1.The usage of low dose of cholestyramine in the preoperotive preparation in hyperthyroidism
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(05):-
Objective:To investigate the effect of lowdose of cholestyramine in the preoperotive preparation in hyperthroidism(HT).Methods:Sixty-seven patients with HT were randomly and double blindedly divided into group A and group B,the former were give low dose of cholestyramine and thioureas, the latter were given tapazole(MMI)and Logul's liquid.Four weeks later, the level of TH and basic metabolism rate(BMR)were comparised between two groups. Results:The level of FT3,FT4,BMR,and the preoperotive preparation time were significantly priorier than those of group B(P0.05).Conclusion:It suggests that lowdose of(cholestyramine is beneficial for the preoperotive preparation in HT.
2.The expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor and Periostin in floor-of-mouth squamous cancer and its clinical significance
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2013;(6):27-29
Objective To investigate the mRNA expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) and Periostin in floor-of-mouth squamous cancer and explore its clinical significance. Methods Cancer tissues of 64 floor-of-mouth squamous cancer patients were enrolled as observation group, and the adjacent normal tissues were collected as control group. The mRNA expressions of VEGFR and Periostin were detected by fluorescent quantitation PCR analysis. Results The mRNA expressions of VEGFR and Periostin in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group (0.514 ±0.142 vs.0.204 ± 0.086 and 0.502 ± 0.125 vs.0.184 ± 0.064,P < 0.01).The mRNA expressions of VEGFR and Periostin had no significantly related with gender, and they were significantly related with histological grade, lymphatic metastasis and clinical pathologic stage (P < 0.05).The mRNA expression of VEGFR was significantly positive related with the mRNA expressions of Periostin in floor-of-mouth squamous cancer tissues (r =0.624,P <0.01).Conclusions VEGFR and Periostin maybe play a key role in the development of floor-of-mouth squamous cancer, and be used as the markers for estimating the degree of differentiation of floor-of-mouth squamous cancer.

China Pharmacy 2005;0(20):-
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of oxaliplatin combined with paclitaxel and fluorouracil in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.METHODS: 189 cases with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups: Group A(n=94) received oxaliplatin combined with paclitaxel and fluorouracil, and Group B(n=95) to receive oxaliplatin combined with fluorouracil. Both groups were treated with 3 cycles(21 days in every cycle).RESULTS: The total effective rate in Group A was 54.3% versus 40.0% in Group B;and the toxicity in Group A was less severe than in Group B(P
6.Change and significance of serum anti-brain antibodies in cardiopulmonary resuscitation patients
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2014;37(28):40-42
Objective To observe the change of serum anti-brain antibodies after cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and investigate the clinical significance. Methods A total of 27 cases of cardiopulmonary resuscitation after cardiac arrest patients with success and survival more than 12 weeks were divided into two groups according to Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score:mild and moderate group with GCS score ≥ 8 scores (12 cases) and severe group with GCS score≤7 scores (15 cases). The serum anti-brain antibody levels at 3,7 days and 2,3,4,12 weeks after recovered in the spontaneous circulation (ROSC) was compared between two groups, and compared with control group (15 cases of healthy persons). Results The serum anti-brain antibody levels at 3,7 days and 2,3,4,12 weeks after ROSC were significantly higher than those in control group [(1.34 ± 0.23),(1.30 ± 0.27) kU/L vs.(0.28 ± 0.05) kU/L,(1.38 ± 0.33),(1.44 ± 0.30) kU/L vs.(0.28 ±0.05) kU/L,(1.44 ±0.31),(1.51 ±0.33) kU/L vs.(0.28 ±0.05) kU/L,(1.53 ±0.27),(1.67 ±0.36) kU/L vs.(0.28 ±0.05) kU/L,(1.72 ±0.25),(1.93 ±0.44) kU/L vs.(0.28 ±0.05) kU/L,(1.98 ±0.45),(2.15 ±0.52) kU/L vs.(0.28 ±0.05) kU/L],and there were significant differences (P< 0.01).The serum anti-brain antibody levels in severe group were significantly higher than those in mild and moderate group, and there were significnat differences (P < 0.05).Conclusions The serum anti-brain antibody levels after cardiopulmonary resuscitation rise significantly.Anti-brain antibody may be used as a biochemistry marker to judge degree and prognosis of brain injury with patients after cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
8.The particularity of female coronary heart disease and the thinking way of its diagnosis and treatment by integrative medicine.
Chinese Journal of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine 2014;34(3):362-365
Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a major disease greatly harmful to the health of human beings. The incidence and case fatality rate of female CHD show an increasing tendency due to lack of enough attention. Through analyzing the epidemiology, risk factors, and clinical characteristics of female CHD, we emphasized that it is necessary to pay enough attention to the particularity of female CHD, and put forward the thinking way of diagnosis and treatment of integrative medicine as "integrating Chinese medicine and Western medicine by mutual complement of advantages; combining syndrome typing and disease identification by grasping laws; treating physically and mentally by a wholism concept; spreading health education, preventing and treating comprehensively".
