Objective To explore the development of the research on professional thinking of clinical medicos in China with the purpose of revealing its bibliometric characteristics and rules.Methods With medico and professional thinking taken as the subject terms,relevant literature published in January 2014 was retrieved from CNKI and Wanfang database in reliance on subject retrieval strategy,and then,literature was screened after the enactment of inclusion and exclusion criteria.Finally,all pieces of the included literature were analyzed by bibliometric method.Results Finally,53 papers were included in the paper,among which there were 30 (56.6％) articles published in the year 2007-2014,and priority was given to empirical research;Besides,the research topics were scattered,involving 29 (54.7％) articles of professional attitude,26(49.1％) articles of learning attitude,13 (24.5％) articles of political thought,16 (30.2％) articles of employment and employment,4 (7.5％) articles of medical ethics,12 (22.6％) articles of the idea of professional education,4 (7.5％) articles of the idea of professional,and 21 (39.6％) other topics.Conclusions China hasn't developed a system for the research on the professional thinking of clinical medicos in terms of re-search contents,or elevated the analysis on research result to theoretical level.

Objective To investigate the inhibitory effects of CIK cell on apoptosis of lung cancer cell A549 in vivo. Methods CIK cells were induced by culturing PBMC with regular method and cell apoptosis was detected.Results Electron microscopic observations showed that CIK cells could induce the lung cancer cells A549 to apoptosis. Flow cytometry(FCM)demonstrated that apoptosis cells of lung cancer cells A549 were increased in CIK group as compared with the control group. Conclution CIK cells can induce the apoptosis of lung cancer cells A549.

Objective:To build an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin and geniposide in Ganxueguanliu Huoxue cap-sules. Methods:An Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm) column was chosen for the analysis. The mobile phase con-sisted of 0. 2% phosphoric acid (A) and methanol (B) with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1. The detection wave-length was set at 238 nm and the column temperature was 25℃. Results:A good linear relationship was observed within the range of 0. 418-8. 360 μg·ml-1 for baicalin (r=0. 999 9) and 0. 226-4. 524μg·ml-1 for geniposide (r=0. 999 9). The average recovery of baicalin and geniposide was 99. 79% (RSD=1. 55%, n=6) and 100. 2%(RSD=2. 05%, n=6), respectively. Conclusion: The method is rapid, convenient and specific, which can be used for the content determination of baicalin and geniposide in Ganxueguanliu Huoxue capsules.

Objective To evaluate the examination of non-small-cell lung (NSCLC) vein formation and the dynamic characteristics of blood stream through enforced SCT scanning for the research on and clinical diagnosis of tumor.Methods Double period enhanced SCT scanning was done to 152 NSCLC cases identified pathologically.Makes the color coding the tumour blood stream irrigation chart,the analysis blood stream irrigation characteristic.Compare the enforced morphologic manifestation of cancer focus with histology and analyze their pertinence.Results The enforced CT peak value (PV) of the low differentiation is bigger than that of the medium differentiation,which is bigger than the high differentiation.63 cases are 45-70 HU,78 cases are 20-45 HU and 11 cases are 10-20 HU.67 case are of abnormal arteriola; 23 cases are of abnormal hemal sinus development; 35 cases are pistil-like.Conclusion Accurately examining and quantifying cancer focus vein formation according to SCT double period enforced scanning is of high guiding value in the enactment of the plan for treating NSCLC and the comprehensive treatment of tumors.

Objective To discuss the correlation between female chronic pelvic pain and pelvic floor anatomy.Methods The female patiems of chronic pelvic pain 179 cases,age 28-67 years,average 49.4 years;pelvic pain history 8 months-9 years,average 2.8 years;167 cases has childbirth history,43 cases has surgery history,which gynecological surgery 31 cases,and urinary surgery 7 cases,and anus surgery 5 cases.Results High incidence of female pelvic pain were 30-60 age (incidence of 54.8％),93.3％ has birth history,24％ has operation history,the myofascial tissue pain higher than the organ,were 87.4％ than 12.6％ (P ＜ 0.01),the front of pelvic pain higher than back,were 65.6％ than 21.8％ (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Female chronic pelvic pain associated with the particularity of the pelvic anatomy and physiological,with the tissue of pelvic floor and urogenital diaphragm of primary injure and chronic inflammation is an important cause of chronic pelvic pain.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the preparation process and method of quality control of econazole nitrate ear-drops.METHODS:With mixture of glycerin and 75% alcohol as solvent,econazole nitrate ear-drops was prepared and the content of econazole was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.The stability,irritation and in vitro antimicrobial tests were carried out.RESULTS:There was a good linearity of calibration curve of econazole in range of 200～600?g/ml,r=0.9 999,the average recovery was 100.76%,RSD=0.82%(n=5).The in vitro antimycotic MICs of econazole nitrate in ear-drops were 2?g/ml and 4?g/ml against standard and clinically isolated strains of Candida albicans respectively.CONCLUSION:The ear-drops is simple in preparation,effective in antimycotic action,good in stability and slight in irritability,and the method of quality control is simple,rapid and accurate.

