1.Correlation of Platelet-activating Factor and Bronchial Asthma in High Altitude
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(04):-
Objective To investigate the effect of Platelet-activating factor(PAF)in pathogenesy of asthma in high altitude Methods ELISA and other methods were used to detect the quantity of platelet(PLT)and the level of serum platelet-activating factor(PAF)in the plain control group、the plateau control group and the plateau asthma patients group. Results The quantity of PLT in plain control group and plateau control group were significantly lower than that of plateau asthma patients group.(P
2.Qualitative research of medication compliance on corticosteroids in patients with interstitial lung disease
Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(3):63-66
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of medication compliance of glucocorticoid for patients with interstitial lung disease (ILD). Method The outline in-depth interviews with 15 patients with ILD was done using content analysis method, and the influence factors of patients medication compliance were analyzed. Result The influence factors of medication compliance in ILD patients can be summarized as the following three themes: patients′individual factors, factors related to medical and absence of social and family support. Conclusion Nurses should master the influencing factors of hormone medication adherence in ILD patients, ready to take appropriate intervention measures, improve the medication compliance in patients with ILD hormone and promote their rehabilitation.
4.Determination of total glucoside in Paeonialactifloria Pall.by UV spectrophotometry
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(6):532-534
ObjectiveA method was proposed for the determination of the concent of total glucoside of peaony(TGP) fromPaeonia lactifloriaPall. by UV spectrophotometry.MethodsBased on the extract with 80% acidities alcohol, extracted by aether and n-butyl alcohol, TGP was obtained fromPaeonialactifloriaPall.. The determination was established with paeoniflorin which was the main component of TGP as a contrast by UV spectrophotometry at 230 nm.ResultsA good liner relationship between concentrationof paeoniflorin and its absorbance was obtained, and the liner range was between 0.040 2~0.201 1 mg/ml. The averagerecovery was 101.81%.ConclusionThis method is simple rapid and reliable. It could be used for the semi-quantitative determination of TGP of paeony in paeonialactifloria pall..
7.Changes of neurons in cortex and hippocampus of spontaneously hypertensive rat
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(03):-
Objective To investigete the changes of neurons in cortex and hippocampus of spontaneously hypertensive rat. Methods Systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure, heart rate were measured by caudal artery manometry in six-month old SHR and age-matched Wistar rats(control group).Neurons in frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe, and hippocampal CA1,CA3 sub-field and the dentate gyrus were observed through Nissl staining. Results Systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure in SHR were significantly higher than that in control group(P

Objective:To investigate the compatibility stability of muscular amino acids and peptides and nucleosides for injection in different infusions to provide basis for clinical application .Methods: The compatibility stability of muscular amino acids and pep-tides and nucleosides for injection respectively in 0.9%sodium chloride injection , 5% glucose injection , 10%glucose injection and glucose and sodium chloride injection was studied , and the indices included the appearance , pH value , number of insoluble particles and contents of hypoxanthine and polypeptides .Results:All the solutions were transparent .The pH value and the contents of hypoxan-thine and polypeptides showed no significant changes .When muscular amino acids and peptides and nucleosides for injection was mixed with 10%glucose injection , the number of insoluble particles (≥10 μm) was the smallest , which met the requirement in Chi-nese pharmacopoeia (2015 edition, volume Ⅳ).When it was mixed with 0.9% sodium chloride injection, 5% glucose injection and glucose and sodium chloride injection , the number of insoluble particles (≥10 μm) was beyond the limits .The number of insoluble particles (≥25 μm) in all the solutions met the requirement .Conclusion: The most suitable solvent for muscular amino acids and peptides and nucleosides for injection is 10%glucose injection .

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(08):-
Objective To explore the nervous mechanism of intestinal function disorder after intestine congestion through observing the changes of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) neuron and nitric oxide synthase neuron (NOS) expression in nervous system of rat intestinal tract. Methods Sprague Dawley rats were divided into experimental groups (intestine congestion 20min and 60min group) and the control group. Then the spreading specimens of intestinal myen-teric plexus of ileums were collected and stained by AchE and nicotinamide-adenine dinucleotide phosphate-D (NADPH-d) histochemistry, to observe and compare the density of distribution and staining of AchE and NOS positive neurons. Result Compared to the control group, the number and positive expression of AchE positive neuron in intestinal myen-teric plexus of ileums in the experimental group rats decreased (P

Chinese Journal of Immunology 2014;(7):968-971
Objective:To investigate the levels of serum leptin and their effect on Th 1/Th2 balance and the association between serum leptin levels and clinical manifestations in obese children with asthma. Methods: All 56 children with physician-diagnosed moderate-to-severe persistent asthma and 56 healthy controls were included. The children with asthma and without asthma were divided into two groups, obese (n=28) and non-obese (n=28) by body mass index, respectively.Asthma severity was assessed by the asthma symptom score.Peripheral blood samples were collected to determine the levels of leptin , IFN-gamma and IL-4.The results were correlated with the parameters studied. Results:Serum leptin levels were significantly higher in the obese asthma group than in the non -obese asthma group ,as well as being significantly higher in the children with asthma than in the controls ( P<0.01 ) , whereas IFN-gamma levels were significantly higher and IL-4 levels were significantly lower in the obese asthma group than in the non-obese asthma group( P<0.01 ).In addition, the obese asthma group showed higher asthma symptom scores and significantly lower FEV 1 (% of predicted) than did the non-obese asthma group(P<0.01).There was a significantly positive correlation between leptin ,IFN-gamma and IL-4 levels only in the obese asthma group ( P<0.01 ).Conclusion:Leptin is involved in the pathogenesis of asthma in obese and non-obese children ,and its effect is more pronounced in the former. In the presence of high leptin levels , only obese children with asthma exhibited Th1 polarization, with higher IFN-gamma levels and greater asthma severity.
