1.Diagnosis and treatment of primitive neuroectodermal tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(8):624-626
Primitive neuroectodermal tumor (PNET) is a kind of malignant tumor, which most often affects children and adolescents. The incidence of PNET has risen recently. PNET has low early diagnosis rate and poor treatment effect. With the application of RT-PCR and FISH in pathological diagnosis, and MRI and PET-CT in imageological diagnosis, as well as the implementation of target treatment and multidisciplinary integrated treatment concept in the treatment, the pathogenesis, diagnosis technology and treatment means of of PNET have made remarkable progress.

5.Ultrasound diagnosis of postoperative foreign body (gauze)
Journal of Vietnamese Medicine 1999;233(2):63-64
The Viet Duc Hospital found 6 cases of the postoperative left gauze by ultrasound during 1997-1998. The diagnosis based on the clinical symptoms (infectious sign), operative history, position and size of foreign body. The foreign bodies found earliest in the 20th days and longest in the 4th years after an operation. The form, size and structure of the foreign bodies have not been changed through the round of examination.

7.Diagnosis & Treatment of Broncholithiasis -A Clinical Report of 5 cases
Journal of Third Military Medical University 1983;0(04):-
This paper is to report the author's experience about the diagnosis and treatment of 6 cases of broncholithiasis. All the 6 patients had symptoms of recurrent cough and hemoptysis which was very severe and life-threatening in 4 cases. The diagnosis of broncholithiasis was rather difficult preoperatively. Conventional tomography played a very important role in verifying the existence of an intrabronchial stone. In 3 cases the diagnosis was established by tomography. Bronchoscopy was performed in 2 cases and broncholith was seen in one of them. One case recovered after his spontaneous expectorating the stone, while five cases were treated operatively; lobectomy was performed on 4 and pneumoectomy on one. One patient developed postoperative broncbopleural fistula and cure was only achieved after a further left upper lobectomy was performed. The final result of the five operated cases were excellent (having been followed up for 10 months to 19 years) .The pathological examination of the resected specimens revealed tuberculosis in two cases, silicosis in one and nonspecific chronic inflammation in the other two.Surgical management of broncholithiasis was briefly discussed and relevant literature reviewed.
8.Study on the Expression of MCP-1mRNA,MIP-1?mRNA and its Clinicopathological Significances in the Benign and Malignant Lesions of Mammary Gland
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(11):-
Objective To study on the expressions of MCP-1mRNA,MIP-1?mRNA and detect their clinicopathological significances in the benigr and malignant lesions of marnmary gland. Methods In situ hybridization was used for the detecting expressions of MCP-1mRNA and MIP-1?mRNA on the routinely paraffin-embedded sections of the specimen of the benign and malignant lesions of mammary gland. Results The positive rate of MCP-1mRNA,MIP-1?mRNA was significantly higher in the breast cancer than that in the benign lesion of mammary gland (62.5% vs 13.3%,?2=17.05,P2cm and with-metastasis of lymphnode in the breast cancer (P0.05). The closely positive correlation was found between the expression of MCP-1mRNA and MIP-1?mRNA in breast cancer (P
9.Study on the Expression of PTENmRNA,P73mRNA and Clinicopathological Significances in the Benign and Malignant Lesions of Mammary Gland
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(12):-
Objective To study on the expressions of PTENmRNA and P73mRNA and detect their clinicopathological significances in the benign and malignant lesions of mammary gland. Methods In situ hybridization method was used on the routinely paraffin-embedded sections for 40 cases with breast cancer and 30 ones with breast benign lesions. Results The positive rates of PTENmRNA was significantly lower in the breast cancer than that in breast benign lesions(P2cm and with-metastasis of lymphnode in breast cancer, but those of P73mRNA were opposite. The closely negative correlation was found between the expression of PTENmRNA and P73mRNA in breast cancer. Conclusions The pression of PTENmRNA or P73mRNA might be an important biological marker for the reflecting the carcinogenesis, progress, biological behaviors and prognosis of breast cancer. The detections of PTENmRNA and P73mRNA in the breast begin lesions might be important clinical values for early-stage prevention and treatment of breast cancer.
10.The effect of vascular endothelial growth factor on the development of lens
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(4):404-407
Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) family consists of a group of secreted dimeric glycoprotein with a cysteine knot motif of regularly spaced eight cysteine residues, which plays a key role in vasculogenesis, angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis via their special receptors.VEGF-A,one of VEGF families,is essential for vasculogenesis and angiogenesis. So inhibition of VEGF is available in the treatment of cancer and some diseases of pathological angiogenesis. Some studies imply that VEGF receptor-2 (VEGFR-2)is expressed in some nonvascular tissue and exerts an important role in the differentiation and survival of the cells. The expressions of VEGF and VEGFR-2 in lens epithelial cells(LECs) can be detected in the formation of lens vescle in embryo stage to adult.VEGF secreted by lens itself is concerned with the differentiation and development of lens via autocrine and paracrine.
