Chinese Journal of cardiovascular Rehabilitation Medicine 2014;23(3):292-294
Objective:To compare the level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)before and after treat-ment between Uygur and Kazak nationality patients diagnosed as coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods:A total of 191 Uygur nationality patients and 184 Kazak nationality patients, who received coronary angiography and were diagnosed as CHD first time, and received measurement of LDL-C concentration. They received CHD secondary preventive treatment for 8~12 months,LDL-C concentration was measured again after treatment, and it's com-pared and analyzed between two nationalities. Results:After treatment, there were significant reductions in levels of total cholesterol (TC)and LDL-C in Uygur and Kazak nationality CHD patients.Compared with Kazak nationality pa-tients,there were significant reductions in levels of LDL-C [(2.74±0.13)mmol/L vs.(2.21±0.17)mmol/L]in Uygur nationality CHD patients (t=3.141,P<0.01).Conclusion:Effect lowering in Uygur nationality patients with coronary heart disease ,especially low density lipoprotein cholesterol is better than that of Kazak nationality.

3.Role of Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 in Signal Transduction Pathway of Cigarette Smoke-induced Airway Mucous Hypersecretion
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(07):-
Objective To determine the involvement of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in the signal transduction pathway of cigarette smoke-induced airway mucous hypersecretion. Methods The well cultured BEAS-2B airway epithelial cells were incubated with different concentrations of cigarette smoke extract (CSE),also some cells were preincubated with MMP-9 inhibitorⅠbefore CSE or exogenous epidermal growth factor(EGF) was added. The mucin(MUC)5AC mRNA level was analyzed by RT-PCR,MMP-9 and the phosphorylated EGFR(p-EGFR) protein production was assayed by western blot,MUC5AC protein and EGF protein were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay respectively, and gelatin zymography was used to determine the activity of MMP-9. Results Incubation of BEAS-2B cells with CSE up-regulated MUC5AC gene expression and protein production in a dose dependent manner (P0.05). Conclusion CSE stimulates the activity of MMP-9 and MMP-9 protein, causing the shedding of the EGF and leading to EGFR activation. This activation of EGFR downstream signaling pathway increases MUC5AC gene expression and mucin production.
4.Anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and tendon-bone healing characteristics
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(37):-
Presently, with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using autogeneic hamstring tendon graft is generally developed, the influencing factors and promotion methods of tendon-bone healing become a research focus of sports medicine. The influencing factors include the graft fixation, the character of bone, stress stimulation and the matching relation between graft and bone tunnel and so on.The promotion methods include applying growth factors, metalloprotease blocking agent, osteoprotegerin, mesenchyme stem cells, physical methods. Some prospective methods of promoting tendon-bone healing have been found, but these methods are in animal study or involving complex laboratory technique. Thus, these methods require further studies before clinical application.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(04):-
Objective To explore the effect of c-Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)on the expression of interleukin-10(IL-10) in keratinocytes induced by ultraviolet A(UVA).Methods The HaCaT cells in cultured were either sham irradiated(control) or exposured to 2.4 J/cm2 UVA radiation. The cells were collected at 0-48 h after irradiation, and JNK levels in cells were detected with the immunofluorescence.HaCaT cells were treated with SP600125(a JNK inhibitor) before irradiation, then cells and suspended medium were collected at each time-point after irradiation, and the expression of IL-10 mRNA and protein were determined by RT-PCR and ELISA.Results Compared with control cells, irradiated cells had increased levels of phospho-JNK throughout the entire 48 h following irradiation(P

65 mm Hg and CVP between 10-14 cm H2O. In control group no AHHD was performed. Blood samples and urine specimens were obtained before anesthesia (T1), at the end of operation (T2 ) and 72 h after operation (T3 ) for determination of blood and urinary creatinine (BCr, UCr) , blood sodium (BNa) , urinary sodium (UNa), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) , urinary ?1-microglobulin (?1-MG), urinary albumin, urinary immuno-globulin G, creatinine clearance (CCr), and fractional sodium clearance (FENa) . Results BUN, urinary albumin, urinary immuno-globulin G, CCr and FENa were normal during the study in both groups. Urinary concentration of ?1-MG was significantly increased at T2 as compared with the baseline value before anesthesia (T, ) and declined at T3 but was still significantly higher than that at T1 . There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the parameters mentioned above. Conclusion AHHD with 6% HES (200/0.5) has no detrimental effects on renal function in patients with normal function.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(25):4020-4025
BACKGROUND:The use of bio-membrane guided bone regeneration in maxilary sinus augmentation is a research hotspot in implantology at present. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the osteogenic effect of guided bone regeneration in maxilary sinus augmentation using colagen membranes. METHODS:The first maxilary molars of nine adult female beagle dogs were extracted and ful-thickness flap was reflected bilateraly, then the sinus floors were lifted with simultaneous implantation. Bio-Oss was placed into the new space under the sinus membrane. On the experimental side in each dog, the bio-membrane covered the osteotomy window. On the control side, the flap was sutured directly, and was not covered by bio-membrane. Two animals were sacrificed at 4, 12, and 24 weeks after surgery, respectively. Gross observation, biomechanical testing and histological examinations were performed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: In gross view, new bone formation was observed in al maxilary sinuses. The pul-out force increased with time. At week 24, a significant difference in the pul-out force was noted between the two groups (P < 0.05). Histomorphbomatrical analysis showed much more new caluses at the experimental group than the control group at weeks 12 and 24 after surgery (P < 0.05). The bio-membrane guided bone regeneration has a better effect on new bone formation in the sinus augmentation.

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1981;0(03):-
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of KAI1/CD82 and E-Cadherin in human squamous cervical carcinoma. Methods The expressions of KAI1/CD82 and E-Cadherin were examined respectively by immunohistochemical S-P method in 10 cases of normal cervical tissue,15 cases of atypical hyperplasia of cervical epithelia and 64 cases of squamous cervical carcinoma. We analyzed statistically the correlation between the immunohistochemical results and the clinicopathological features. Results From normal cervical tissue,Cervical intraepithelial neoplasis(CIN) to cervical cancer, the positive expression rates of KAI1/CD82 and E-Cadherin were gradually decreased.Through statistic test, the positive expression rates of both invasive squamous carcinoma of the cervix were significantly lower in normal cervical tissue and CIN(P0.05).Of all the samples, direct correlation was showed in the expressions of KAI1/CD82 and E-Cadherin.Furthermore,the low-expression of both revealed significant correlation with lymphonode metastasis in human squamous cervical carcinoma. Conclusion KAI1/CD82 and(E-Cadherin) interactions may depress lymphonode metastasis in cervical carcinoma.Logistic analysis reveals that(E-Cadherin) gene, specific and interactions of several genes may be more significant during tumor metastasis.
