement or preservation of vision.
9.Effect of Qingre Huoxue Xiaozhong Ⅰ/Ⅱ Mixture on Knee Joint Function Disorder after Fracture

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese medicine Qingre Huoxue Xiaozhong Ⅰ/Ⅱ mixture on the knee joint function disorder after fracture.Methods 143 patients with knee joint function disorder after fracture were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=50),control Ⅰ group(n=48),control Ⅱ group(n=45).The cases of the treatment group were treated with Qingre Huoxue Xiaozhong Ⅰ mixture 150 ml three times per day orally,Qingre Huoxue Xiaozhong Ⅱ mixture exteral washing once every day,and combined with Honghua oil and TDP instrument therapy.The cases of the control Ⅰ group were treated with the prepared medicine Shenjin Dan 6 pieces,three times a day,combined with Honghua oil and TDP instrument therapy.The cases of the control Ⅱ group were treated only with Honghua oil and TDP instrument therapy.15 days were as a treatment course,and performed 1~2 treatment courses.The patients of the three groups also took the vitamins and calcitium simultaneously.The curative effect was evaluated according to the standard of Lysholm Joint Function.Results After treatment,the total excellent rates of the treatment group,control Ⅰ group and control Ⅱ group were 78%,39.58% and 24.44%,respectively,the result of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control Ⅰ group and control Ⅱgroup(P<001).The total effective rates of the treatment group,control Ⅰ group and control Ⅱ group were 98%,85.42% and 75.55%,respectively.The effect of the treatment group was also significantly superior that of the control Ⅰ group(P<0.05) and control Ⅱ group( P<0.01).Conclusion The Chinese native medicine Qingre Huoxue Xiaozhong Ⅰ/Ⅱ mixture has an obvious therapeutic effect in the multidisciplinary therapies on the knee joint function disorder after fracture.

Objective To observe the effect of inhibition of polo like kinasel (Plk-1) gene expression on 5-Fu and CDDP induced apoptosis of gastric cancer cell line-MKN45 in vitro. Methods The Plk-1 expression was inhibited by chemically synthesized siRNA, the Plk-1 mRNA and protein level were measured by real-time PCR and Western blotting, MKN45 cells proliferation was measured by MTT method, the apoptosis rate was detected by flow-cytometry. Results After treatment by siRNA targeting Plk-1, Plk-1 mRNA level decreased by 51.91% .89.45%.91.03% at 24 h.48 h and 72 h, and Plk-1 protein level decreased by 38.43% and 60.66% at 48 h and 72 h, compared with control group.
