2.To promote conventional hematic morphological examination
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2000;0(06):-
The peripheral blood and bone marrow smears examination dominates in the conventional hematic morphological examination which is the important diagnostic method for hematopoietic disorder at all times. However, we should also be well informed that many new technologies such as the automated hematology analyzer and the molecular biology can affect it. Moreover, we should envisage the problem that exists in itself, pay more attention to perfect and upgrade the level of conventional hematic morphological examination further.
3.Expression of miR-133b in prostate cancer and its effect on the proliferation of tumor cells
Chinese Journal of Clinical Laboratory Science 2017;35(5):349-352
Objective To investigate the expression level of miR-133b in cancer tissues of patients with prostate cancer and its effect on the proliferation of prostate cancer cells. Methods The total RNAs in resected prostate cancer tissues and adjacent tissues from 30 patients with prostate cancer were extracted and reversely transcripted into cDNA,and then the expression levels of miR-133b were detected by real-time quantitative PCR.The correlations between the expression levels of miR-133b and the patients' clinicopathological features were analyzed. The expression of positive regulatory domain I-binding factor 16 (PRDM16) and proliferation of PC-3 cells transfected with miR-133b mimics by LipofectamineTM 3000 were determined by real-time quantitative PCR and the CCK8 method, respectively. Results The expression levels of miR-133b in prostate cancer tissues [(16.85 ± 0.94) × 10-4] was significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues [(22.95 ± 1.567) × 10-4,t =3.335,P < 0.01].The expression levels of PRDM16 in PC-3 cells transfected with miR-133b mimics were significantly lower than that in the control group (0.371 ±0.031 vs 1.000 ±0.022,t =12.53,P < 0.01).The proliferation ability of PC3 cells transfected with miR-133b mimics for 72 hours was significantly lower than that in the control group (t =6.811,P < 0.01).Similarly,the proliferation ability of PC-3 cells transfected with PRDM16 inhibitor for 72 hours was also significantly lower than that in the control group (t =9.048,P <0.01).Conclusion The expression levels of miR-133b in prostate cancer tissues are significantly down-regulated,which regulate the proliferation of prostate cancer cells possibly through PRDM16.

Journal of Practical Obstetrics and Gynecology 2010;26(3):225-228
Objective:Surgery intervention and its effect on pregnancy heart disease were explored. Meth-ods:Retrospective review of 34 cases of pregnancy heart disease who needed surgery intervention from Jan, 2000 to Dec,2007 was done. Results:17 patients had percutaneous balloon mitral valve (PBMV) dilatation, the area of mitral valve enlarged markedly postoperatively ( P <0.01 ). 9 patients had open chest surgery un-der extracorpory circulation,7 of them had re-replacement mechanical valve due to mechanical valve throm-bosis. One patient had left atrium mucomamectomy. One patient had Wad's sinus breakout and repairmen. 5 patients had Radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA) for supraventricular tachycardia. 3 patients had int-racardiac device (ICD) for Ⅲ grade atrioventicular block. 22 patients had cardiac function as grade Ⅲ~Ⅳ and postoperatively recovered to grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ . All 34 patients were alive after treatment, 23 fetus were alive (67.6%), and no adverse results were found during the follow-up. Conclusions:When patients who had pregnancy heart disease need surgery intervention, individualized treatment plan should be made by multidis-cipline experienced doctors according to different heart disease and cardiac function.

Tianjin Medical Journal 2014;(8):793-795,804
Objective To study the correlation between normal level of thyroid hormone and gensini coronary scor-ing system. Methods Coronary heart disease patient who were treated with Cardio-angiography (CAG) (n=231) were divid-ed into 4 groups based on gensini coronary score. All the patients were examined with indexes include total triiodothyronine (TT3), total thyronine(TT4), free thyronine(FT4), free triiodothyronine (FT3), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH). And correla-tion between thyroid hormone level and gensini coronary scoring system was studied by Spearman correlation analysis and Multiple regression analysis. Results No significant difference was found in the levels of TT3, TT4, FT4, Cholesterol(CHO) and Triglyceride(TG) between the all 4 groups (P>0.05). FT3 and HDL-C decreased with the increase of extent of coronary artery lesions(P<0.01), and AGE and LDL-C raised with the coronary artery lesions extent (P<0.05). Gensini coronary scoring system was linearly negatively correlated with FT3, HDL-C and positively correlated with age and LDL-C. Age, FT3,HDL-C,LDL-C was independently correlated to Gensini score. Conclusion The lower level of FT3 is an indepen-dent risk factor for CHD.

Objective To summarize clinical characteristics, diagnosis and surgery of abnormally origination of left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery. Methods Clinical data of 10 patients with left coronary artery abnormally originating from pulmonary artery were analyzed, including 5 men and 5 women, aged from 13 to 40 years. Definite diagnosis was made by ultrasonic cardiogram (UCG) and cardiac catheter examination. Three cases were simply abnormal origination, six cases combined with MI, and one case combined with both MI and ventricular aneurysm of left ventricular apex. Ligation of the abnormal coronary artery was done in four patients, three were given pulmonary artery inner tunnel plasty under extrocorporeal circulation. Open implantation of left coronary artery to ascending aorta were done in 3 patients, while plasty of mitral valve were performed in 5 and ventricular aneurysm resection in 1. Results One patient died postoperatively. The follow-up ranged from 1 month to 11 years. One patient received replacement of mitral valve 16 months after first surgery due to severe MI. All the followed-up patients presented no myocardial ischemia or infarction, no residual shunt or late death. Cardiac function was rehabilitated to grade 1. Conclusion Obvious blood dynamics and cardiovascular morphology changes existed in patients with left coronary artery abnormally originating from pulmonary artery. Early diagnosis and surgery should be done. Proper surgical approach is the key to success.

Chinese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery 2003;0(02):-
Objective To analyze the causative of damaged bioprosthetic valves implanted in 41 patients (with total 47 valves) over one year. Methods From June 1993 to June 2004,re-replacement of valves was performed in 41 patients with dysfunctional bioprosthetic valves. The interval between the two operations was 1~16 years [mean (9.7?4.1) years]. The 47 dysfunctional bioprosthetic valves were carefully observed and pathologically examined. Results Of the 47 valves, no valve frame was damaged; tear or perforation existed in 42 valves (89.3%); calcification was found in 35 valves (74.5%), with fibrosis; excrescence and thrombus coexisted in 2. Heavily damaged ones were sent for pathological examination, and infiltration of abundant phagocytes and monocytes was found. Conclusion Early damages were mainly tear or rupture, while late damages were compound outcomes of multiple damaging factors such as calcification, rupture, and tear.
10.Classification and surgical treatment of pelvic obliquity secondary to poliomyelitis in the adult
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics 2001;0(05):-
Objective To describe a new classification of pelvic obliquity secondary to poliomyelitis, and investigate the operative indications and effective surgical modes. Methods Fifty-six adult pelvic obliquity secondary to polio were reviewed. The pelvic obliquity was divided into two types and three kinds according to the causes of deformity, X- ray films of pelvic and gait. Six surgical methods were chosen respectively to correct the deformities. Results All the patients were followed-up for 10 to 80 months(mean 28 months). Complete correction of pelvic obliquity was obtained in 11 patients and major correction in 45 patients. The average corrective rate was 78.3% . Conclusion Not all the patients with pelvic obliquity after polio need surgical treatment. This new classification has great help to surgical planning and to improve the operative effects.
