Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2015;14(9):707-711
Acute abdominal pain is a major clinical symptom of acute abdomen, and vasogenic acute abdomen caused by vascular diseases is rare and difficult to diagnose at its early stage with atypical clinical symptom and high mortality. Therefore, there is an urgent need to strengthen and improve the knowledge of surgeons about vasogenic acute abdomen.

3.Social Medicalization and the Emotional Basis of Life Education for Medical Students
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
The development of social medicalization is mainly based on technical and capital logic.De-humanization of technology and the profits-pursing nature of capital cause unbalanced development of modern medicine in the aspects of materials and human as value subject. As a component of medical humanities education, life education should be based on human's emotion of life, strengthened in the cultivation of sympathy, respect as well as concern and control of subject's expansion by emotional strength, which is also an important element in the cultivation of medical humanities spirit.
4.The role of histamine in immune reactions
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
Immunologic cells not only express histamine receptors, most of them but also have the abilities to produce histamine. Histamine possesses extensive biologic effects on the components of the immune system, including the antigen presenting cells, T lymphocytes and antibody isotypes, and accordingly affects the pathological processes of the inflammation, immunological diseases and tumor. On the other hand, the various cytokines produced during immune responses can regulate the synthesis and release of histamine, as well as the expressions of histamine receptors.

ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of treating acute exacerbation of chronic respiratory failure with Danhong injection.MethodsAccording to random number table,64 cases of acute exacerbation of chronic respiratory failure were divided randomly into 2 groups, with 32 cases in each group. Both groups were given correspondingly conventional symptomatic treatment(including oxygen,anti-inflammatory,antispasmodic,sputum,etc.).On this basis, the treatment group was added Danhong injection 30 ml+5%glucose infusion 250 ml,once a day, continuous therapy for 14 days.ResultsThe total effective rate was 87.50% and 65.63% in Danhong injection treatment group and conventional treatment group respectively, showing obvious difference between 2 groups (x2=4.267,P<0.05).The blood low shear viscosity (7.11 ± 1.60) mPa ? s,high shear viscosity of whole blood (3.30 ± 0.83 ) mPa ? s,plasma viscosity ( 1.28 ± 0.32) mPa ? s,whole blood reduced viscosity ( 16.81 ± 3.32 ) mPa ? s,erythrocyte aggregation index ( 1.26±0.31 ),erythrocyte deformation index (0.64±0.27) in the Danhong injection treatment group all had statistical significance compared to the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).ConclusionClinical efficacy and safety of Danhong injection in treating acute exacerbation of chronic respiratory failure were good.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2001;0(11):-
Objective To observe the effects of rectal thermal- and pressure- stimuli on visceral perception thresholds in patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and investigate its pathogenesis. Methods Rectal visceral perception thresholds were examined in 46 patients with IBS and in 13 normal controls after rectal thermal- and pressure stimuli. Subjects were asked to report its sensation, location and spread. Results Compared with healthy subjects, IBS patients, especially those with diarrhea-predominant IBS, demonstrated significantly lower perception thresholds to rectal thermal and pressure stimuli. Ice had varied effects on symptoms in patients with IBS and no effects on perception thresholds. Conclusion Visceral perception thresholds were decreased significantly after rectal thermal-and pressure- stimuli in patients with IBS. Visceral hypersensitivity is one of the important pathogenesis in IBS.

In order to discover the steroid biotransformation ability of filamentous fungus Aspergillus niger TCCC41650, we studied the fermentation of 4-androstene-3,17-dione with A. niger TCCC41650. The transformation product was purified, crystallized and determined as 16β-hydroxy-androst-4-ene-3,17-dione by X-ray single crystal diffraction method. The best fermentation condition was found to be pH 6.0, ethanol amount 2% with a substrate concentration of 1 per thousand, the transformation rate is 85.81% after 72 h. Based on the best of our knowledge, 16β-hydroxylation rarely occurs in microbial transformations of steroid. This study laid the foundation for the research of 16β-hydroxylation steroids

China Pharmacy 2016;27(26):3692-3694
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shugan granule in the adjunctive treatment of melas-ma with irregular menstruation. METHODS:140 cases of melasma with irregular menstruation were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 70 cases in each group. Control group was given vitamin C,vi-tamin E and compound retinoic acid and other routine medicines;observation group was additionally given Shugan granule 10 g, bid. A treatment course lasted for 21 d,and both groups received 2 courses of treatment. The area of melasma, irregular menstrua-tion integral, clinical efficacy of melasma and irregular menstruation were observed in 2 groups, and the occurrence of ADR was re-corded. RESULTS:There was no statistical significance in the area of melasma and irregular menstruation integral between 2 groups before treatment (P>0.05);after treatment, the area of melasma decreased significantly in 2 groups, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group;irregular menstruation integral decreased significantly, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Total effective rates of melasma and ir-regular menstruation were 61.86% and 61.43%, which were significantly higher than those of control group (45.71%and 44.29%),with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the incidence of ADR between 2 groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Shugan granule shows significant therapeutic efficacy in adjunctive treatment of melasma with irregu-lar menstruation, and can decrease the area of melasma and improve irregular menstruation significantly.

2 cm).Immunohistochemistrical stain slice of operative specimen showed a lots of vascular endothelial cells and small vessels, which correlated with the tumor angioimaging area on CT images. The sensitivity, specificity, and positive predictive valve of tumor angioimaging in the lung cancers were 47.2%,91.3%,and 95.5%,respectively.Conclusion The “tumor angioimaging” sign can be regarded as another specific feature in peripheral lung cancer with contrast CT.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture by stages in treating post-stroke swallowing dysfunction. Method Sixty eligible patients were randomized into a staging-acupuncture group and an ordinary-acupuncture group, to respectively receive acupuncture by the stage of swallowing and ordinary acupuncture in addition to the basic treatments. Function estimation was conducted before and after intervention in both groups to compare the therapeutic efficacies.Result According to the water drinking test, the total effective rate was 83.3% in the staging-acupuncture group versus 53.3% in the ordinary-acupuncture group, and the difference was statistically significant by rank sum test (P<0.05), and the staging-acupuncture group was superior to the ordinary-acupuncture group especially in the pharyngeal stage (P<0.05); the differences were statistically insignificant in the oral stage and esophageal stage (P>0.05); regarding the video fluoroscopic swallowing study (VFSS), the staging-acupuncture group was significantly better than ordinary-acupuncture group in improving swallowing function (P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture by swallowing stages is effective in treating post-stroke swallowing dysfunction, especially in improving the swallowing function in pharyngeal stage.
