1.Esophagus memory Ni-Ti alloy stent for malignant stenosis, esophagus and anastomotic stoma fistula in 60 cases
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(09):-
Sixty patients with malignant stenosis, esophagus and anastomotic stoma fistula were selected from Jiangsu General Hospital of Armed Police Forces between January 1995 and June 2008, including 46 males and 14 females, aged 36-77 years. Following pathologic diagnosis, 50 patients had squamous cell carcinoma, 8 had adenocarcinoma, and 2 had adeno-squamous carcinoma. Of 60 patients, 33 had esophageal carcinoma stenosis and esophagus-gastric cardia carcinoma stenosis, 20 had esophageal carcinoma stenosis combined with fistula, 7 had esophageal-stomach anastomosis combined with thoracic cavity fistula; in addition, there were 22 cases of first onset of fistula and 5 of multiple fistula. All patients were treated by esophagus memory Ni-Ti alloy coated stent implantation. Of 58 patients with successful implantation, 21 developed stent blockage due to dysphagia, and were alleviated after foreign body removal; 3 developed stent dislocation (removal and re-implanted); 7 developed restenosis due to tumor tissue ingrowth 3 months after implantation. Of 5 patients with multiple fistula, 3 were re-implanted to form invagination of 2 stents, which succeeded in blocking the fistula. Of 33 patients with esophageal carcinoma stenosis and esophagus-gastric cardia carcinoma stenosis, 26 underwent radiotherapy with or without chemotherapy (mean survival time: 24 months). Twenty patients with esophageal carcinoma stenosis combined with fistula survived for 6 months averagely. Seven patients with esophageal-stomach anastomosis combined with thoracic cavity fistula survived for 3 months averagely. Of 60 patients, 42 felt retrosternal pain, and 2 patients’ stents were extracted due to severe pain; 20 patients developed esophageal reflux. No bleeding, perforation or septicemia occurred. The results indicate that memory Ni-Ti alloy stent is effective in treating malignant stenosis, esophagus and anastomotic stoma fistula, showing good biocompatibility.
2.Prudent use of SCI and IF in medical research organizations
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2009;25(1):50-52
It is a popular practice for Chinas academia to regard SCI(Science Citation Index)and its IF(Impact Factor)as fundamental indexes for research competency evaluatiop. This article however holds that SCI and IF are but quantitative measurements for evaluating periodicals, and whether it is scientific to evaluate research results with such indexes as they are remains to be jusfified. It also suggests that practitioners in research organizations fully comprehend the meaning of SCI and IF,and use them correctly,so as to guide researchers to contribute their works to proper publishers.

China Pharmacy 2015;(24):3340-3341,3342
OBJECTIVE:To observe the short-term efficacy and toxicity reaction of 2 regimens of taxotere combined with epi-rubicin in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy of breast cancer. METHODS:78 patients with locally advanced breast cancer were random-ly divided into TEC group(45 cases)and TE group(33 cases). TEC group was treated with taxotere 75 mg/m2 by intravenous in-jection,d1+epirubicin 60 mg/m2 by intravenous injection,d1+cyclophosphamide 500 mg/m2 by intravenous injection d1. TE group was treated with taxotere 75 mg/m2 by intravenous injection,d1+epirubicin 60 mg/m2 by intravenous injection,d1. 21 days were a treatment course for 2 groups, and there were totally 4-6 courses. In the 2 groups, efficacy and toxicity reaction were evaluated af-ter 4 weeks at least, and survival rate of 6 months was followed-up. RESULTS:The differences were not statistically significant in the short-term efficacy and toxicity reaction and survival rate between 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:TEC and TC have similar short-term efficacy and safety in the treatment of locally advanced breast cancer. Both of them can be used as adjuvant medi-cines for neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
4."Research Progress on""Double Heart""Nursing for Psychological Disorder of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease"
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(z1):78-80
Psychological disorder has a high morbidity rate among patients with cardiovascular disease. Patients with cardiovascular disease associated with depression, especially post myocardial infarction and acute coronary syndromes associated with psychological disorder, have not only a poor prognosis, but also a high mortality . Therefore, comprehensive and perfect intervention is extremely important for patients with cardiovascular disease associated with psychological disorder. The intervention for such kind patients needs an integrated disease management. It needs to consolidate the treatment of body's disease to strengthen second-level prevention of heart disease, and pay attention to the intervention for psychological disorder as well. This paper aims to provide reference for reducing the negative effects of psychological illness in patients with cardiovascular disease during clinical treatment process, and make prospects about the significance of double heart medical model, through summarizing the interaction effects of psychological factors on patients with coronary heart disease, the significance ofdouble heartnursing mode and the specific nursing measures.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2001;0(02):-
Objective To study the effect of millimeter wave radiation on human hepatoma cell. Methods BEL7404 hepatoma cells were cultured in vitro and randomly divided into 4 groups: the control group, the group radiated by millimeter wave for 30 min, the group treated with Fluorouracil(5 FU), and the group radiated by millimeter wave and treated with 5 FU simultaneously at same time. The ability of 35.8 GHz millimeter wave to induce the apoptosis of hepatoma cell was evaluated by analyses of fluorescence microscopy, DNA fragmentation assay and flow cytometry assay. Results BEL7404 cells radiated by the millimeter wave had the typical characteristics of apoptosis. Comparaed with the control group [(3.21? 1.06)%], the apoptosis rates were higher in 30 min radiating or/and 5 FU groups[ (14.33? 2.66)%, (18.58? 2.57)%, (27.91? 3.66)%]. Poly adp ribose polymerase(PARP) was found to be cleavaged in all the cells in millmeter wave radiation or/and 5 FU groups. Conclusion Radiation of 35.8 GHz could induce apoptosis of BEL7404 cell in vitro, and could act synergistcally with 5 FU treatment.

Objective The practical evaluation of Rosco Disk Diffusion method on the clinical antifungal susceptibility test for yeast-like fungi. Methods The Fluconazole susceptibility test was detected by Rosco Disk Diffusion method and NCCLS M27-A broth macrodilution method with 76 yeast-like fungus strains isolated from clinical specimens. Three standard strains were used as the quality control. Results Coincidence rate of the two methods was 90.8%,The sensitive strains detected by one method didn't show resistance in another detection method, and the resistant strains detected by one method yet didn't show sensivity in another. Conclusion Rosco disk diffusion method can be used in clinical detection instead of NCCLS M27-A broth macrodilution method.

10.Recent advances in pharmacological intervention for prediabetes.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(12):1565-1572
Prediabetes is an abnormal condition between normal glucose metabolism and diabetes mellitus. Impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) is an indicator of high-risk state of prediabetes. Positive interventions of IGT, including life style changes and pharmacological intervention, can effectively postpone and reduce the development of prediabetes into type 2 diabetes mellitus, suggesting that IGT is a key point of diabetes prevention. Currently, pharmacological intervention for prediabetes is still at early stage. In this review, we summarizes recent clinical and preclinical studies on pharmacological intervention for prediabetes, and studies in the development of animal models with IGT and the application of new techniques. We also discuss the prospects of drugs for diabetes prevention, especially with the traditional Chinese medicine.
