1.Clinical curative effect observation on Huatan-Tongfu decoction in curing the heat-phlegm and sthenic-fu syndrome of subarachnoid hemorrhage

Objective To evaluate the effect of Huatan-Tongfu decoction in the treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) with heat-phlegm and sthenic-fu syndrome.Methods The SAH patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group, 41 patients in each group.The control group was treated with western conventional medicine and sustained administration of nimodipine injection;the treatment group was nasal feeding or oral taking Huatan-Tongfu decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.On respectively 3, 7, 14 days after treatment the level of subarachnoid hematocele was evaluated with modified Fisher gradehemorrhage, the degree of serum nitric oxide levels was detected with ELISA method, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the neurological impairment score.Results The total effective rate of 3 d (46.3% vs.36.6%, P=0.006), 7 d (58.5% vs.43.9%, P=0.000), 14 d (73.2% vs.58.5%, P=0.000) in the treatment group were better than the control group (P<0.01).After treatment 7 d (22.93 ± 7.32 μmol/L vs.16.52 ± 5.79 μmol/L, P=0.034), 14 d (27.65 ± 5.06 μmol/L vs.19.54 ± 3.76 μmol/L, P=0.015) serum nitric oxide levels in the treatment group were higher than in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the improved Fisher scoring (1.29 ± 0.23 vs.1.69 ± 0.38, t=5.766) in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Huatan-Tongfu decoction can improve SAH with heat-phlegm and sthenic-fu syndrome, relieve neurological defect function, reduce levels of NO, and improve clinical efficacy.

Objective:To search the impact of helicobacler pylori infection in changes of mice gastric mucosa mast cells and degranulation process,therefore to establish the important role of Hp in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria.Methods:50 BALB/c healthy mice were randomized into two groups:Hp group,consist of 30 mice,were given Hp liquid every 3 days for total 7 times.Bovine albumin serum(BAS)as control group,was given BAS 2% with the same way as Hp group.Toluidine blue staining of the gastric mucosa was used to assess the total number of mast cells,the amount of degranulated mast cells and the percentage of degranulation after feeding.Each slide was cnnseeutive count with 10 high-power fields for mast cells; results express with number of mast cells/high power field,the ratio of degranulated mast cell was expressed by the amount of degranulated mast cells/total of mast cells.At the same time compared with the control group.Results:There was significant statistical difference in the total number of mast cells between the tow groups(100.0vs0.7,P

4.Observations on the Efficacy of Acupuncture plus Huayu Paishi Decoction in Treating Nephrolithiasis of Qi and Blood Stagnation Type

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus Huayu Paishi Decoction (stagnation- eliminating and stone-removing decoction) in treating nephrolithiasis of qi and blood stagnation type.Methods Sixty patients with nephrolithiasis of qi and blood stagnation type were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 30 cases each. The treatment group received acupuncture plus oral administration of Huayu Paishi Decoction and the control group, oral administration of Huayu Paishi Decoction alone. The symptoms and signs were scored and renal hydrops was measured in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy rate was 76.7% in the treatment group and 56.7% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). There were statistically significant pre-/post-treatment differences in the symptom and sign scores in the two groups (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in pre-/post-treatment symptom and sign score difference values between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in renal hydrops volume in the treatment group (P<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in pre-/post-treatment renal hydrops volume difference value between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture plus Huayu Paishi Decoction is an effective way to treat nephrolithiasisi of qi and blood stagnation type. It can markedly improve the clinical symptoms and reduce renal hydrops in the patients.
5.Analgesic effect of dezocine combining with different concentrations of sufentanil on patient-controlled intravenous analgesia in patients undergoing cesarean section

Objective To explore the Analgesic effect of dezocine combining with different concentrations of sufentanil on patient-controlled intravenous analgesia in patients undergoing cesarean section.Methods 120 patients of cesarean section patients from January 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital were randomly and equally selected in to into group D1,group D2 and group D3,40 cases in each group.Patients in group D1 were given dezocine 0.3mg/kg+sufentanil 1.0μg/kg+tropisetron 10mg,patients in group D2 were given dezocine 0.3mg/kg+sufentanil 1.5μg/kg+tropisetron 10 mg,patients in group D3 were given dezocine 0.3mg/kg+sufentanil 2.0μg/kg+tropisetron 10mg.Visual analogue scale(VAS),ramsay sedation scale(RSS),the number of remedy analgesic medication and side effects were observed and recorded 1,4,8,12,24 and 48 hours after surgery.Results Compared with D2 and D3 group,visual analogue score of D1 group was significantly increased,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with D1 and D2 group,the incidence of adverse reactions in group D3 was significantly higher than that in group D1 and group D2,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in sedation scores among the three groups.Conclusion Compared with other concentrations of sufentanil combined with dezocine,the effect of intravenous patient-controlled analgesia after cesarean section was good with dezocine 0.3mg/kg+sufentanil 1.5μg/kg+tropisetron 10 mg,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.

