3.Therapeutic effect evaluation of phloroglucinol combined with diazepam during active phase of first stage of labor
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(27):12-14
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of phloroglucinol combined with diazepam in prolonged or protracted active phase of first stage of labor, and the outcome of perinatal phase. Methods Two hundred vaginal delivery primipara with prolonged or protracted active phase after dilatation of cervix 2-3 cm were selected. The patients were divided into 2 groups by random digits table method with 100 cases each, the patients in observation group were given phloroglucinol 80 mg and diazepam 10 mg,and the patients in control group were given diazepam 10 mg.The cervical dilatation, the degree soft hardness and edema of cervix, time of active phase, time of second stage of labor, mode of delivery, vaginal bleeding in 2 h postpartum and outcome of perinatal phase in the 2 groups were observed. Results In observation group, the cervical dilatation rate was (2.31 ± 0.27) cm/h,the time of active phase was (187.27 ± 33.22) min.In control group, the cervical dilatation rate was (1.82 ±0.48) cm/h,the time of active phase was (251.32 ± 45.33) min, there were statistical differences between 2 groups (P < 0.05).The rate of uterineincision delivery in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group [18.0%(18/100) vs.32.0% (32/100)],there was statistical difference (P < 0.05).There were no statistical differences in time of second stage of labor, vaginal bleeding in 2 h postpartum, rate of neonatal asphyxia between 2 groups (P >0.05).Conclusion The effect of phloroglucinol combined with diazepam in prolonged or protracted active phase is remarkable,it can promote the progress of labor, speed up delivery progress, improve the rate of vaginal delivery and decrease the rate of uterine-incision delivery, and no adverse effects on the outcome of perinatal phase,it is worth popularizing.
4.Clinicopathologic characteristics and prognosis of young non.mall cell lung cancer patients
Cancer Research and Clinic 2012;24(6):427-430
The morbidity of young non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)increases in the recent years.Young group patients should be defined as age under 40 years old.The risk factors of etiology in the young NSCLC may be related with smoking, genetic predisposition,Internal and external environment factors havoc and etc. There is no specific symptoms of young NSCLC,therefor,it happens misdiagnosis and harder to be confirmed. The morbidity in young female group of NSCLC patients is higher than aged patients. The most frequent histopathologic type is adenocarcinoma and the ratio of advanced stages with low differentiation has been found to be more common. The chances of surgery seems lower than others.EGFR gene mutation percentage in the young NSCLC maybe lower than that in the old patients, while the positive mutation of MEL4-ALK gene maybe more prevalent in the young patients. The prognosis of young NSCLC seems to be poor with lower tumor progression time of the first line therapy.Better prognosis of young NSCLC patients maybe achieved by early diagnosis and efficient therapy according to the accurate genotypes.
5.Expression of nuclear factor-kappa B and zinc finger protein A20 in keloid
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2012;18(4):286-289
Objective To investigate the protein and mRNA expression of NF-κB and zinc finger protein A20 in the keloid and normal skin and to explore its underlying molecular biological mechanism. Methods The protein and mRNA expression of NF-κB p65 and zinc finger protein A20 in keloid and normal skin was detected by immunohistochemistry and real time quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).Results The protein and mRNA expression of NF-κB p65 in keloid tissues was higher than those in normal skin tissues (P<0.05).The protein and mRNA expression of zinc finger protein A20 in keloid tissues was lower than those in normal skin tissues (P<0.05).Conclusions NF-κB signal pathways and zinc finger protein A20 could play a role in keloid pathogenesis.
8.Circulating microRNA in lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2015;42(9):693-695
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) negatively mediate the post transcriptional target genes by degrading mRNAs and inhibiting translation of protein.Deregulation of miRNAs are directly or indirectly correlated with tumorigenesis and development of cancer.Currently, the application of miRNAs as a non-invasive potential biomarker with high stability is under investigation.
9.Role of GSK-3βin podocyte transdifferentiation effect under high glucose condition
Chongqing Medicine 2015;44(12):1609-1612
Objective To study the action of GSK-3βin podocyte transdifferentiation effecundethe high glucose condition . MethodPodocytewere treated in RPMI-1640 medium with differenconcentrationof glucose fo36 h .The expressionof neph-rin ,podocin ,α-Smand Fibronectin were detected by both Western bloand indirecimmunofluorescence analysi.Athe same time ,the change of albumin inflow amounof podocytein differentreatmengroupwadetected by using the Transwell cham-be.The changeof expression amounand activity of GSK-3βin high glucose condition were detected by using the GSK-3 activity assay ki.The phenotypiand functional changeof podocytewere detected aftedisturbing GSK-3βby GSK-3βsiRNin the high glucose group .ResultThe expression levelof nephrin and podocin protein were down-regulated with the increase of the glucose concentration in dose-dependenmanner(P<0 .05) ,and the expression level of α-Smwaup-regulated with the increase of the glucose concentration in dose-dependenmanner(P<0 .05);the albumin inflow amounof podocytewaup-regulated with the in-crease of the glucose concentration in dose-dependenmanner(P<0 .05) .The expression amounof GSK-3βin the high glucose group waincreased(P<0 .05) .Compared with the control group ,the expression amounof nephrin and podocin aftehigh glucose treatmenin the GSK-3β siRNtreatmengroup waincreased ,while the expression of α-Smwadecreased .Conclusion The high glucose condition could induce the phenotypichange and functional impairmenof mice podocyte;GSK-3βparticipatein the epithelial-mesenchymal transdifferentiation procesof podocyte undethe high glucose condition .
10.Prevention and Control of Nosocomial Infection in Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(05):-
OBJECTIVE To explore the effective quality management in the pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS) adapting to the needs of modern hospital quality management.METHODS The PIVAS was run under the hospital administration by the methods of objective monitoring and grade-based administration.RESULTS The high risk factors of nosocomial infection were revented, which guaranteed the safety of transfusion to the inpatients and protection for the preparing workers, thus nosocomial infection was decreased effectively.CONCLUSIONS A series of practical management system and processes are builtup to promote the management of hospital infection and to guarantee the quality of medical service.
