1.Academic thoughts on Practice of acupuncture and moxibustion written by CHEN Jingwen, the acupuncture master in the Republic of China.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2015;35(3):305-308
Through the collection of Practice of acupuncture and moxibustion written by CHEN Jingwen, the acupuncture master in the Republic of China, the academic characteristics on acupuncture and moxibusiton were analyzed. The literature comparison method was adopted to compare the works of LUO Zhaoju, ZENG Tianzhi and LI Wenxian, etc. at the same period. It was discovered that CHEN Jingwen was the medical master who systematicly brought up the theory of acupoint properties earlier in the modern times. Classifying drugs based on acupoints was his academic feature. Additionally, the compatibility therapy of Chinese medicine was introduced to explain the essential ideas on the acupoints combination. The treatment was determined on the basis of zangxiang theory and the reinforcing and reducing therapy of acupuncture was emphasized in the determination of treatment and prescription. CHEN Jingwen's theory of acupoint property had been stressed and spread among the medical scholars in the Republic of China and he had made the beneficial exploration for the development of modern acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.

2.Effects of Gypenosides on contraction of isolated duodenum smooth muscle of rabbits
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 1999;0(04):-
AIM:To investigate the efftct of Gypenosides on contraction of isolated duodenum smooth mustle of rabbits.METHODS:The routine experimental method of isolated duodenal smooth muscle of rabbits were used. The contraction curves of isolated duodenum smooth mustle before and after administration of different concentrations of Gypenosides(0.01%-1.00%)were recorded by Medlab biological information collecting system.RESULTS:Different concentrations of Gypenosides significantly reduced the contraction amplitude of isolated duodenum smooth mustle of rabbits, and showed a dose-dependent relationship.CONCLUSION:Gypenosides can inhibit the contraction of isolated duodenum smooth muscle of rabbits.
3.Research on the Application of Standard Cost in Blood Purification Institutions Based on Cost Behavior
Chinese Health Economics 2017;36(3):90-92
Through collecting the economic operation information of the society-run blood purification institutionrs, the cost is divided into fixed cost, variable cost and mixed cost according to the relationship between the cost and the number of dialysis. It formulated the standard cost model of blood purification institutions, according to the county and city classification, the basic situation of the size and capacity of the organization were assumed. It mainly included standard labor costs, standard drug costs, standard health materials fees and standard professional equipment depreciation and other information, which was benefitial for industry decision-making and internal fine management.
4.Experimental study on the changes of vasoactive peptides after missile injuries of extremities
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(06):-
The dynamic changes about vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP), angiotension Ⅰ (AⅠ)and angiotension Ⅱ (A Ⅱ)concentrations in plasma, cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) and brain extracts were studied in the experimental high-velocity missile wound models, which were produced on both hind legs of dogs. The findings were as follows: (1) Plasma VIP, AⅠ and AⅡ concentrations started to increase from 30 rain after the wound and the elevation had been continuing at 4 h after the wound. Their highest points of post-trauma were 2,9, 11.5 and 4.9 times as much as that of pre-trauma. (2) CSF VIP elevated at 4 h after the wound, but AⅠ and AⅡ concentrations reduced tempo tarily at 1 h and 2 h after the wound respectively. (3) The changes of VIP, AⅡ concentrations in the brain extracts tented to be consistent with that of the CSF. The signifcance and machanism of these changes of VIP and AⅡ concentration remain to be clarified.
5.Investigation of the morphologic and functional changes of the valve after tricuspid valve prosthesis by color Doppler echocardigraphy
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1999;0(12):-
Objective: To study the morphologic and functional changes of the valve after tricuspid valve prosthesis. Methods: Sixty five patiens whose ages averaged (44.6?10.6) years underwent valve replacement and tricuspid value reconstruction. Color Doppler echocardiography were performed before and after operation. Results: Follow up averaged 12 months after operation, the morphology of tricuspid valve was normal. The diameter of the annulus decreased to (2.2?0.2) cm ( P
6.Echocardiography in the therapeutic evaluation of aortic valve replacement with autologous pericardial valve
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1999;0(12):-
Objective: To evaluate the surgical results of aortic valve replacement with autologous pericardial valve. Methods: Nine patients underwent aortic valve replacement with autologous pericardial valve were studied by color Dopplor echocardiography (HP 1000 type). The mobility, thickness, opening amplitude, valve orifice areas, regurgitant stroke volume and transorifice pressure gradient of the autologous pericardial valves were measured and analysed intraoperatively and postoperatively. Results: 10 days postoperation, there was no significant difference in above mentioned indices between patients and normal group. Two years after operation, the mobility, thickness, opening amplitude, valve orifice areas, regurgitant stroke volume and transorifice pressure gradient of the autologous pericardial valves showed no significant changes, the EDV and LVEDD significant reduced as compared with 10 days postoperatively. Conclusion: Two years after operation, the structure and function of the autologous pericardial valve may maintain good condition.
7.The clinical analysis of hypoplastic myelodysplastic syndrome
Cancer Research and Clinic 1997;0(03):-
Objective To study the clinical features, laboratory index and therapy of hypoplastic myelodysplastic syndrome. Methods 8 patients with hypoplastic MDS by using the method of bone marrow smear and bone marrow biopsy were studied. T lymphocyte subsets were analyzed by flow cytometry. 8 patients were treated with personalized therapy. Results All the patients of this group had hypoplastic bone marrow with more than two parts, bone marrow hypocellularity and characteristics of ineffective hematopoiesis. The analysis of T lymphocyte subsets showed that 5 of 8 patients had abnormal CD+4/CD+8 ratios. After personalized treatment, there were 2 obvious remission cases, 3 partial remission cases, 2 progression cases and 1 inefficacy case. Conclusion Hypoplastic MDS is characterized by bone marrow hypocellularity and ineffective hematopoiesis, which showed immunological abnormalities. Personalized therapeutic strategy may prolong survival in patients with hypoplastic MDS.
8.Analysis of the Antibiotic Resistance Rate of Helicobacter Pylori
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the antibiotic resistance rate of Helicobacter pylori, and to provide reliable evidence of choosing optimal drugs for clinical therapy. Methods Overall 3304 patients were enrolled from February 2006 to March 2007 who accepted gastroscopy followed by Helicobacter pylori culture of the gastric mucosa from biopsy. The antimicrobial susceptibilities of Helicobacter pylori strains for six antibiotics including metronidazole, amoxicilin, gentamycin, levofloxacin, furazolidone, clarithromycin were observed by Kirby-Bauer disk diffusion test. Results 1171(35.4%)biopsy clinical specimens were proved to be Helicobacter pylori positive when cultured in vitro and identified by conventional assays. The metronidazole resistance rate(99.32%)of Helicobacter pylori was significantly higher than that of any of the other 5 antibiotics, and the levofloxacin resistance rate(0.51%)was the lowest.Furthermore there were no significantly change in the tendency of resistance rate for the two above antibiotics from February 2006 to March 2007.However,Helicobacter pylori was resistant to amoxicilin, gentamycin, furazolidone, clarithromycin, and the resistance rate was 61.06%、4.78%、21.35% and 39.45% respectively.Meanwhile, the resistance rates corresponding to four antibiotics were different obviously. Conclusions With the application of antibiotics for Helicobacter pylori eradication, the antibiotic resistance rate increased perceptibly. The rate of resistance to metronidazole appeared to be the highest among six antibiotics applied to clinical treatment.Drug susceptibility testing was valuable to eradicate Helicobacter pylori in clinical therapy.
