ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect ofcarboprost tromethamine combined with uterine strap suture in hemorrhage during cesarean section.MethodsSixty patients with hemorrhage during cesarean section were selected and divided by random digits table method into observation group and control group with 30 cases each.The patients in observation group were treated with carboprost tromethamine combined with uterine strap suture,while the patients in control group were treated with carboprost tromethamine alone.The clinical effect,blood loss,blood transfusion cases,transfusion volume and the occurrence of recurrent hemorrhage and complication of two groups were compared.ResultsCompared with control group,the efficiency in observation group was significantly higher [93.33％(28/30) vs.70.00％ (21/30),P＜ 0.05];blood loss,blood transfusion cases,transfusion volume and recurrent hemorrhage rate of observation group were obviously lower [ (603.35 ± 52.62) ml vs.(689.17 ± 50.36) ml,3 cases vs.10 cases,(640.21 ±63.58) ml vs.(726.17 ±68.74) ml,3.33％(1/30) vs.26.67％(8/30),P ＜0.05];the occurrence rate of complication of two groups had no statistical significance (P ＞ 0.05).ConclusionsCarboprost tromethamine combined with uterine strap suture can improve the clinical effect of patients with hemorrhage during cesarean section,decrease blood loss and transfusion volume,and reduce the recurrent hemorrhage rate.

Objective:To repair the bone defect from gunshot wounds immediately with iliac bone graft with muscle pedicle or vascular pedicle.Methods:Fifteen bone defects of femur shaft from gunshot wounds of 15 patients have been repaired immediately with iliac bone graft with sartorius mus- cle pedicle or ascending branch of lateral femoral circumflex artery pedicle since 1985.There were 13 male patients and 2 female patients with an age range of 18 to 50.Of the 15 fractured,12 were classified as Winquis-Hansen type Ⅲ and 3 were type Ⅳ.Results:All of the patients were followed up for a period of 3 to 24 months and had a excellent bone union.The mean time to bone union was 16 weeks.The mo- tion range of knee was 100 to 132;with an average of 125.Conclusion:Iliac bone graft with sartorius muscle pedile or ascending branch of lateral femoral circumflex artery pedicle could be resected easi- ly.The vascularized iliac bone with independent blood supplies filled up the defected area of bone and improved the blood supplies of the local regions,thus accelerating bone union.

Objective To study the inhibitory effect of recombinant adenoviruses carrying the mouse endostatin gene on the therapy of endometriosis in nude mice.Methods Animal endometriosis models were established by inoculating human endometrial fragments.Mice were randomly divided into three groups(10 each):PBS control group,Ad-lacZ group and Ad-mEndo therapy group when ectopic lesion diameter reached 5-10mm.The ectopic lesion size was measured every day.The expression of endostatin in ectopic lesion was detected by immunohistochemical stainining.The microvessel density(MVD) of ectopic lesion was traced by CD34 immunohistological labeling.Meanwhile,the contents of steroid hormone and histological changes in mice uterus and ovary were detected.Results The titer of the recombinant adenovirus was about 5.0?109pfu/ml.The endostatin gene was transferred into mice successfully and expressed effectively.The lesion volume was significantly less in Ad-mEndo group(34.3?11.2mm3) than that in Ad-lacZ group(93.3?10.7mm3) and PBS group(90.4?18.7mm3,P

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational use and standard management of antibiotics. METHODS:The relevant information for antibiotics used in the inpatients of our hospital involved in antibiotics special rectification during 2011 to 2014 were extracted from hospital information system,and the relevant data of antibiotics use were analyzed statistically. The changes of several indicators in the inpatients of our hospital were investigated,including the utilization rate and amount of antibiotics,DDDs and the uti-lization rate of typeⅠincision antibiotics for prophylactic use. RESULTS:The ratio of consumption sum of antibiotics in total con-sumption sum were decreasing from 2011 to 2014. The utilization rate of antibiotics and of typeⅠincision antibiotics for prophylactic use were decreased significantly,decreasing from 77.30% and 47.57% in 2011 to 57.24% and 5.89% in 2014. The consumption sum of cefepime occupied the first 3 places in 3 years. DDDs of cefotaxime and cefoperazone/sulbactam occupied the first 2 places in 4 years. CONCLUSIONS:The development of“antibiotics special rectification activities”have achieved remarkable results in our hospi-tal,the various index of antibiotics in the inpatients have been obviously improved,and clinical application of antibiotics become more reasonable,which lay a good foundation for continuous improvement of clinical application and management of antibiotics.

Lung ultrasound has been proven to have high sensitivity and specificity in the application of lung diseases, and significantly reduces the radiation exposure of children, especially in newborns, which makes it widely used in diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of childhood disease.In emergency and intensive care units, lung ultrasound can even replace chest radiographs as a routine examination method for chest lesions.However, the research of children′s lung ultrasound still falls behind the development of adult ultrasound, and there is a lack of standard procedures and specifications for children′s lung ultrasound.Therefore, this study mainly reviewed the research status of children′s lung ultrasound.

