Objective To retrospectively review the experience of anesthesia for aortic valve insufficiency complicated with extremely dilated left ventricle.Methods The patients were premedieated with morphine 10 mg and scopolamine 0.3 mg IM.Anesthesia was induced with etomidate 0.1-0.2 ms/ks.sufentanil 1μ/kg and pipecuronium 0.1 mg/kg.After the patients were intubated,anesthesia wag maintained beween 1.0%and 1.5% isoflurane and intermittent Ⅳ boluses of sufentanil and pipecuronium.ECG,direct BP,SpO2,PET CO2,CVP and body temperature were monitored during anesthesia.Result All patients Were rehabilitated without ventricular fibrillation and arrhythmia.Conlusions Measures are taken before the surgery to maintain preload,increase heart rate,reduce afterload moderately and maintain myocardial contractility.After the surgery,maintenance of preload is helpful for ensuring adequate forward flow and benefcial to patients using dopamine and nitrolycerin.

Objective To explore the expression of Survivin and MHC in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and their interaction.Methods A total of 40 patients with histologically diagnosed NSCLC were enrolled in this study.Control samples were consisted of normal lung tissues from 15 patients.Expression of Survivin and MHC were detected by flow cytometry in 40 non-small cell lung cancer tissues and 15 normal lung tissues.Results The positive rates of Survivin protein expression in NSCLC tissues classified stages Ⅰ,Ⅱ and Ⅲ were 28.57% ,30.77% and 80.00% respectively.There was a correlation between Survivin protein expres-sion and stages of NSCLC.Survivin protein expression was detected in 19 of 29 patients with lymph node metas-tasis, and 3 of 11 patients with no metastasis.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.030).The loss expression rates of MHC-Ⅰ in NSCLC tissues of low grade,intermediate grade and high grade were 84.62% ,42.10% and 37.50% respectively.There was a correlation in expression be-tween MHC-Ⅰ and tumor grade.The positive rates of MHC-Ⅱ expression in NSCLC tissues was related to pa-thology type (P=0.005).The expression in squamous cancer and non-squamous non-adno cancer was lower than that of adenocarcinoma (P=0.002, P=0.04).There was no obvious correlation between the expression of Survivin and MHC-Ⅰ,MHC-Ⅱ in NSCLC.Conclution The expression of Survivin and MHC could be in-volved in the pathogenesis and development of NSCLC, and the combined detection will predict the prognosis of the patients with NSCLC.

Objective:To investigate the role of phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome 10 (PTEN) in regulating proliferation of airway smooth muscle cells in ovalbumin(OVA)-induced asthma rats. Methods：Male Wistar rats (n=16) were randomized into OVA-induced asthma group and control group(8 rats each). The histomorphological changes of bronchia and lung tissues were observed by H-E staining. The expressions of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) and PTEN were assayed by immunohistochemistry. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) was carried out to determine the changes in the expression of PTEN mRNA. Results: The typical pathological features of asthma were revealed in the OVA-exposed rats including numerous inflammatory cells infiltrated around the bronchia and in the lung tissues, the thickened airway smooth muscle and the narrowed airway. The levels of PCNA were distinctly increased in OVA-induced asthma group than that of control（P < 0.05），while the levels of PTEN and PTEN mRNA were significantly decreased in lung tissues of OVA-exposed rats（P < 0.05）. Conclusion：The gene inactivation of PTEN may play a pivotal role in proliferation of airway smooth muscle cells in asthma rats, and the most probable mechanism is associated with the functions of PI3K signaling pathway.

Objective To assess the risk factors of postphlebitic syndrome(PS)after deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities. Method In this study,102 DVT patients managed by conservative therapy were recruited.Data including age,sex,etiopathogenesis,anticoagulation,pathogenesis, elasticstocking therapy,degree of lower extremity exercise,INR,WBC,PT%and FIB were analyzed by single factor analysis and COX analysis. Result PS developed in 67.60%cases,single factor analysis shows:sex(P=0.025),anticoagulation(P=0.000),elastic-stocking therapy(P=0.000),degree of lower extremity exercises(P=0.000),INR(P=0.033),WBC(P=0.012),PT%(P=0.000),FIB(P=0.002)are related to the occurrence of PS.COX regression shows that anticoagulation(P=0.011),the degree of lower extremity exercise(P=0.019),elastic-stocking therapy(P=0.000)are related to PS.Age (P=0.299),etiopathogenisis(P=0.838)and pathogenesis(P=0.2 17)are not statistically PS related.Conclusion DVT is a multi-factors related disease.Multivariant analysis revealed that elastic-stocking (P=0.000),anticoagulation(P=0.011)and the degree of lower extremity exercises(P=0.019)are related to the development of PS.

Objective The purpose of this study is to construct eukaryotic gene vector of herpes simplex virus type 1 thymidine kinase(HSV1-tk)and to observe the expression of HSV1-tk in lung adenocarcinoma AGZY cell line.Methods The full length HSV1-tk gene was amplified by PCR from plasmid pHSV 106 and was inserted into pMD18-T.The recombinant plasmid was recombined with eukaryotic vector plRES 2-EGFP u-sing gene recombinant technique .HSV1 -tk was transfected into adenocarcinoma AGZY cell line with Lipo-fectamineTM 2 000.Fluorescence microscopy was used to detect the transfection and expression of HSV 1-tk.RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA levels of HSV 1-tk.The cell proliferation was measured by MTT assay .Re-sults A length of 1 130 bp gene sequence was obtained by PCR .The expressions of HSV 1-tk at mRNA and protein levels were displayed by RT -PCR and Western blot .MTT analysis showed that there were no significant changes cell survival on after transfection .Conclusion The eukaryotic expression vector of HSV 1 -tk report gene is successfully constructed and HSV 1-tk is effectively expressed in transfected AGZY cells .
