2.The Effects of Diazepam on Vestibular Compensation Following Unilateral Labyrinth injury
Chinese Journal of Trauma 1990;0(03):-
This report presents two cases of unilateral acute labyrinth loss resulted from injury, each showing delay in compensation possibly due to long-term administration of diazepam. The recent literature of the effects of the drugs onyestibular compensation is reviewed. The vestibular"suppressants"property of diazepam delays compensation when used on a long-term basis. However,it might be useful in controlling vege- tative symptoms and thereby possibly facilitate compensation when used on a short- tern basis.
3.Studies on the anti-idiotypic antibodies against anti-HBs
Chinese Journal of Immunology 1985;0(01):-
Hightiter anti-idiotypic antibodies(Ab_2)sera and two monoclonal anti-idiotypic antibodies (McAb_2)were repared by immunizating syngeneic BALB/c mice wth a complex of 7A_4 monoclonalantibody(McAb_1)against the a eterminant of the Hepatitis B Surface antiger(HBsAg)。Both Ab_2sera and McAb_2 recognize the idiotype of aratope n 7A_4McAb_1.Ab_2 sera contain the antibodiesbinding specially to anti-HBs from other species(guinea pig、onkey、rabbit and goat)and the twoMcAb_2 can not bind to these anti-HBs.Therefore it is thought that the two McAb_ re noninternalimage(Ab_2?)anti-idiotypic antibodies, this study proves that the McAb_1 against he eterminantof the HBsAg are different in their paratope,The McAb_2 can be used to stinguish the parotope onthe McAb_1 as a biological probe.
4.Investigation in psychological state and it's correlation factors of family members of dderly cancerpatients
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(24):63-64
Objective To investigate the psychological state and its correlation factors of family members of elderly cancer patients. Methods A total of 76 family members of elderly cancer patients were investigated with questionnaires with Zung's self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS). Their psychological state and its correlation factors were analyzed. Results Incidence rate of anxiety of elderly cancer patients' family members was 52.63%, and incidence rate of depression was 46.05%. The mean standard score of SAS and SDS of elderly cancer patients' family members were both significantly higher than domestic norm. Difference of family member's gender, ways to pay health care fee, pain degree and disease condition led to different SAS and SDS score. Conclusions Family members of elderly cancer patients possessed different degree of psychological obstacle which related with multiple factors. Medical staff should not only think highly of patients' psychological state, but also their family members'. And meanwhile they should take corresponding strategy to reduce the incidence rate of anxiety and depression state in those family members.

7.Effect of substance P on sensation afferent function of gastrointestinal tract
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To study the effect of substance P on sensation afferent of gastrointestinal tract and the corresponding mechanism. Methods:Forty SD rats were divided into 5 groups:control group, low dosage SP group(75 ng/kg),middle dosage SP group(150ng/kg), high dosage SP group(300 ng/kg)and spantideII+SP group. The electrophysiological method was used to record the change of spontaneous and gastric distention-induced afferent discharge of subdiaphragmatic vagus nerve in each group. Results:Intravenous SP (150 ng/kg,300 ng/kg)caused significantly increasing effect on the spontaneous afferent discharge(P
8.Isolation and identification of viruses from patient with hand, foot and mouth disease in Chongqing area in 2009
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:Toinvestigate the etiological agents of the outbreak ofhand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD)in ChongQing area from April to September in 2009.Methods:100 specimens(including cerebral spinal fluid, vesicle fluid, stool, throat swabs, anal swab) were collected from 47 patients with HFMD during the epidemic season. The specimens were inoculated into RD cells for isolation of enteroviruses(EV),The supernatant of cytopathic effect(CPE)were detected by RT-PCR with universal primers of enterovirus, genus-specific primers of EV71 and genus-specific primers of Coxsackie A16,and the amplified products were sequenced to determine the outbreak of the pathogen enteroviruses(EV),The sequencing results will be compared with international representatives BrCr strain to identify the enteroviruses(EV)by Bioedit biological software. Results:In the 100 cell cultures of clinical specimens of children HFMD, apparent Cytopathic were observed in 7.The results of RT-PCR showed that seven specimens were positive with intestinal universal primers, and three were positive results with EV71-specific primers, which were from two cases of out-patient children and one with clinical diagnosis of suspected case, while the negative results were obtained with CA16-specific primers for all the samples. The recovery of the PCR products were cloned and the sequencing identification confirmed as EV71 virus, while sequencing analysis of homology-related in the results.Conclusion:EV71 were the major etiological agents of the HFMD outbreak in Chongqing from February to April in 2009.
9.Effects of polycylic aromatic hydrocarbons on plasma monoamine neurotransmitters
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To explore the effect of polycylic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs)on plasma monoamine neurotransmitters. Results:In the working environment of B[a]P, concentration in coke oven workers were significantly higher than controls (P
10.Diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic trauma
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2014;13(12):926-930
Health history, clinical syndrome and imaging examination are key factors for early diagnosis of pancreatic trauma, while the effects of the test of the serum amylase for the diagnosis of pancreatic trauma remain unclear.Laparotomy plays an important role in the diagnosis of pancreatic trauma for patients, particularly urgent patients. The grading of pancreatic trauma functions as a bridge between the diagnosis and treatment of the pancreatic trauma. So far,the organ injury scale grading system proposed by the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma (AAST-OIS) provides guidelines for operative versus nonoperative management in solid organ injuries.Surgery is an important treatment method for pancreatic trauma according to injury control and surgical procedures grading principles.Recently, minimally invasive surgery has been involved in the diagnosis and treatment of the pancreatic trauma.