Objective To analysis clinical effect of Diyu Shengbai tablets combined with granulocyte colony stimulating factor on cancer related fatigue syndrome.Methods II-VI primary cancer 60 patients from January 2011 to December 2013 were admitted to department of internal medicine, Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University,and randomly divided into two groups.Control goup(n=30)were treated with granulocyte colony stimulating factor(G-CSF).Experimental group(n=30)were treated with Diyu Shengbai tablets and G-CSF.Results After chemotherapy, ratio of patients in the experimental group appeared fatigue syndrome and changes in leukocyte was significantly lower than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion Diyu Shengbai tablets combined with G-CSF have better clinical efficacy for leukopenia caused by tumor chemotherapy, the symptom of fatigue also can improve significantly.

Objective To investigate the effect of intermedin (IMD) on tubular cells apoptosis induced by renal ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury and its associated mechanism.Methods A total of twenty-four male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups (control group, I/R group, empty plasmid group and IMD group). One week after the removal of right kidney, ultrasound plasmid was used to transfect empty or IMD plasmid into the left kidney. Renal I/R model was made by clasping the left renal artery for 45 minutes. Tubular cell apoptosis was determined by TUNEL. Expression of Bax, Bcl-2, Fas was detected by semi-quantitative RT-PCR.Activity of caspase-8 and caspase-9 was evaluated with commercially available kits respectively.Protein level of caspase-3 was measured by Western blotting analysis. Results Compared with control group, apoptosis of tubular epithelial cells, expression of Bax and Fas, activities of caspase-8 and caspase-9, as well as protein level of caspase-3 were all significantly increased in I/R group (all P＜0.05). IMD pre-treatment significantly inhibited all these effects (all P＜0.05). There were no differences of above parameters between empty plasmid group and I/R group. Conclusion IMD pre-treatment protects against renal I/R injury by inhibion of tubular epithelial cell apoptosis.

ObjectiveTo investigate the etiology and prognosis of asymptomatic hematuria in children.MethodsThe etiological factors, clinical features and prognosis of asymptomatic hematuria were analyzed retrospectively in 431 children from Jan. 2001 to Dec . 2014. ResultsIn 431 children (197 males and 234 females) with asymptomatic hematuria, the mean age of ifrst visit was 5.52±2.77 years (8 months-17 years). Four hundred and twenty-ifve cases had persistent microscopic hematuria and 6 cases had gross hematuria. Three hundred and iffteen cases (73.1%) were glomerular hematuria, among which 286 cases were isolated hematuria, 5 cases were acute glomerulonephritis, 13 cases were minimal change glomerulopathy, 4 cases were IgA nephropathy, 4 cases were mesangial proliferation glomerulonephritis and 3 cases were thin basement membrane nephropathy. One hundred and thirty-six cases (31.5%) were non-glomerular hematuria, among whom 113 cases were left renal vein entrap-ment syndrome, 17 cases were idiopathic hypercalciuria, 4 cases were kidney stone, 1 case was urinary tract infection and 1 case was left kidney absence. The mean follow-up period was 3.05±2.69 years (0.5-13.5 years). One hundred and forty-ifve patients showed the resolution of microscopic hematuria, among whom 110 cases (75.8%) had the resolution in 3 years after the ifrst visit. In 24 cases with family history of hematuria, only 6 cases showed the resolution. At the end of the follow-up, renal function remained stable in all children.ConclusionsThe onset age of asymptomatic hematuria in children varies widely, and most of them are glomerular hematuria. Most children with isolated hematuria show resolution within three years after the ifrst visit. The children with familial hematuria may last longer. The isolated hematuria has good prognosis but needs to be followed up.

Objective: To understand the effects of remuneration incentive and their influences on job satis-faction in county public hospital. Methods: Stratified random sampling was adopted. Six county public hospitals in county level in Heilongjiang province were selected as the sample. Exploratory factor analysis was used to ana-lyze the remuneration incentives, descriptive statistical analysis and logistic regression analysis were used to ana-lyze the effects and their influences on work satisfaction. Results: remuneration incentives are divided into four dimensions that comprised a total of 16 items, which including direct material rewards, indirect material re-wards, occupational rewards and social rewards. The surgeon’s job satisfaction is higher than the physician, and is lower than the obstetrics and gynecology and pediatrics. Technician and nurses’ satisfaction is lower than the general practitioner. The medical staff who worked less than5 years has the lowest satisfaction. Authorized staff’s satisfaction is lower than off-staff. Direct material rewards and occupational rewards are related to job satisfac-tion. Conclusions:Material rewards were in low level, and non-economic incentive was insufficient. The salary incentive for highly educated talents should be strengthened.
