1.The Factors Influencing the Permeability of Blood-Brain Barrier After Cerebral Ischemia/Reperfusion
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2006;0(12):-
The increase of blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability is a key link in causing the pathological changes in vasogenic brain edema and inflammatory reaction. In recent years, a number of studies have indicaded that a lot of mediators participated in the structural and functional changes and damage of BBB during the process of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion.
2.Development of Investigative Study According to Cycles of Self-regulated Learning
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
There exists different view in the goal of investigative study.Based on the self-fulfilling cycles of self-regulated learning, the author of the article puts forward that developing the ability of self-regulated learning by doing investigative study according to each phase characteristic of self-regulated learning is one of the important goals of investigative study.

Objective To observe the correctly positioning rate of left-sided double lumen endobronchial tube by combined adjustment of auscultation,PETCO2 and airway pressure changes. Methods Sixty adult patients undergoing thoracic surgery were intubated with Robertshaw DLTs. DLT position is checked and adjusted by fiberoptic bronchoscope(FOB). Results In the supine position, successful intubation is 57 cases by three combined methods, one of cases is shallower, two of cases are deeper, satisfactory rate is 95 percents; In the lateral decubitus position, successful intobution is 56 cases by three combined methods, two of cases is shallower, two of cases are deeper, satisfactory rate is 93.4 percents. Conclusion Three combined methods that are simple, reliable can be used repeatedly during postural changes without increasing the opportunities for injury,it is clinically a very good approach, but the absolute scope of safety is very small,FOB is necessary for positioning.

Objective To report successful nursing experience of cardiac arrest caused by amniotic fluid embolism. Methods 3 pregnant women with cardiac arrest caused by amniotic fluid embolism from January to August 2012 were successfully rescued, the nursing measures included observation of labor course, mechanical ventilation, rapid establishment of intravenous injection route,anti-shock and prevention of DIC and renal failure. Results 3 cases of pregnant women were given timely rescue and pulled through. All rehabilitated and were discharged. Conclusions Amniotic fluid embolism is the most serious, dramatic, and the most difficult to control complications in obstetric department.Prevention is the key for amniotic fluid embolism, once happened, medical workers should carry out rescue work calmly and implement effective interventions.

To study the initiatives and progress of African nations in promoting the development of traditional medicine to determine if these measures can be applied to the protection of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge. Information research methods were used to collect and analyze relevant literature. The development of African traditional medicine has been effectively promoted through various measures taken by African organizations and governments. In recent years, Africa has achieved remarkable results in promoting the development of traditional medicine. Many other countries will benefit from studying their examples and adopting similar measures.

The Journal of Practical Medicine 2014;(9):1370-1372
Objective To study the significance of Wnt5a gene expression in gastric carcinoma (GC). Methods The Wnt5a mRNA expressions in SGC7901 cell line and normal gastric mucosa GES-1 cell line were detected by RT-PCR. The Wnt5a protein expressions in 60 GC and 30 matched tumor-adjacent normal tissue samples were examined by immunohistochemistry using the streptavidin-peroxidase method.χ2 test was used to analyze Wnt5a expression on the clinical pathologic features of gastric carcinoma. Results Both Wnt5a mRNA and Wnt5a protein were significantly higher in SGC7901 cells than those in GES-1 cells. The positive rate of Wnt5a protein expression was also significantly higher in GC than that in tumor-adjacent normal tissue (P < 0.05). Positive expression of Wnt5a was associated with higher degree of regional lymph node metastasis and the later TNM stage (P < 0.05). Conclusion Higher expression of Wnt5a seems to promote invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer, and Wnt5a might play an oncogene-like role in the development of gastric carcinoma.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(05):-
Objective To study the effect of methyl mercury on the development of rat offspring. Methods The male Wistar rats were divided into four groups randomly, each group was administrated methyl mercury by gavage every two days for two months, then, the rats were mated with healthy female rats. The development, growth and behaviors of offspring were investigated. Results Compared with the control, the body weights of offspring in groups of 1.170 mg/kg and 0.580 mg/kg were less and the development was tardy. The indexes that can reflect the level of development showed that the behaviors of offspring in experimental groups were damaged. Conclusion The male rats exposed to methyl mercury may produce an adverse effect on the development, growth and behaviors of their offspring.

Objective To explore the changes in serum leptin level in the elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) and the relatonship between leptin and blood-pressure. Methods Serum leptin levels were studied in 35 male patients with CHF and 30 male normal controls. The relationship of serum leptin with blood pressure and LVEF were analyzed. Results Compared with controls, patients with CHF had higher serum leptin, syst olic blood pressure(SBP)and cliastolic blood pressure(DBP)(P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the expression of C-erbB-2 and anti-nuclear antigen Ki-67 in thyroid tumor, and its significance in pathologic diagnosis and prognosis the patient. Methods SP immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in thyroid tissue of 90 cases of thyroid carcinoma and 20 cases of thyroid adenoma. Results High expression of both C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in thyroid carcinoma, and their expression was weak in thyroid adenoma. The positive rate of C-erbB-2 expression in thyroid carcinoma was statistically higher than that in thyroid adenoma (48.9% vs 20.0%, P
