Objective To study the clinical and laboratory features of the patients with immunorelated pancytopenia(IRP).Methods The risk factors, manifestations, blood cell counts, bone marrow phenotypes, autoantibodies and immunosuppressive therapy response of 72 patients with IRP were analyzed. Then they were followed up for(6 ~36)months,to see their long-term outcome and the prognostic factors. Results The infection, anaphylaxis and pregnancy were highly suspected to be the risk factors of IRP.Most of these patients were with pancytopenia72.2%(52/72);91.7%(66/72)of them were anemic with large or normal MCV;75.0%(54/72)of them were with leukopenia;18.1%(13/72)of them had fever.Thrombocytopenia was common, but serious bleeding rare.68.1% of these cases were with normal or decreased bone marrow cellularities and increased normoblasts. They were all found to have positive results of bone marrow mononuclear cell Coombs test, negative results of routine hemolysis tests and no evidence of malignant clonal hematopoiesis.42.9%(18/42)of these patients had C3 decreased, and 19.0%(8/42)C4 decreased.Immunosuppressive therapy was administered to 72 IRP patients. The response rate at 36 months was 87.5%(28/32).Conclusion IRP is a blood disease induced by acquired autoantibodies mediated bone marrow inhibition or destruction. It manifests pancytopenia with relative higher percentages of reticulocytes and neutrophils, and responds well to immunosuppressive therapy.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2013;29(27):73-75
Objective This article is to discuss the best injection time after alcohol disinfection during the prophylactic immunization, provide theoretical support to guarantee the effect of disinfection in practical work, also guarantee the effect of vaccination especially for the vaccination of attenuated live vaccine at the same time reduce the side effect in disinfection. Methods Choosing the vaccination objects as experimental subject, each period contained 40 people, who were named as group A,B,C,D,E,with a total of 200 people.Using sterile cotton swab sampling and agar plate cultivation method, counting bacteria.Selecting vaccine either in liquid or in lyophilized form, counting the time of picking up the vaccine, dissolving it,suction and preparing the injector. Results After alcohol disinfection, there was 1 person and 1 colony growth in group A within 25 s.There were 1 person and 4 colonies growth in group B within 40 s.There were 3 persons and 3 to 12 colonies growth in group C within 60 s,there were 5 persons and 2 to 8 colonies growth in group D within 80 s,there were 8 persons and 3 to 13 colonies growth in group E within 100 s.The difference between group A,B,C and D was not statistically significant. All four groups mentioned above had significant difference compared with group E.The time of whole process for vaccine either in liquid or in lyophilized form was 1.05 min and 29 s.Conclusions During vaccine injection, especially injectable attenuated live vaccine,it is safe time to finish injecting within 25 to 45 seconds. In the operating process of vaccine inoculation, the freeting and drying dosage-form vaccine, the operation sequence must be set as dissolve the seedlings, disinfection, checkup information again and injections. For water dosage-form vaccine, the operation sequence is to disinfection, pulling out seedlings, checkup information again and injections.

Objective To investigate influence of hyperlipidemia in parents on plasma lipid level, blood pressure, body mass index(BMI) and waist circumference(WC)of their children. Methods Eighty children whose parents had been with hyperlipidemia(Group A) and 893 children whose parents had been normal plasma lipid levels(Group B) were studied.BMI,systolic pressure(SP),diastolic pressure(DP),WC,plasma triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(CH),high density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-c),low density lipoprotein-cholesterol(LDL-c)of two groups were measured and compared. Results The levels of BMI,TG,TCH,LDL-c,SP,and DP had a increasing trend in group A compared to those of group B.HDL-c in group A had a decreasing trend compared to that of group B.But only the increase of BMI is significant(P

Abstract: Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) in Ankang City from 2011 to 2021, so as to provide a scientific basis for the formulation of PTB prevention and control strategy. Methods Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of PTB in Ankang City from 2011 to 2021, and a time series model was established to quantitatively predict the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in 2023. Results The incidence rate in Ankang City showed a significant upward trend from 2011 to 2017, and a more obvious downward trend in 2017-2021 (P<0.05), and the decrease rate in 2021 was 40.36% compared with that in 2017. The proportion of etiological positivity increased from 12.5% in 2014 to over 50.00% after 2019. The incidence season was mainly concentrated in the first quarter, accounting for 28.39% of the annual incidence. High incidence areas were concentrated in the south of Ankang: Langao County, Ziyang County and Zhenping County, with 128.32/100 000, 117.07/100 000 and 110.44/100 000, respectively. Low incidence areas were located in the north of Ankang: Ningshan County, with 60.62/100 000. Farmers and students were the high incidence groups, accounting for 81.80% and 4.97% of the total cases respectively. The incidence of young children was relatively low, but cases were reported every year. The incidence rate of male was 2.39 times that of female. The age of onset increased significantly from 15 years old, and the peak incidence was in the age group of 60-<80 years old, followed by the age group of 45-<60 years old, the average annual incidence was 136.44/100 000 and 104.47/100 000, respectively. The model ARIMA(0,1,1)(0,1,1)12 predicted that the incidence of the disease generally increased from October 2022 to March 2023, then steadily decreased, and increased again in December. Conclusions The incidence of tuberculosis varies in different areas of Ankang City, and males, farmers, students and the elderly are all factors of high incidence of tuberculosis. Therefore, different prevention and control strategies should be adopted according to the characteristics of population in different areas. The number of cases in Ankang City in 2023 showed an overall downward trend, which can provide a reference for the prevention and control of PTB.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of suberselective uterine arterial embolization for uterine fibroids. Methods Uterine arterial embolization with golyvimylalcohol(PVA) particles or Iodized oil and Gelfoam or Pingyangmycin lipiodol and Gelfoam was performed in 182 patients with uterine fibroids. Results Bilateral and unilateral superselective uterine arterial embolization were performed in 173 cases and 9 cases respectively. 6~28 months (mean 11 months) after the procedure, complete disappearance of tumor(16 cases), an average shinkage of 67% in tumor volume(152 cases) and a mean 42% reduction of uterine volume were obtained in 168 followed-up cases. The clinical symptoms were relieved significantly. The main side effets were hypogastic pain(135/182).Conclusion Superselection uterine arterial embolization is an effective and microinvasive method in treating uterine fibroids.