7.Synchronizing presentation of cyclins and merlin in single cell in vestibular Schwannoma tissues with confocal laser microscopy

Objective To explore the expression of merlin and cyclins and the nucleocytoplasmic shuttling of merlin in abiogenous vestibular schwannoma tissues. Methods Four paraffin imbedding vestibular Schwannoma samples were included in the study.The cyclins and merlin were analyzed by immunofluorescence at the same time,and the expression and location were synchronously observed with confocal laser microscopy(CLM) in a single schwannoma cell. Results Cyclins and merlin were perspicuously and synchronously presented in a single cell in vestibular schwannoma tissues.In early G1 phase of the tumor cell,merlin was mainly stained in the nucleus,followed by perinucleus and cytoplasm.In G1/S phase,merlin was concentrated in the perinucleus,less in the nucleus and cytoplasm.Merlin staining showed uniform distribution in the nucleus in G2/M phase,while was absent from the nucleus and concentrated in the perinucleus in late G2/M phase. Conclusion The expression of merlin and various kinds of cyclins can be synchronously presented in abiogenous vestibular schwannoma cells with immunofluorescence and CLM.Merlin is shuttling among the nucleus,cytoplasm and perinucleus along with the progression of cell cycle.
8.Computer-aided design for occlusal rest of the removable partial denture

Objective:To explore the route of automatic computer-aided design for occlusal rest of the removable partial denture.Methods: A new module for the design of occlusal rest was developed.The three-dimensional data of a partially dentate dental cast was obtained and imported into the new module.The contour of the occlusal's tissue surface was identified.Then,the tissue surface and polished surface were constructed respectively and connected to each other to form an integrated entity.Results: The surface of the occlusal rest was smooth and the curvature matched that of the surrounding area of the abutment tooth.The accuracy was satisfying.Conclusion: Design of occlusal rest was much more convenient and time-saving using the newly developed module.The future development of special software package for the design of removable partial denture will benefit from it.
9.Effects of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol on hemodynamics in elderly patients undergoing painless gastroscopy

Objective To observe the effects of dexmedetomidine combined with propofol on the hemodynamics level in elderly patients undergoing gastroscopy.Methods 68 patients undergoing endoscopy from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 34 cases in each group.Propofol anesthesia combined with dexmedetomidine was used in the observation group and propofol anesthesia was used in the control group.The RR ( respiratory rate) and HR ( heart rate) of the two groups were observed before the administration (T0), after the administration (T1), when the gastroscope was inserted (T2), after the examination (T3), 5 min after the examination (T4), MAP (mean arterial pressure) and SpO2(pulse oxygen saturation) were measured.The postoperative consciousness, orientation recovery time and surgical tolerance were compared between the two groups.The anesthetic adverse reactions were recorded during the operation.Results The observation group in T1, T2, T3, T4 time point HR were lower than the control group, and the data remained relatively stable level, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in consciousness recovery time and recovery time of orientation force between observation group and control group.The tolerance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 32.35% lower than that of the control group 88.24%, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with propofol for the elderly patients with painless gastroscopy , analgesic effect is good, and can better maintain hemodynamic fluctuations, reduce propofol anesthesia adverse reactions, does not Affect the patient's awareness and ability to restore the direction.
10.Effect of perfluorocarbon on LPS-induced activation of nuclear factor-kkkkkkB in neutrophils in vitro

Objective It has been shown that partial liquid ventilation (PLV) with perfluorocarbon (PFC) can reduce intrapulmonary aggregation of neutrophils (PMNs) and macrophages and their cytokine release during acute lung injury (ALI) . The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of PFC on activation of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-?B) in neutrophils induced by lipopolysacchride (LPS) .Methods PMNs were isolated from peripheral blood obtained from 36 healthy volunteers and incubated in RPM 1640 cell culture medium yielding a concentration of 1?108/ hole. The PMNs were randomly divided into two groups : (Ⅰ) LPS group in which PMNs were incubated with LPS 10?g?ml-1(n = 18) and (Ⅱ) PFC group in which 5 min after stimulation of PMNs with the same concentration of LPS (10?g?ml-1 ) , PFC was added to the cell suspension with the final concentration of PFC / cell culture medium (vol / vol) of 0.3 (n=18 ). After incubation with LPS for 3 h (T1), 8h (T2) and 24 h (T3), the cell suspensions were centrifuged. The supernatants were analyzed for TNF-? concentration and gray value of activated NF-?B was measured in the nuclear of neutrophils.