Objective To explore the effect of the self-made pelvic bag on patients with unstable pelvic fracture.Methods Toally 24 patients with unstable pelvic fracture from January 2013 to June 2014 were set as control group and used conventional nursing.Toally 30 patients from July 2014 to December 2015 were set as observation group.The self-made pelvic bag was used in the observation group for pelvic fixation and suspension traction.The degree of pain was compared between the pre-and post-use of the bag.Result The pains after using pelvic bag in the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.001).Conclusions The self-made pelvic bag can be effective for the pelvic fixation and suspension for the patients with pelvic traction.At the same time it can relieve the pain.

Objective:To explore the mRNA differential expression and clinical effect of leptin in different kinds of ovarian cancer.Methods: 129 patients with ovarian cancer and 42 controls were collected from Jun.2015 to Jun.2016 in our hospital.We got a small tissue by ovarian biopsy guided under the ultrasonic processing,detected the total RNA,purified mRNA and analyzed the correlation of the expression of leptin in different kinds and clinical stages of ovarian cancer.Results: Compared with the control groups,the mRNA expression of leptin in each group was increased(P<0.05),and the serous adenocarcinoma group increased obviously(P<0.05).Patients with clinical stage FIGO Ⅲ was significantly higher than other stages in serous adenocarcinoma group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Leptin could express in different kinds and clinical stages of ovarian cancer,and may be a new detection index for early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.

Objective To evaluate risk factors of in-hospital mortality during extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO) support for those with refractory cardiogenic shock after aortic surgery.Methods Retrospective analyses were conducted for 35 patients using ECMO after aortic surgery at Beijing Anzhen Hospital,Capital Medical University from September 2009 to March 2016.Demographic characteristics,diagnosis,ECMO related data,including ECMO indication,operation,clinical parameters before and 24 hours during ECMO were collected to set up a database.The patients were divided into survival group and non-survival group according to the prognosis.The risk factors of mortality in hospital after ECMO were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression analysis regression.Results There were 35 adult patients who had received ECMO support with 32 male and 3female.All patients received veno-arterial ECMO (V-A ECMO).ECMO was successfully weaned in 22 patients (62.9％),and 18 patients(51.4％) survived.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that high lactic acid levels at 12 hours after ECMO(OR =1.445;95％ CI:1.026-2.034) and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS,OR =10.412;95％ CI:2.246-70.798)(P ＜ 0.05) were independent risk factors of in-hospital mortality in adult patients undergoing ECMO after aortic surgery.Conclusion High lactic acid levels at 12 hours after ECMO and MODS were very important factors of patients undergoing ECMO after aortic surgery.The proper identification and management shall improve the prognosis of patients.

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperbaric oxygen intervention at different time on the neural stem cell proliferation and differentiation in dentate gyrus subgranular zone (SGZ) of adult rats after acute focal cerebral ischemia.Methods Totally 48 Sprague-Dawley male adult rats were randomly divided into a middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) group, a hyperbaric oxygen group, a hyperbaric air group and a normobaric oxygen group, each of 12.A middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model was induced to all rats using the modified Zea-Longa's method of intraluminal filament occlusion, Except the MCAO group, the other 3 groups received corresponding hyperbaric oxygen, hyperbaric air and normobaric oxygen intervention once a day two hours after the suture insertion.The rats were sacrificed for double-label immunofluorescent analysis at 2 days, 3 days, 7 days and 14 days after brain ischemia.BrdU +/nestin + labeled the proliferated neural stem cells, and BrdU +/DCX + labeled its differentiated derivates, early neurons, in SGZ of ischemic hippocampus dentate gyrus.Also, the cell number was calculated under the fluorescence microscope.Results Two days after brain ischemia, the numbers of BrdU/nestin and BrdU/DCX cells in SGZ in the hyperbaric oxygen group were (2340.45 ± 1109.59) and (5520.66 ± 1103.09) respectively, which had increased significantly, compared with the hyperbaric air group and normobaric oxygen group (P ＜ 0.05).Three and 7 days after brain ischemia, the numbers of BrdU/nestin and BrdU/DCX cells in SGZ in the hyperbaric oxygen group had shown significant increase compared with the other 3 groups (P ＜ 0.05).Fourteen days after brain ischemia, the numbers of BrdU/DCX cells in SGZ in the hyperbaric oxygen group had significantly increased compared with the hyperbaric air group, normobaric oxygen group and the MCAO group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen promotes the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells in ischemic SGZ.
