Chi-pulse diagnosis is a kind of pulse diagnosis by only feeling Chi part of pulse.This method focuses on inborn Yin-yang,fire-water,and growth and decline of kidney essence,emphasizes on the physiological and pathological changes of eight extra meridians and extra viscera,clarifies and expands the content of narrow sense of yin-yang method.Chi-pulse diagnosis is prone to guided by the spot pulse feeling,do not limited by regular pulse name,and has special pulse diagnose experience and fixed knowledge of formula prescription.

Objective To discuss the influence of pudendal nerve block anesthesia on pain degree and labor course when presentation at different positions during the second stage of labor,in order to find the better anesthesia timing and method to reduce pain,shorten labor,increase maternal comfort to a maximum extent and provide the best service for the maternal.Methods 200 cases of primiparas with fullterm and single-birth were selected and numbered randomly,patients with odd numbers were set to the observation group,patients with even numbers were set to the control group,100 cases in each group.In the observation group,when the presentation reached S+1,1％ lidocaine was used to perform pudendal nerve block anesthesia.In the control group,the pudendal nerve block anesthesia was performed before perineal incision.Results The pain intensity,time of the second labor stage,perineum damage degree between the two groups were statistically different.The observation group with Ⅱ-grade level,Ⅲ-grade level pain were 32 cases less than that of the control group.The perineum incision later crack number in the observation group was 24 cases less than that of the control group.The number of delivery within 1 hour in the second labor process in the observation group was 21 cases more than that in the control group.Conclusions Implementation of bilateral pudendal nerve block anesthesia in the second stage of labor when the presentation reaches S+1 can alleviate childbirth pain,shorten the second stage of labor,reduce the degree of perineal trauma.

Laparoscopic surgery has been adopted for the treatment of gastric cancer in recent years around the world.New advances in these techniques have been achieved. This paper provides an overview of the clinical outcome of laparoscopic surgery for early gastric cancer and advanced gastric cancer,the application of laparoscopy-assisted pylorus-preserving gastrectomy,the technical characteristics of laparoscopy-assisted total gastrectomy,the values of single-incision laparoscopically assisted surgery and the application status and prospect of robotassisted laparoscopic gastrectomy for gastric cancer.

Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of job satisfaction scale in order to supply quantitative tool for evaluation of nurses" job satisfaction degree. Methods 336 nurs-es from 14 general hospitals were tested with Chinese version of job satisfaction scale and analysis was carried out for reliability and validity according to the test result. Results The total Cronbach's α coefficient of Chi-nese version of job satisfaction scale was 0.901, Cronbach's α coefficient range of every dimension was 0.732～ 0.921, re-test reliability was 0.832, 9 factors were extracted through factors analysis and they explained 59.57%of the overall variance. Conclusions Chinese version of job satisfaction scale has good reliability and validi-ty, it can be used in evaluation of nurses' satisfaction degree preliminarily.

Therefore, assisted with quantitive analysis transfer, TRS quantitative analysis is a significant improvement for minimum tooth preparation. This article presents TRS quantity-related measurement, analysis, transfer, and internal relevance of three TR. classifications. Results reveal the close bond between precision and minimally invasive treatment. This study can be used to improve the comprehension and execution of precise esthetic prosthodontics.

Laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancer with the advantages of slight pain,micro-invasive trauma and fast recovery has been accepted gradually by most surgeons and increasingly used in the field of surgery.However,how to establish a standardized laparoscopic surgery procedure for gastric cancer and improve the operation skills need to be solved urgently.Meanwhile,a reliable technical support of laparoscopic surgery for gastric cancer should be provided by controlling strictly the operation indications,standardizing surgical procedures,building a standardized training system,improving perioperative management and applying enhanced recovery program in patients with gastric cancer,and it will provide greater benefits to more and more patients.

[Objective]To statistically analyze the citations of papers in "The Orthopedic Journal of China"published during 2004~2006.[Method]Using the biblio metric method to calculate the citation rate,number of citations per paper,types of citations,language-based citation number,Price index and self-citation rate.[Result]During 2004~2006,the average citation rate was 94.32% and the number of citations per paper was 6.31.The number of citations in English was significantly higher than that in Chinese or other foreign languages.Meanwhile,the citation rate of papers published in journals was markedly higher than that of those published in books and other materials.The Price index and self-citation rate were 71.48% and 8.74%,respectively.[Conclusion]"The Orthopedic Journal of China"is shown to be a hight professional academic journal in China,with good novelty citation,high level of authors' education and extensive social influence.

Objective To study the result of DSA for 56 cases with large liver cancer that there is bloody supply from arteria musculophrenica right and the clinical value of super selective interventional embolization,so that to improve the clinical curative effects of interventional therapy. Methods Employ 4F, 3F catheter super selectively into arteria musculophrenica that supply blood to cancer. Result 56 cases(21.7% )were discoverod that there was bloody supply from arteria musculphrenica right to cancer in 258 cases with large liver cancer, liver neoplastic size of all cases wasin 5～15cm,22 cases(8.6% ) were discovered in the first interventional operation,34 cases ( 13.3% )were discovered in the second or the third interventional operation. Obvious tumor shrinking in all cases: the 6month survival as 56 cases(100 % ), the 1-year survival as 45 cases (80.4%), the 2-year survival as 21 cases(37.5%). Conchssion Arteria musculophrenica right supply blood to cancer is common in large liver cancer eases, super selectively embolized the supply blood from the arteria musculophrenica right is very important for acquiring success by interventional operation.
