4.Relationship study between the serum concentration of amiodarone and QT dispersion
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(2):180-181
Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum concentration of amiodarone and QT dispersion. Methods The serum concentration of Am and DEA were determined by HPLC during the treatment in forty Patients to study the relationship between the serum concentration and QTd.Results After using amiodarone,QT interval was significantly increased[(383±31)ms vs(418±29)ms,P<0.05].In the same time QTd was significantly decreased[(34±12)ms vs(21±9)ms,P<0.05].With maintaining dosage, the serum concentration of DEA had positive relationship with the increment of QT(r=0.50,P<0.05).While with loading dosage, the serum concentration of amiodarone had no relationship with it.The serum concentration of amiodarone had no relationshiP with the decrement of QTd in all patients. And it varied in a large range.Between the groups of different therapeutic effect, the serum concentration had no statistical difference. Two patients appeared the adverse effects.Their serum concentration of amiodarone weren't higher than the average concentration of the group. Conclusion The serum concentration of amiodarone couldn't be an index tO estimate the effect and the occurrence of adverse effects.
5.Pharmacological Control Study between Tripterygium Hypoglaucum Hutch and Tripterygium Wilfordii
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1990;0(02):-
Tripterygium Hypoglaucum Hutch and Tripterygium Wilfordii Hook.f are all Evonymus alata family Tripterygium Wilfordii genus plants. They are generally used in the clinical treatment in department of dermatology. They resemble each other not only in some chemical constitutions, but also in some pharmacologic actions(such as anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,immune suppression, antifertility and so on),but they are all poisonous plants. When they are used for therapy, they can induce some toxic reactions, even the death of patients. In order to facilitate the adoption of the two drugs,we review their pharmacologic actions.
6.Study on the effects of bacterial collagenase on wound healing
Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2010;19(5):476-478
Objective To study the role of bacterial collagenase in wound healing with observing capillary neovascularization, epidermis regeneration and collagen fiber reparation in vivo. Method A total of 28 New Zealand rabbits were made into models of superficial soft tissue trauma and divided into two groups. In the experimental group, the right limbs of rabbits were traumatized intentionally in the same length and depth, and their wounds were treated with bacterial collagenase liquor 133 MIU/mL, and the wounds were sutured. Similarly, in the control group, the left limbs of the rabbits were modeled in the same way and their wounds were managed with physiological saline instead and closed. Their wounds were observed continually 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10 and 14 days after traumatized. Data were analyzed statistically by using One-way ANOVA, LSD-test, and Wilcoxon rank test. Results There were no significant differences in capillary neovascularization and epidermis regeneration between two groups ( F = 0.12, P = 0.740 and F = 0.95, P = 0.33, respectively), but significant difference in collagen fiber reparation was found between two groups (F = 6.63, P = 0.01). Conclusions In the progress of wound healing, bacterial collagenase can improve the collagen fiber reparation without effects on the new capillary vasculogenesis and epidermis regeneration. The bacterial collagenase does not play a positive role in wound healing.
