1.Construct an Innovation-Oriented Campus Culture and Strengthen the Career Starting Concept among College Students
Chinese Medical Ethics 1995;0(03):-
Embodied as an abstract concept as well as concrete regulations and material environment on the campus, the campus culture is the organizational culture among universities, which plays a significant role in enhancing students' quality of career starting.Similar to its social culture, the American campus culture is characterized by a strong personal heroism thus is known as a "cowboy culture".As the so-called "dragon culture",the Chinese culture is a more conservative one and thus lack of innovation-oriented career starting concepts among Chinese university students. Therefore,in order to effectively carry out entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the innovation-oriented campus culture should be constructed, students' entrepreneurship conception strengthened, thus students' sense of career starting and mental status be enhanced.

This paper discussed the ethical principles in the medical sci-tech journal editing work, namely, respect, fairness, equality, honesty, and combining with the particularity of medical journals, further discussed these principles during choosing manuscripts, inviting manuscripts, peer review, rejection, and so forth. This pa-per proposed that medical journal editors should adhere to in the work of ethical principles, and constantly improve their ethics quality.

Aim To research the effects of HSP70 in-hibitor ( PFTμ) on the expressions of iNOS induced by IFN-γ in RAW 264. 7 cells. Methods The NO con-centration was measured by Griess Kit. The expression of interest protein was measured by Western blot and iNOS mRNA was measured by RT-PCR. Mouse cardi-ac ischemia-reperfusion ( I/R ) model was established to set up the inflammatory response. These were divid-ed into control and treated groups. The infarct size was monitored on myocardial I/R mice. Results We found that PFTμsignificantly blocked the production of NO and the expression of iNOS protein and mRNA in RAW 264. 7 cells. The mechanism may be part of the inhibition of nuclear IRF-1 protein expression. We also found that PFTμ reduced the infarct size in myocardial I/R mice ( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion These results suggest that PFTμ down-regulates the IFN-γ-induced iNOS transcription through decreasing translocated IRF-1 protein.

Programmed cell death-1 (PD-1), as a member of cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen-4 (CTLA-4), is ex-pressed on the membrane of activated T cells , B cells and macrophages.Combining with programmed cell death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), PD-1 will inhibit the proliferation of T cells and further involve in T cell receptor signaling negative feedback regulation .As the signifi-cant relationship between PD-1 /PD-L1 expression and prognosis in tumor cells , monocytes and T cells of ovarian cancer patients , this review focuses on the biological significance , influencing factors , advances of related drugs and clinical application of PD-1 /PD-L1 in ovarian cancer .

Chinese Journal of Nephrology 1994;0(02):-
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Astragalus & Angelica (A&A) , the mixture of Chinese herbs, on different vasoconstrictors and vasodilators in the process of renal interstitial fibrosis in rats with unilateral ureteral obstruction (UUO). Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into Sham,UUO and UAA (UUO+A&A) groups. After administration of A&A (14 g?kg-1?d-1) for 0, 3, 7 and 10 days, the levels of Ang-II , ET-1, nitric oxide(NO) and the activities of different NOS in renal homogenate were measured by RIA or enzyme method. The expression levels of eNOS, nNOS, iNOS were detected in the kidney by immunohistochemistry and semi-quantitively assessed by Western blot. Results After A&A administration, the levels of Ang- II and ET-1 were increased in UUO at all time points (P

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
Aim The mixture of Chinese herbs,Astragalus & Angelica(A&A) has been found that has antifibrotic effect in rats. Methods To elucidate themechanisms underlying the renoprotective effects of A&A in the process of renal interstitial fibrosis,we investigated the pathology changes of kidneys in unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO) rats.In the study,Wistar rats were randomly divided into CON,Sham,UUO and UUA(UUO+A&A) groups. After administration of A&A(12 g?kg?d~(-1)) for 0,3,7 and 10 d,renal damage including interstitial cell infiltration, tubular atrophy and interstitial fibrosis were quantified on HE and Masson stained tissue sections. The expression of ?-smooth muscle actin(?-SMA),transforming growth factor-?_1(TGF-?_1) and fibronectin(FN) was measured using computer image analysis of immunohistochemistry staining sections,ELISA and Western Blot. Results Renal damage and the expression of ?-SMA,TGF-?_1 and FN were all significantly exacerbated in UUO group compared with those of Sham group(P

Objective: To investigate the preventive and theraputic effects of Astragalus and Angelica mixture(A&A)on renal tubulointerstitial fibrosis after unilateral ureteral obstruction(UUO)in rats and their mechanisms. Methods: UUO rats were randomly divided into Sham, UUO, A&A or ACEI groups. A&A, ACEI or the same amount of water was administered by gavage beginning 24 hours before UUO preparation and continued through ten days after UUO. Sera and the kidney tissues were collected from each group on the tenth day. Scr and BUN were measured. Trichrome staining, measurement of tubulo interstitial damage index and immunohistochemical studies localizing ? smooth muscle actin(? SMA), TGF ? 1, fibronectin(FN), laminin(LN)were carried out. Results: In UUO rats, the tubular interstitial damage index, the expressions of ? SMA, TGF ? 1, FN and LN were all increased compared with those of Sham group. The tubulo interstitial damage index had positive correlation with expressions of ? SMA, TGF ? 1, FN and LN. A&A significantly ameliorated deterioration of renal function, tubulo interstitial damage index and inhibited the over expressions of ? SMA, TGF ? 1, FN and LN in UUO rats. These anti fibrotic effects were similar to those affected by ACEI. Conclusion: In renal interstitial fibrosis induced UUO rats, A&A retard the progression of renal fibrosis and renal function deterioration by inhibiting myofibroblasts and suppressing TGF ? 1 expression, which may consequently result in a decreased production of extracellular matrix.

Objective:To explore whether Chinese herbs Astragalus and Angelica mixture(A&A) have renoprotective effects on chronic renal failure in rats.Methods:5/6 nephrectomized kidney in rats was used as chronic renal failure model.Rats were randomly divided into four groups which included sham,Model,A&A and enalapril(Ena) groups. The remnant kidney was harvested after 2,4,8,12 weeks, and levels of serum creatinine(scr),urea and urinary protein excretion were measured using routine biochemical methods. The pathological lesions were observed by light microscope. The expressions of fibronectin(FN) and collagen Ⅳ(Col-Ⅳ) in glomeruli and interstitium were detected by immnuohistochemistry.Results:5/6 nephrectomized rats were presented with the characteristics of increasing scr and urea, persistent proteinuria at the end of the 2nd,4th,8th,12th weeks, respectively. They had increasing size of glomeruli with progressive proliferation of mesangial cells and mesangial matrix followed by glomerulosclerosis and progressive elevated expressions of FN and Col-Ⅳ.Compared with Model group, the administration of A&A could decrease urinary protein excretion for 34%,44%,25%,45% at the end of the 2nd,4th,8th and 12th weeks, respectively(P
