Objective To explore the clinical nursing path teaching method application in children with mycoplasma pneumonia and its effect. Methods 93 higher vocational nursing students of two classes of Grade 2011 were chosen as the subjects, one class as the experimental group(46),and the other class as the control group(47).The traditional teaching method was used in the control group, while method of clinical nursing path was used in the experimental group. Two groups of nursing students were given closed book exams and questionnaires to evaluate teaching effectiveness of the two groups.SPSS 13.0 was used for statistical analysis, count data using x2 test, measurement data using t-test,test level α=0.05.Results The experimental group students' test scores were significantly higher than the control group(85.26 ± 3.57)vs.(76.39 ± 4.16),and the difference was statistically significant P=-0.02.The survey showed that there were more students in the experimental group than in the control group who made a positive comment on the questionnaire's role in helping improve students'learning autonomy, their critical thinking ability, and promote their grasp of the content of the disease. Conclusion Clinical nursing path teaching method as a new kind of teaching method, can improve the teaching effect.
2.Diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic trauma
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2014;13(12):926-930
Health history, clinical syndrome and imaging examination are key factors for early diagnosis of pancreatic trauma, while the effects of the test of the serum amylase for the diagnosis of pancreatic trauma remain unclear.Laparotomy plays an important role in the diagnosis of pancreatic trauma for patients, particularly urgent patients. The grading of pancreatic trauma functions as a bridge between the diagnosis and treatment of the pancreatic trauma. So far,the organ injury scale grading system proposed by the American Association for the Surgery of Trauma (AAST-OIS) provides guidelines for operative versus nonoperative management in solid organ injuries.Surgery is an important treatment method for pancreatic trauma according to injury control and surgical procedures grading principles.Recently, minimally invasive surgery has been involved in the diagnosis and treatment of the pancreatic trauma.
3.Analysis of the influencing factors of fearful anxiety for patients before surgery and nursing interventions
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(7):8-10
ObjectiveTo investigate the influencing factors of preoperative fearful anxiety, and explore the effect of nursing intervention for the improvement of preoperative fearful anxiety. Methods500 cases of surgical patients in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2010 were chosen as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 250 patients in each group. The control group was given routine preoperative nursing care. The observation group was given preoperative nursing intervention. The general information, surgery program, knowledge of surgical program, the patients' family situation and economic situation were taken for statistics.Their SAS score 30 minutes before the surgery was determined, and the influencing factors of preoperative fearful anxiety were analyzed. ResultsThe study showed that the influencing factors of fearful anxiety included:character, education background, family economic status, knowledge of the situation of surgery and other factors. The anxiety score 30 min before surgery was compared, the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant. ConclusionsThe preoperative fearful anxiety was directly related to patients' own situation and level of medical services.Fully understanding of the situation before surgery and targeted preoperative nursing interventions can effectively reduce preoperative anxiety, and is conducive to the successful implementation of operation and postoperative rehabilitation.
4.Investigation in psychological state and it's correlation factors of family members of dderly cancerpatients
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(24):63-64
Objective To investigate the psychological state and its correlation factors of family members of elderly cancer patients. Methods A total of 76 family members of elderly cancer patients were investigated with questionnaires with Zung's self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS). Their psychological state and its correlation factors were analyzed. Results Incidence rate of anxiety of elderly cancer patients' family members was 52.63%, and incidence rate of depression was 46.05%. The mean standard score of SAS and SDS of elderly cancer patients' family members were both significantly higher than domestic norm. Difference of family member's gender, ways to pay health care fee, pain degree and disease condition led to different SAS and SDS score. Conclusions Family members of elderly cancer patients possessed different degree of psychological obstacle which related with multiple factors. Medical staff should not only think highly of patients' psychological state, but also their family members'. And meanwhile they should take corresponding strategy to reduce the incidence rate of anxiety and depression state in those family members.
