Correspondence analysis was used for determining the important factors from the six factors influencing analysis of cephalosporin in reversed phase-high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). Experiments were planed by U7(76), then the synthetical correspondence between a series of optimizations and the factors was calculated. Result indicated that that proportion of organic solvent, pH and concentration of buffer were three most important factors. It showed that the correspondence analysis was a better method to determining the important factors in RP-HPLC

Through literature method, expert consultation method,K-means algorithm and empirical analysis method, the paper analyzes the methods for evaluation on the layout of first-aid sites, discusses the indexes for scientific evaluation on the rationality of layout of first-aid sites, conducts visualized and practical calculation based on the first-aid related data of Wuhan city in 2015,verifies the rationality and operability of the evaluation indexes, and provides reference for overall allocation of first-aid resources and rational layout of first-aid sites.
5.Investigation of Elekta linac characteristics for VMAT.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2012;36(1):22-24
UNLABELLEDThe aim of this study is to investigate the characteristics of Elekta delivery system for volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT). Five VMAT plans were delivered in service mode and dose rates, and speed of gantry and MLC leaves were analyzed by log files. Results showed that dose rates varied between 6 dose rates. Gantry and MLC leaf speed dynamically varied during delivery.
CONCLUSIONThe technique of VMAT requires linac to dynamically control more parameters, and these key dynamic variables during VMAT delivery can be checked by log files. Quality assurance procedure should be carried out for VMAT related parameter.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2022;43(4):614-617
Objective:
To establish a risk assessment system for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in primary and secondary schools in Tianjin and reduce the risk of infectious disease prevention and control through risk assessment and control.
Methods:
Based on the failure modes and effect analysis method, a quantitative risk assessment of infectious disease prevention and control in 45 primary and secondary schools in Tianjin was carried out. Risk based supervisory process was assessed, while control effect was evaluated for contined improvement in the prevention and control of infectious diseases in the primary and secondary schools.
Results:
The top three risk aspects found in the infectious disease prevention and control system in primary and secondary schools in Tianjin included failure to provide sanitation professionals (82.22%) in accordance with regulations, no hand sanitizer or disinfectant (35.56%) in wash basins, and drinking water related products without approval (28.89%). The results of the risk assessment indicated that the three risk aspects with the highest risk priority number (RPN) included failure to provide health professionals( n = 144), no morning and afternoon inspection arrangement( n =126), and low quality of morning and afternoon inspections( n =126). After optimizing the supervision measures for the risk aspects with a detectable degree≥7 points, a quantitative risk assessment was carried out again, the RPN values of all risk points fell below 125, indicating reasonable control effect.
Conclusion
Based on the failure mode and effect analysis method, the establishment of a risk assessment system for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in primary and secondary schools and regular risk assessments can timely detect risk aspects in the infectious disease prevention and control, to promote effective prevention of infectious diseases in schools.

Objective To investigate the protective effect of complement 5a receptor 1 (C5aR1) antagonist on ascending urinary tract infection in mice. Methods (1) Female C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into experimental and control groups:38 mice in each group, and inoculated with E.coli by urethral catheterization to set up the ascending urinary tract infection model.C5aR1 antagonist (W54011 or PMX53) and corresponding control (PBS or control peptide) were initially given either at 2 h before or 3 h after infection by intraperitoneal injection.Mice were sacrificed to assess the infection in bladder and kidney at 24 or 48 h after infection. The bacterial load of bladder and kidney tissue was measured by agar plate assay. The mRNA expression of renal inflammatory factors was detected by real-time RCR.The renal tissue injury and inflammatory cell infiltration were assessed by HE staining and pathological scores.(2) Primary cultured renal tubular epithelial cells were randomly divided into antagonist and control groups to detect and compare the bacterial adhesion to renal tubular epithelial cells in vitro. Results Compared with control groups, the initial delivery of C5aR1 antagonist (W54011 or PMX53) before E.coli inoculation reduced the bacterial load in bladder and kidney tissue 48 h after infection (all P < 0.01).In experimental group given W54011 before infection, the renal pathological scores were reduced (both P < 0.05),as well as renal inflammatory factor expressions:CXCL-1 mRNA,IL-6 mRNA and TNF-o mRNA (all P < 0.05).Compared with corresponding control groups, the initial delivery of PMX53 after E.coli inoculation could also reduce the bacterial load in bladder and kidney tissue 48 h after infection (both P < 0.01).Furthermore,C5aR1 antagonists W54011 and PMX53 could decrease bacteria adhesion to renal tubular epithelial cells in vitro, compared with control groups (both P < 0.05).Conclusions C5aR1 antagonists can significantly attenuate renal tissue injury, ameliorate renal inflammation and the adhesion of bacteria to renal epithelial cells.C5aR1 may be an effective target for the prevention and treatment of urinary tract infection.
