Objective: To explore the safety of using diagnostic hysteroscopy in patients with clinical stage one endometrial cancer, whether diagnostic hysteroscopy can increases the risk of positive peritoneal cytology in such patients and affects their post-operative prognosis. Methods: Medical records of 52 patients with clinical stage one endometrial cancer diagnosed by pre-operative hysteroscopy in our hospital were reviewed in this retrospective study, informations about cytological test of abdominal peritoneal fluid, type of operation,post-operative surgical stage and follow-up were collected. Results: The mean interval between hysteroscopy and laparotomy was 36 days(5~82d),2/52(3.8%) present positive peritoneal cytology, the mean survival time was 81 months(9~130m),the 5-year survival rate was 91.5%.Conclusion: Diagnostic hysteroscopy had not increase the risk of positive peritoneal cytology, also had no adverse effect on prognosis in clinical stage one endometrial cancer patients.
2.Role of nuclear factor kappa B in the development of neural stem cells
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE: Nuclear factor (NF)-?B is an inducible transcription factor detected in neurons, glial and neural stem cells. It is involved in many biological processes such as inflammation and innate immunity, development, apoptosis and anti-apoptosis. This text is aimed to explain the roles of NF-?B in proliferation, migration and differentiation of neural stem cells. DATA SOURCES: The related literatures between January 1987 and September 2006 were collected from the PUBMED with the keywords of "Neural stem cell, Proliferation, Migration, Differentiation/stem cell, Differentiation/NF-?B" in English. STUDY SELECTION: Firstly the articles were checked and quotations attached to these articles were looked over. Inclusive criteria: the content of the articles must be correlated with roles of NF-?B in proliferation, migration, differentiation of neural stem cell. Exclusive criteria: Repetitive research or articles of Meta analysis. DATA EXTRACTION: There were 61 correlated articles, 32 articles accorded with inclusive criteria, and 29 articles excluded were olden or repetitive in content. In 32 collected articles, 4 articles referred to adult neural stem cell, 3 articles referred to NF-?B/Rel family and Ⅰ-?B, 11 articles referred to NF-?B and proliferation of neural stem cell, 8 articles referred to NF-?B and migration of neural stem cell and 6 articles referred to NF-?B and differentiation of neural stem cell. DATA SYNTHESIS: Neural stem cells were characterized by the capability to undergo self-renewal, cell divisions, to migrate and to differentiate into multiple cell types. Stem cells within the adult brain were found within special areas. Neural stem cells experienced the processes of dissociation, immigration and differentiation. NF-?B was a transcription factor, which can bind to specific DNA-sequences and regulate transcription. NF-?B was involved in induction of proliferation under erythropoietin (EPO), hypoxia conditions and brain injury. The inhibitors of NF-?B such as beta-peptide, nitric oxide acted in negative manner on proliferation of neural stem cells. In migration of neural stem cell, NF-?B was necessary for induction of migration caused by macrophage chemo attractant protein-1, stem cell factor, stromal cell derived factor. The differentiation of neural stem cells toward astrocytic, neuronal, oligodendrocytic and glial lineages was determined by specific signaling cascades. Interleukin-6 family could accelerate the differentiation of neural stem cells to horizontal cells. The differentiation of neuroblastoma cells could be joined by NF-?B. CONCLUSION: A great quantity of evidences verifies that NF-?B plays a crucial role in the complicated regulatory mechanism of transcription of neural stem cells.
3.Application of bronchoalveolar lavage in children with respiratory disorders
International Journal of Pediatrics 2015;(4):477-480,481
Bronchoalveolar lavage ( BAL) has been widely used in pediatric respiratory system disea-ses,and it has been comfirmed the value of the diagnosis and treatment in lung diseases. Collected bronchoalveo-lar lavage fluid ( BALF) is often used in microbiological pathogen identification, cellular and non-cellular com-ponents analyses. And it can be also used as guideline of clinical medication, diagnosis, treatment and pathogene-sis research of the respiratory disorders. This article summarizes the advance of BAL in pediatrics ,such as BAL operating skills, specimen transport and handling, and clinical application in lower respiratory tract infection and interstitial lung disease.
4.Study on expression of Hes1 mRNA during the differentiation of neural stem cells toward neurons
Chongqing Medicine 2013;(33):4048-4050
Objective To explore the expression of Hes1 mRNA during neural stem cells(NSC) differentiation toward neurons . Methods To establish the model of cultivation NSC in the hippocampal of newborn (24 h) SD rats ,and then to observe the mor-phology of NSC in the course of proliferation and differentiation .Before and after cellular induction ,the expression of Nestin and NSE were respectively measured to detect cell types by immunochemistry method .And flow cytometry was used to determine cell cycle phases ,so as to detect proliferative activity of these cells .Meanwhile ,the expression of Hes1 mRNA in NSC was determined by reverse transcription-PCR(RT-PCR) .Results The results demonstrated that NSC isolated from hippocampal showed vigorously clonal proliferation in vitro ,and positive Nestin expression .In addition ,the differentiated cells demonstrated positive NSE expres-sion .Flow cytometry analysis showed that the percentage of NSC in S phase was obviously higher than that of induced differentia-tion of all time(P<0 .01) ,which indicated that NSC were actively dividing induction before .Compared to NSC ,the percentages of cells in G0 G1 phases were increased significantly after neuronal differentiation (P<0 .01) ,which indicated that differented cells have arrested in G0 G1 phases .Meanwhile ,the results from RT-PCR showed that :Hes1 mRNA was expressed in NSC both before and af-ter induced differention .Compared to induction before ,the level of Hes1 mRNA expression in NSC during different stages of differ-entiation after induction were significantly decreased (P<0 .05) ,and Hes1 mRNA did not show any obvious changes among these stages of differentiation(P>0 .05) .Conclusion The high level of Hes1 mRNA was probably involved proliferation of NSC .How-ever ,low level of Hes1 mRNA might contribute to neuronal differentiation .

Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(16):-
Objective To explore the protective effect and mechanism of ligustrazine against ischemia-reperfusion injury of retina from neonatal rats. Methods Thirty-two neonatal rats were randomly divided into normal, model, solvent control and ligustrazine treatment group.Experimental model of retinal ischemia-reperfusion injury was established by increasing intraocular pressure through intracameral infusion. In the ligustrazine treatment group, ligustrazine was given by intraperitoneal injecting before 30 min ischmia and after reperfusion 2 hours,10 mg/kg.In the solvent control group, the same voluminal solvent(isotonic Na chloride)was given by the same way before 30 min ischmia and after reperfusion 2 hours. The neonatal rats were executed by aeroembolism after reperfusion 6 hours. The content of malon dialdehyde(MDA) and the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity were measured by spectrophotometer. Results 1.The content of MDA in model group was significantly higher than that in normal group(t=4.80 P0.05).The SOD activity in model group was significantly lower than that of normal group(t=4.58 P0.05).Conclusion Ligustrazine can protect experimental retinal from ischemia-reperfused injury by increasing SOD activity and decreasing the content of MDA in neonatal rats.
