Objective To observe the efficacy of bioelectric stimulation of the pelvic floor combined with acupuncture in treating detrusor urine weakness after transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) in patients with prostate hyperplasia.Methods Forty-seven cases with detrusor urine weakness after TURP were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.All of the patients received routine bladder function training and medication.In addition,patients in the experimental group were treated with bioelectric stimulation of the pelvic floor and with acupuncture.The differences between the two groups were compared using the International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS),maximum urine flow rate (MFR),average flow rate (AFR),detrusor pressure at peak flow (PdetQmax) and residual urine volume in the bladder.Results No significant difference was found between the two groups before treatment,but at two weeks after treatment MFR,AFR and PdetQmax were significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group,and residual urine volume and IPSS were significantly lower.Conclusion Bioelectric stimulation of the pelvic floor combined with acupuncture is more effective than routine bladder function training and medication alone for alleviating detrusor urine weakness after TURP.

Objective　To investigate the causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) and to know the relation between RSA and antiphospholipid thrombosis syndrome(APL-T). Methods　ELISA and PTT-LA were used to detect anticardiolipin antibody(ACA) and lupus anticoagulant(LA) in 32 patients with RSA and 20 normal controls(NC). Results　There were 17 positive of antiphospholipid antibody(APA) in RSA group. The incidence was significantly higher than that in NC group. The incidence of LA was also significantly higher than that in NC group. 8 patients were diagnosed as APL-T. Conclusion　LA may be the more important reason of RSA. It should be considered as APL-T when RSA is unexplained.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Tangkang capsule. METHODS:Momordica charantia L. and Euonymus alatus(Thunb.)Sieb.,the main ingredients in Tangkang capsule including were identified by TLC, meanwhile, the content of total Momordica charantian saponin was determined by UV-Vis. RESULTS: The TLC spots were clear and the separation degree was good. The linear range of Ginsenoside Rg1 was 72～252 ?g(r=0.999 7) with average recovery rate at 100.68% (RSD=1.43%,n=6). CONCLUSION: The established quality standard can be used for the quality control of this Tangkang capsule.

Objective Compared with surgical operation,to investigate the clinical efficacy and advantages of interventional treatment in blunt liver traum.Methods 32 patients from July 2010 to October 2012,who were diagnosed as blunt liver trauma,received super selective hepatic artery embolization in Chinese People's Liberation Army in 98th Hospital.Another 27 ones received operation at the same time in Peolies's Liberation Army 98th (AAST grade Ⅱ to Ⅳ).Retrospective analysis of related cases was presented.The results were analyzed by t test.Results All of 32 patients that received super selective hepatic artery embolization were stanched bleeding successfully.All patients were followed up for 3 to 18 months,the mean follow-up time was 10 months,with no severe complications occurred or no lost cases.Conclusions Compared with surgical operation,interventional treatment had advantage that included eliable hemostasis,less operation time,minimally invasive and less hospitalization time.Interventional treatment had good effects on blunt liver trauma which were AAST grade Ⅱ to Ⅲ.

BACKGROUND:It is very important to early diagnosis of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after total hip replacement, which also has very important meaning for the timely treatment and judging the curative effect. OBJECTIVE:To study the blood changes of the patients complicated with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after hip joint replacement, so as to provide the reference for the early prediction and intervention. METHODS: Among 60 cases of hip joint replacement patients who received the treatment from January 2009 to September 2014, there were 32 cases of postoperative patients complicated with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (lower extremity deep vein thrombosis group), 28 cases without concurrent lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (non-lower extremity deep vein thrombosis group). The change of the blood rheology index of patients was detected at the 1st, 3rd, 5th days after hip joint replacement. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The detection results showed that the various coagulation markers in the lower extremity deep vein thrombosis group after the replacement were abnormaly higher than those in the non-lower extremity deep vein thrombosis group, which showed that the hypercoagulability attitudes of patients after hip joint replacement closely related to the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis, however, the D- dimer and fibrinogen levels of patients at the 3rd and 5th days after hip joint replacement in lower extremity deep vein thrombosis group were significantly higher than non-lower extremity deep vein thrombosis group, which showed that the increase of D- dimer and fibrinogen levels was positively correlated with the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after hip joint replacement. These results suggest that patients should undergo dynamic blood monitoring after hip joint replacement. If the test results were continuously increased, we should doubt whether the occurrence of thrombosis, and then take preventive measures as early as possible.

Thirty-six patients with type Ⅱ diabetes were divided into medicine group treated with oral hypoglycemic agents and acupuncture group treated with needling. The patients had abnormity on blood glucose, glycosylatedhemoglobin (HbA1), and the function of cardiac vegetative nerve before treatment. After one month' s treatment, there were marked decrease on blood glucose and HbA1 in medicine group, but no change in acupuncture group. Patients of acupuncture group had an exact improving effect on Wassermann index, difference in heart rate between standing and lying position,30/15R-R interval ratio and other function of cardiac vegetative nerve. It indicated acupuncture could improve the abnormal function of cardiac vegetative nerve.

BACKGROUND:Hydroxyapatite and polyvinyl alcohol composite hydrogel used for the repair of cartilage defects can have good biological activity in the cartilage joints, effectively promote the growth of bone cels, and enhance the stability and biological activity of implant materials. OBJECTIVE:To explore the histocompatibility of polyvinyl alcohol/hydroxyapatite composite hydrogel transplantation for the repair of articular cartilage defects. METHODS: Twenty New Zealand rabbits were enroled and randomly divided into control group (n=6) and experimental group (n=14). Unilateral knee cartilage defect models were constructed in the two groups. No treatment was done in the control group, and polyvinyl alcohol/hydroxyapatite composite hydrogel transplantation was performed in the experimental group. After 4, 8, 12 weeks, the animals were kiled to colect knee joint specimens for gross observation and histological observation. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The surface of articular cartilage in the control group was not recovered at 12 weeks after operation, and granulation tissues were ful of cartilage defects. In the experimental group, the polyvinyl alcohol/hydroxyapatite composite hydrogel was filed in the defects, and tightly connected with the surrounding cartilage tissues with clear boundary and no cel ingrowth at 4 weeks after operation. Until the 12th week, in the experimental group, the composite hydrogel was white and translucent with smooth surface. There was a clear boundary between the composite hydrogel and surrounding cartilage tissues, a great amount of cartilage cels proliferated in the interface that tightly bound to the surrounding tissues, and osteoid tissue grew. These findings indicate that the polyvinyl alcohol/hydroxyapatite composite hydrogel has good histocompatibility in the repair of cartilage defects of rabbit knee joints.

104 teeth with large defect were repaired by Ceramage polymeric porcelain inlay(Ceramage group)and 94 by casting porcelain inlay(casting group).After 1 year there was no statistical significance in all indexes between two groups(P >0.05).After 3 year,Restora-tion fracture was observed in 3.1% of Ceramage group and 10.6% of casting group(P <0.05).No statistical significance was found in other indexes between the two groups.
