Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:With biomechanical trial, the feasibility was investigated using the indentation method to assess myocardium viscoelasticity and the change of viscoelasticity after old myocardial infarction was also investigated. Method:The old myocardial infarction moldel was established using ligating the left anterior descending branch under thoracotomy. With the instrument of indentation, creep test was applied to the normal and old infarcted canine ventricular myocardium. Results:The viscoelastic parameteres of normal group:E164?9kPa,E2565?148kPa,E∞57?7kPa,?1.7?0.9?105kPa.s;old infarcted group: E1130?30kPa,E21076?466kPa,113?27kPa,?2.8?1.0?105kPa.s.The difference of parameteres in above two groups is significant in statistics(P
2.INFLUENCE OF IRON AND COPPER ON BIOLOGICAL RESPONSE TO EXCESS DIETARY ZINC IN CHICK
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
A biological study was made to estimate the influence of excess dietary zinc, in vivo, on iron and copper status and their antagonism. Chicks were randomly divided into four groups (n= 22 each) according to body weight and were fed on experimental diet with different amounts of zinc, iron and copper for 28 days. The results were as follows; 1. Excess dietary zinc (400ppm) caused retardation of growth rate in experimental chicks, hypochromic anemia, elevation of blood and tissues (liver, kidney) zinc levels and lowering iron, copper and ceruloplasmin content, and eryth-rocyte Cu-Zn-superoxide dismutase activity; 2. Copper alone supplemented up to 40ppm to the excess zinc diet was able to improve the growth rate, body copper status and Cu-Za-superoxide dismutase activity, but no effect on anemia and body iron status; 3. Iron and copper were supplemented up to 400ppm and 40ppm respectively to excess zinc diet at same time, all the parameters were similar to the chicks fed basal diet. These data suggested that supplement of iron and copper at proper proportion to excess zinc diet can prevent the adverse effects of excess zinc on chicks.
3.The diagnosis and surgical management of intra and extra middle skull base tumors
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(10):-
Objectives: Inquirying the ability of the earlier diagnosis and studying the surgical management of intra and extra middle skull base tumors. Methods: A retrospective study has been made on 43 cases of malignant skull base tumor extended into cavernouse sinus. CT and MRI evaluation were made for all patients. Different approaches have been utilized to remove tumors. Results: In early period there was no obviously clinical sign. 5 year survival rate was 35.1%. Seven cases of no removing totally tumors in cavernous sinus had been alive for 7 months. Conclusions: The symptoms of skull base carcinoma is less, which often leads to false diagnosis and management. Total resection via different approaches may improve clinical results.
5.Application and development of gene chip in the study of ischemia-reperfusion injury
International Journal of Surgery 2008;35(6):422-425
Ischemia-reperfusion injury is a pathophysiological process caused by a number of gene expression changes, with the development of artery occlusion-reperfusion and surgery involved in vascular, such as thrombolytic therapy, cardiopulmonary bypass heart surgery and organ transplants, etc.it has been more and more important.Gene chip technology provides a powerful means for the systematic study of the mechanisms of incidence and prevention of ischemia-reperfusion injury, for its unique advantage in high throughput,high-efficiency,large-scale research.Since gaining importance in recent years,it has been widely used in various organs and tissues, and has achieved some progress. In this paper, the application of gene chip technology in the incidence and prevention of ischemia-reperfusion injury of various organs and tissues in recent years is given a certain summary.
6.Clinical efficacy of cetuximab combined FOLFOX chemotherapy treatment on colon and colorectal cancer
Clinical Medicine of China 2014;30(2):190-192
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cetuximab combined FOLFOX chemotherapy on colon and colorectal cancer. Methods Forty patients with colon and colorectal cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group, and 20 cases for each group.Patients in control group were treated with oxaliplatin + leucovorin + 5-fluorouracil,and in the observation group were given cetuximab (the first does was 400 mg/m2 at the first week, then the second week and follow weeks was 250 mg/m2 1 time/week for 6 week) plus the treatment as control group. The clinical efficacy, adverse effect and 1-year survival in the two groups were recorded. Results The total effective rate and clinical benefit rate in observation group were 60% (12/20)and 85% (17/20) respectively, which significantly higher than the control group (30% (6/20) and 65 % (13/ 20),x2 =18.18,10.67,P < 0.05).Skin rash rate in observation group was 55% (11/20),which was significantly higher than that of control group (15% (3/20),x2 =35.16,P <0.05).Half-year survival rate and 1-year survival rate of patients in observation group were 75% (15/20) and 45% (9/20) respectively, significantly higher than the control group (50% (10/20) and 25% (5/20),x2 =13.33,8.791,P < 0.05)~ Conclusion Treatment scheme of Cetuximab combined FOLFOX chemotherapy is proved to be an effect of treating advanced colon and colorectal and be with the low adverse effect.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2006;26(1):99-100, 136
In order to establish more simple and effective rat orthotopic lung transplantation models, 20 rats were divided into donor and recipient groups. Rat lung transplantation models were established by using improved cuff technique. All the 10 operations were accomplished successfully. The mean operative time of recipients was 45 +/- 4 min. The survival time was over 30 days after lung transplantation. The checks of X-ray were almost normal. There was no significant difference in the blood gas analysis before and after clipping the right hilum (P > .05). This method is more simple, applicable and requires less time.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(12):-
Objective:To study the surgical skills of reconstruction of the skull base after resection of skull base tumors.Methods:Thirty-one cases of skull base reconstruction were studied.Galeo-pericranial flaps were used for anterior cranial base defects and tempero muscle flaps for the middle skull base respectively. Results:All the 31 patients with skull base tumors, underwent reconstruction of the skull base of whom,30 experienced no complications, but 1 died of CSF leak.Conclusion:Galeo-pericranial flaps and tempero muscle flaps are reliable materials for the reconstruction of the skull base.

Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(03):-
Objective: To evaluate the sleeping status of Chinese Peace-Keeping Force in Liberia, and to ensure soldiers' somatic and mental health. Methods: Written questionnaires about the sleeping status were collected twice from Chinese military staff at two independent intervals. Results:The sleeping status of the soldiers was worse in Liberia than at home, but it became better at later stage when soldiers adapted to the environment and the job, when the weather became less hot,and appropriate medical treatment was used. Conclusion: Improving occupancy condition, adjusting night duty to ensure adequate sleeping time for the night duty soldiers, strengthening the sleeping hygiene education and proper medical treatment were important for the severe insomnia soldiers.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE To prevent the nosocomial infection event in the clinical laboratory. METHODS To enhance the conception of self-protection,amplify necessary rules and regulation, fine technique training, establish the health-record of the department staff, purchase the facilities of protection, and disinfect the instrument and environment of laboratory even the test report sheet. RESULTS By means of above mentioned measures and management,it could control in most degree of nosocomial infection in clinical laboratory, and ensure the safety and health of the department staff. CONCLUSIONS The nosocomial infection event of clinical laboratory can be prevented by amplification of necessary rules and regulation as well as enhancement of the management.
