Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(18):2485-2486
ObjectiveTo investigate the risk factors, prevention measures and treatment methods of the pulmonary fibrosis patients with nosocomial pulmonary fungal infection. Methods50 pulmonary fibrosis patients with nosocomial pulmonary fungal infection were chosen as the observation group. In the same time,50 pulmonary fibrosis patients without nosocomial pulmonary fungal infection were chosen as the control group. The following factors were compared: hospital stay, corticosteroid use, antibiotic use, invasive procedures, a merger of the underlying disease.ResultsThere were 46% (23/50) patients had long-term use of antibiotics in the observation group, much more than the control group(26% ,13/50) ,the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05) ;More than half of patients in both groups using glucocorticoids, the ratio in the observation group was 84% (42/50), which was significantly higher than the control group( P < 0.05) ; In the observation group, the rates of patients with long time hospitalization ( ≥30 days), received invasive procedures, and associated with underlying diseases were much higher than the control group( all P < 0.05). ConclusionMultiple risk factors could lead to the occurrence of pulmonary fibrosis patients with nosocomial pulmonary fungal infection, and the positive and effective preventions and standard treatment should be taken.

Chemotherapy is the main means for treatment of PCNSL and the efficacy of high-dose methotrexate (HD-MTX) has been confirmed among those chemotherapeutics. Treatments of HD-MTX combined with other drugs have been studied extensively. Progress of HD-MTX and other drugs for PCNSL are reviewed in this article.
5.Study on genetic polymorphisms of STR locus D20S85 in five Chinese populations and forensic application
Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 2002;0(05):-
Objective To study the genetic polymorphisms of STR locus D20S85 and to obtain the genetic data of Guangdong Han, Guangxi Zhuang, Huadong Han,Neimenggu Han and Meng populations. Method Using PCR and silver - staining methods, the alleles of D20S85 locus were detected and analysed. Results 9 alleles and 35 genotypes were found in those populations. The highest allele frequency was D20S85* 6. The results of Hardy - Wein-berg equilibrium test showed that the genotype distributions observed in five populations were correspondent with the expected. The expected heterozygosity was 0.7720 - 0.7912; the exclusion probability of paternity was 0.7538-0.7594(triplet) and 0.3988 -0.4297 (biplet) ; the discrimination power 0.9175 -0.9272 and the polymorphism information content 0.7442 - 0.7656. Conclusion STR D20S85 locus is a useful genetic marker for forensic application .
6.Determination of the Contents of Geniposide in Gardenia Jasminoides Ellis and Its Preparations by RP-HPLC
China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish a RP-HPLC method for the assay of geniposide in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and its preparations.METHODS:The determination was carried out with RP-HPLC on Kromasil C 18 column(4.6mm?250mm,5?m)with acetonitrile-water(10∶90)as the mobile phase, and the geniposide was detected at a UV-wavelength of238nm.RESULTS:The linear range of geniposide was0.596?g~2.98?g(r=0.9997).It was found that the contents of geni?poside in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, its fruit, peel, seed,Jiaweixiaoyao pill and Qingkailing injection were41.8mg/g,12.3mg/g,67.3mg/g,4.26mg/g and0.316mg/ml,respectively.The average recoveries of geniposide in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,Ji?aweixiaoyao pill and Qingkailing injection were99.35%,99.51%and99.57%and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were0.52%,0.72%and0.73%,respectively.CONCLUSION:The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and stable. It can be used for the determination of geniposide in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis and its preparations.
7.Impact of nursing intervention on the secondary infection in chemotherapy of elderly patients with lung cancer
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;(18):48-49
Objective To investigate the effect of intensive nursing intervention on the secondary infection in chemotherapy of elderly patients with lung cancer. Methods 168 cases of elderly lung cancer patients whose neutrophil ≤ 1.0×109/L during chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the intensive care group and the control group, with 84 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing of infection prevention, while the intensive care group was given intensified nursing for infection prevention.A contrastive analysis was conducted in terms of the incidence, clinical characteristics and the duration of antibiotic treatment of the two groups of patients with secondary infection. Results The secondary infection rate of the intensive care group was lower than that of the control group during chemotherapy. What's more, the duration of fever and treatment of the intensive care group was shorter than that of the control group, hence the patients were safe during infection period. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Strengthening the nursing intervention can reduce the incidence rate of secondary infection in aged patients with lung cancer, increase the tolerance of patients to chemotherapy and ensure the successful completion of the chemotherapy cycle, prolong the life span of the patients with an improved quality of life.
