Objective:
To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases reported in Zhejiang Province in 2020 for prevention and control.
Methods:
Data of notifiable infectious diseases reported in Zhejiang Province in 2020 were extracted from China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention. The incidence and death of notifiable infectious diseases were analyzed and compared with the averages from 2015 to 2019; then the characteristics of some key diseases such as coronavirus disease 2019 ( COVID-19 ), influenza and other infectious diarrhea were summarized.
Results:
Totally 487 271 cases of 30 kinds of infectious diseases were reported. The incidence and mortality rate was 832.94/100 000 and 0.615 4/100 000, which were 7.05% and 14.60% lower than the average value of 2015-2019.The weekly morbidity of Class A and Class B infectious diseases fluctuated between 1.24/100 000 and 3.68/100 000, and hit the bottom in the sixth to eighth week. The morbidity of Class C infectious diseases was 154.19/100 000 in the first week, then dropped to 4.83/100 000 in the second to sixth week and maintained at a low level. High morbidity of infectious diseases were reported in Hangzhou ( 1 412.62/100 000 ), Jinhua ( 960.35/100 000 ) and Ningbo ( 921.25/100 000 ). The morbidity of class C infectious diseases in Hangzhou was 1 248.80/100 000, which was far higher than that of other ten prefecture-level cities. The diseases with high reported morbidity were influenza (438.45/100 000), other infectious diarrhea (140.29/100 000 ), hand-foot-and-mouth disease ( 99.64/100 000 ), pulmonary tuberculosis ( 41.92/100 000 ), syphilis (41.37/100 000) and viral hepatitis ( 30.48/100 000 ). More deaths were reported in AIDS and pulmonary tuberculosis, and the mortality were 0.482 1/100 000 and 0.116 2/100 000. A total of 1 306 confirmed cases, 302 asymptomatic infections and 1 death of COVID-19 were reported.
Conclusion
In 2020, the incidence rate of notifiable infectious diseases in Zhejiang decreased compared with the average value of 2015-2019. Pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis and hepatitis B still have high morbidity, and the COVID-19 epidemic spread widely. The morbidity of some respiratory infectious diseases and imported infectious diseases have dropped significantly compared with previous years.

Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines (English Ed.) 2013;11(3):314-320
AIM:
Combine disproportionality analysis with dynamically interactive graphics to understand spontaneously-reported adverse events in pharmacovigilance.
METHODS:
Four statistical methods, including Reporting Odds Ratio, Proportional Reporting Ratio, Multi-Item Gamma Poisson Shrinker and Bayesian Confidence Propagation Neural Network that are used for computing disproportionality are described. Tree maps and other graphical techniques are used to display the disproportionality results.
RESULTS:
Spontaneously-reported adverse events in pharmacovigilance are collected from physicians, patients, or the medical literature by regulatory agencies, pharmaceutical companies and device manufacturers to monitor the safety of a product once it reaches the market. In order to identify potential safety-signals, disproportionality analysis methods compare the rate at which a particular event of interest co-occurs with a given drug with the rate this event occurs without the drug in the event database. Tree maps are employed to interactively display the adverse events for particular drugs and compare the adverse events among the drugs.
CONCLUSION
Interactive graphical displays of disproportionality allow the analyst to quickly identify safety signals and perform additional follow-up analyses. Combining statistical methods with dynamically interactive graphics affords insights into the data inaccessible by traditional analysis methods.

In this study, we evaluated the difference ot biological characteristics in the MERS-CoV infected mice model in prior to transduction with different dosage of human DPP4. Firstly, we transduced different dosage of DPP4 (high or low) into mice, and then challenged them with MERS-CoV in order to establish the model. After establishment of mice model, we observed the clinical signs of disease, virus replication, immunopathogenesis and antibody response. The results indicated that the infected mice showed typical pneumonia, virus replication, histological lesions, and neutralizing antibody production. Moreover, the high dosage group was superior to the low dosage group. Fourteen days after infection, the specific antibody to virus structural protein and neutralizing antibody were analyzed, the high dosage group induced higher level antibody. In summary, the MERS-CoV infected mice model were established prior transduction with DPP4, and the level of DPP4 influenced the clinical signs of disease, virus replication and antibody response in this model.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the technique and therapeutic effect of laparoscopy-insisted vaginoplasty with peritoneum in patients with androgen insensitivity syndrome.
METHODSFrom May. in the Fifth People' s Hospital of Shenzhen. The therapeutic effect was retrospectively analyzed.
RESULTSLaparoscopy-insisted vaginoplasty was successfully completely with peritoneum in patients with androgen in 4 cases. Ileumtivity segyndroment was used instead of peritoneum in one case. Open operation was not adopted in any cases. The ectopic testicles were removed during operation in 4 cases. The average operation time and bleeding volume was 60 min and 20 ml, respectively. Rectum, bladder and urethra were not injured in any case. The average vaginal length was 9 cm (range 8-10 cm) 21-28 days after operation. 6 months after operation, the surface of reconstructed vagina was smooth, ruddy and flexible, with satisfactory anatomical and functional results. Normal sexual activity was achieved in 2 cases.
CONCLUSIONSLaparoscopy-insisted vaginoplasty with peritoneum could be used for female patients with androgen insensitivity syndrome. The ectopic testicles should be removed. Estrogen supplement and psychological guide after operation are also important.

China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2013;38(3):462-465
The essay summarizes the current development and application of reference extracts from traditional Chinese medicines (TCMs). Through the analysis on problems in the quality control of TCMs, and on the basis of the current application of reference extracts in Chinese Pharmacopoeia, it investigates reference extracts from TCMs and forecasts the study orientation on TCM quality standards. Despite a wide prospect for the application of reference extracts in quality control of TCMs, there remain problems in varieties and standards. It is of great significance for the TCM understanding to further promote the development of reference extracts.
