Salmonella is a kind of intracellular invasive facultative anaerobe,maintaining its antigenicity after being attenuated.Now,it has been widely used as a transporter of DNA vaccines.Salmonella carrying related antigen gene can inhibit multiple tumors,and salmonella carrying repair gene has a clear repair effect for the organism injury after chemoradiotherapy.

Objective: No complete study has been reported on methomyl and its metabolite in rat plasma at home and abroad.This study aimed to detect methomyl and its metabolite in rat plasma by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS).Methods: Ten Wistar rats received intragastric administration of methomyl 50mg/kg,and then executed and kept at room temperature for 72 hours.After that,methomyl and its metabolite in the heart-blood of the rats were determined by solid phase extraction(SPE) and HPLC-MS.Results: Compared with the blank controls,methomyl and its metabolite were detected in the plasma of the experimental rats,and so were protonate ions and multistage fragment ions.Conclusion: The methomyl metabolite in the rat plasma was S-methyl-N-hydroxythioacetamidate.

Objective To investigate the application of the straight head-hanging test in the diagnosis of the benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV ) .Methods The clinical manifestations of 324 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo treated in our department from July 2009 to April 2014 were retrospectively analyzed . All of the patients were tested by Dix -Hallpike and roll test first ,then the straight head-hanging test was carried out .Results Of the 324 cases ,53 cases(16 .36% ) had signs of simultaneous multiple canal involvement ,and 27 ca‐ses of them could be triggered the symptom of vertigo in the straight head -hanging test .In patients with single semicircular canal BPPV ,85 cases (26 .2% )were evoked vertigo with or without positional nystagmus by Dix -Hallpike tests and 120 cases (37 .04% )were triggered the symptom of vertigo with or without nystagmus through roll test ,another 66 cases(20 .37% ) were induced vertigo with or without nystagmus in the straight head-hanging test .66 patients with positive straight head-hanging test were rotated along the sagittal plane for repositional treat‐ment .When these patients were re-evaluated at one week and 3 months ,the total improvement were 86 .36% (57/66) and 83 .33% (55/66) ,respectively .Conclusion The straight head -hanging test can improve the diagnostic rate and it is especially helpful for the diagnosis of superior semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo . In patients with a history of typical vertigo ,the straight head -hanging test should be performed if they showed negative Dix -Hallpike test and roll test.

Objective To establish a method of solid phase extraction-reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography(SPE-HPLC)for determination of methomyl in plasma of rat.Methods The sample pretreatment method,the test conditions,the linear range,the sensitivity,the specificity,the precision, the accuracy,the stability and the recoveries for plasma were investigated by using rat plasma spiked with standard methomyl and intemal standard substance.Results The linear range was 0.1～20μg/mL ( r= 0.9993,P<0.001).The limit of detection was 0.03μg/mL(S/N ≥3).The intra and inter-day precision of assay for methomyl was less than 8.33%and 11.11%in plasma respectively.The intra and inter-day accuracy of assay for methomyl was between 90%and 120%in plasma respectively.The recoveries for methomyl were more than 88%±4.4%in plasma.Conclusion The HPLC method for quantitative and qualitative analysis of methomyl is simple,rapid and accurate,which is suitable for the identification of methomyl in the cases.

The feasibility of partial tonsillectomy was reviewed. Compared with total tonsillectomy, partial tonsillectomy has the advantages of less postoperative pain, lower postoperative bleeding rate and faster recovery. Partial tonsillectomy has a potential for tonsil regrowth and its efficacy in treating sleep-disordered breathing in children is still controversial.

OBJECTIVE: To discuss the effect of age on hyoid movement and the openness of UES in swallowing process, and to investigate the correlation between hyoid movement and openness of UES. METHOD: The X-ray dynamic swallowing videofluoroscopy was performed on 100 healthy adult volunteers(20-74 years). They were divided into three groups: young (ages 20 to 45), middle-aged (45 to 65) and older (65 and up). Then the software Avidemux 2. 5 and Image J were used to measure the time and distance of hyoid movement, and the maximal opening of the UES in swallowing process. RESULT: The time of hyoid moving to the maximal displacement was delayed along with the ages, and there were significant differences among the three groups (P<. 05). The staying time of hyoid in the maximal displacement gradually shortened along with the ages, and there was significant difference between young and older group, so was the middle-aged and older group(P<0. 05). The maximum antedisplacement of hyoid decreased with age, and significant differences were found between young and the middle-aged group and between oung and older group (P<0. 05). The maximal degree of UES opening decreased with the increase of age, and significant difference was found between young and older group (P<0. 05). The upper displacement of hyoid was not related to UES opening(P>0. 05), however, the antedisplacement of hyoid had significant relation to UES opening in the three groups (P<0. 05). CONCLUSION In swallowing process, the time and space parameters of hyoid movement and the maximal degree of UES opening were related to age. There was significant difference between the antedisplacement of hyoid and the openness of UES (P<0. 05).

The main purpose of this paper was to review the role of the hyoid movement in the swallowing process and the effect of swallowing posture, age, gender, bolus properties on the hyoid movement. The displacement of the hyoid bone was divided into vertical and forward displacement. The vertical displacement of the hyoid bone contributes primarily to epiglottic and laryngeal closure, while the anterior displacement contributes primarily to opening of the UES. The dysphagia patients often experienced a reduction in hyoid bone displacement. Therefore, further research on the movement of the hyoid bone in the deglutition, especially the relationship between anterior displacement and UES opening is necessary.

The triad of trauma including hypothermia,acidosis,and coagulopathy during initial operative and resuscitation efforts has been recognized as a significant cause of death in patients with severe abdominal traumatic injuries.Damage control surgical approach with a brief fast surgery,subsequent intensive care unit resuscitation,and a planned reoperation is an emerging technique to control bleeding and contamination and undertake temporary abdominal wall closure that can shorten the operating time,lessen the traumatic stress,fast correct the triad of trauma and lower the incidence rate of postoperative complications.Damage control surgery places a important role in dealing severe traumatic injuries currently.

Objective:To explore therapeutic effect of repaglinide on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) complicated atherosclerosis (AS).Methods:A total of 120 T2DM + AS patients treated in our hospital from Mar 2012 to May 2014 were selected.They were randomly and equally divided into repaglinide group (received repaglin- ide treatment)and glipizide group (received glipizide treatment).Fasting blood glucose (FBG)and 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG)levels before and after treatment,serum levels of high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP) and oxidized low density lipoprotein (oxLDL)after treatment,and patients'satisfaction on treatment were com- pared and analyzed between two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment,there were significant reductions in levels of FBG and 2hPG in both groups after treatment (P<0.01 all);compared with glipizide group,there were significant reductions in levels of FBG [(6.94±0.41)mmol/L vs.(6.05±0.54)mmol/L],2hPG [(8.03±0.74) mmol/L vs.(7.66±0.78)mmol/L],serum hsCRP [(5.75±0.26)mg/L vs.(4.71±0.32)mg/L]and serum ox- LDL [(98.30±25.05)μg/dl vs.(52.21±17.50)μg/dl]after treatment in repaglinide group,P<0.01 all.Satis- faction rate in repaglinide group was significantly higher than that of glipizide group (93.33% vs.60.00%),P<0.01. Conclusion:Repaglinide possesses significant therapeutic effect on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus com- plicated atherosclerosis.It can significantly reduce blood glucose,blood lipid and serum hsCRP levels.
