3.Bleeding risk of short-term intensive statin therapy after coronary artery bypass grafting
Journal of Clinical Surgery 2016;24(10):750-752
Objective To observe the bleeding risk of short-term intensive statin therapy after coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods A total of 240 patients treated with coronary artery bypass grafting were randomly divided into group A(experimental group)and group B(control group). All pa-tients were normalized to conventional treatment and they were given low molecular weight heparin for an-ticoagulant therapy during the perioperative period. Patients in group A were given 40 mg of atorvastatin before surgery, and 40 mg of atorvastatin every night for one month after the surgery. Patients in group B were given 10 mg of atorvastatin every night during the treatment. One month after the operation, platelet aggregation rate and bleeding events of patients were compared. Results There were significant differ-ences in maximum platelet aggregation rate[(14. 5 ± 3. 7)% vs(38. 1 ± 7. 4)% ,P < 0. 05],inhibition rate of platelet aggregation[(79. 5 ± 4. 3)% vs(50. 8 ± 10. 2)% ,P < 0. 05],and incidence of postopera-tive bleeding[27. 5% vs 12. 5% ,P < 0. 05]between group A and B,respectively. Conclusion Short-term intensive statin therapy can increase the bleeding risk after coronary artery bypass grafting.
4.One cases of scalp teratoma.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(2):179-180
The patient, female, 27 years old. The scalp neoplasm had been found at her right temple 10 years ago. At first, the size of the tumor was just like a soybean, and did not grow obviously in the past nine and a half years. But the tumor increased fast in these six months, almost as large as the pigeon egg now. The physical examination showed that: A spherical tumor locates in the right temple near the right ear; the size of the tumor is 3 cm X 4 cm X 3 cm; the surface is smooth, no tenderness, no obvious mobile base, skull defect not touched. Primary diagnosis: the scalp cyst or lipoma. Under the local anesthesia we remove the neoplasm, during the operation we found the lesion located in the subcutaneous tissue layer, involved the galea aponeurosis layer, the skull surface are smooth and complete. The tumor was completely removed. We cut the mass and found a cystic cavity sized 3 cmX4 cm, which contained gray jerry-built materials, contained oil and a mass of hair, the capsule wall was complete. Postoperative pathological report: The tumor is cystic look throught the microscope, the capsule wall is squamous epithelium, containing keratinized material and hair. The pathological diagnosis is teratoma. The incision healed primarily, no recurrence found for about a year.

5.Investigation on the dissolution rates of glibenclamide and metformin in compound metformin hydrochloride
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the dissolution rates of glibenclamide and metformin in compound metformin hydrochloride. Methods The concentrations of the glibenclamide and metformin were determined by HPLC method. The rotating basket method was used to measure and compare the dissolution rates of glibenclamide and metformin between the compound metformin hydrochloride and conventional tablets. Results The dissolution rates of glibenclamide and metformin with different preparation came up to the standard of CHP (2005), but the dissolution parameters were different. Conclusion The dissolution rate of glibenclamide indicated significant difference between the compound metformin hydrochloride and the conventional tablets, and no significant difference for metformin.
6.Hypertension-induced target organ damage and early identification in children
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;(4):411-414
Hypertension is a global problem, affecting both developed and developing nations. The mor-bidity of hypertension in children and adolescents has increased year by year in recent years. Hypertension in children can cause target organ damages(mainly renal, cardiovascular, central neurological,or optic fundal). In clinical practice,we need to find simple and easy methods for early recognition of target organ damages, thus se-rious consequences in adult hypertension may be prevented.
7.Relationship between Self-concept and Mental Health in Middle School Students
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
To explore the relationship between self-concept and mental health. Methods:398 middle school students were tested by SCL-90 and Song-Hattie Self-concept Scale. Results: The correlation coefficients between the total score of SCL-90 and academic self-concept, non-academic self concept and total self concept were -0.22, -0.21 and -0.23 respectively. Conclusion: Self concept was significantly correlated with mental health in middle school students.
8.Analysis of Irrational Prescriptions in Outpatient and Emergency Departments in2003
China Pharmacy 1991;0(03):-
OBJECTIVE:To promote safe, effective, economical and proper medication.METHODS:Prescriptions in the outpatient and emergency departments of our hospital in2003were randomly selected;the irrational prescriptions were ana?lyzed with regard to drug descriptions, pharmacological knowledge and literatures.RESULTS:The irrational one amounted to4.92%of the total selected prescriptions;antibiotics drug abuses amounted to84.12%of the irrational ones. The irrational drug use problems were mainly seen in administration scheme, repeated dosage, menstruum, administration, drug combina?tion, compatibility and combined toxicity.CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacist plays an important role in promoting rational drug use by checking prescriptions.
9.Influence of adult bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on solid organ transplantation: Significant candidate cells during tolerance induction
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(1):147-151
BACKGROUND: Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) from adult bone marrow can alter alloimmune response in vitro and vivo. Their potentiality is great in solid organ transplantation.OBJECTIVE: To develop MSC antirejection therapy and identify behind mechanishm of MSCs immunomodulation ability. METHODS: We searched Pubmed (1994-Mar.2009) with the key words of "mesenchymal stem cells, solid organ transplantation, tolerance, immunosuppression, animal model". RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Totally 262 English articles about influence and mechanism of action of adult bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells on solid organ transplantation were collected. The 49 suitable articles were included without earlier publication time, repeated and analogous study. Human mesenchymal stem cells did not express MHC2 Ⅱ antigen and T cell costimulatory molecules B7. Coculture with allogenic T lymphocytes could not induce T cell proliferation, but inhibited mixed lymphocyte reaction and mitogenstimulated T cell proliferation. Inhibitory effects of mesenchymal stem cells on T cell proliferation were not limited by major histocompatibility complex. Mesenchymal stem cells no matter from donors or recipients had similar immunoloregulation effects. Allogene mesenchymal stem cells could cause immunereaction in vivo, no complete immune privilege. The in vivo effects of mesenchymal stem cells will strongly depend on their localization and migration pattern after injection. Therefore, MSCs are interesting candidate cells for tolerance induction in clinical organ transplantation.
10.Clinical application of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction materials and theoretical research of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(51):10125-10128
BACKGROUND: Anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is the kernel of articular genu, for the past few years, the incidence rate of cruciate ligament injury increased gradually.OBJECTIVE: To review on the mechanism of the injury of ACL, the method of operation, the election of transplant, the reconstruction of equilong, the reconstruction of ligament and so on, and to look forward to providing some references on treating the ACL injury.METHODS: A computer-based research was conducted in Medine database (1996-01/2009-03), with the key words of "Anterior cruciate ligament, implant, reconstruction, repair". Chongqing VIP database and Qinghua Tongfang database (1996-01/2009-03) were retrieved with the same key words.RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: 200 literatures on arthroscopic ACL reconstruction were collected, excluding older, repeated and similar research, and the 18 standard literatures were included. ACL is a key structure to stabilize knee joint, and exercises and various factors during daily life could induce its injury. Unsuitable treatment would severely affect movement ability or movement loss. To recover structure and function of knee joint, damaged ACL should be reconstructed. With the development of technique and innovation of surgical instrument, arthroscopic reconstruction has presently been a popular method to treat ACL. There are many methods to treat ACL injury, but none of them can duplicate ACL anatomical relationship. It is still in doubt whether the operation can reduce the secondary damage. We have much more work to research on modus operandi, implant, postoperative rehabilitation and other adjunctive therapies.
