2.Analysis of questionnaire and clinical characteristics of 2,000 cases of dysmenorrheal.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(20):3920-3924
Through the questionnaire survey of 2,000 patients with dysmenorrhea, the clinical characteristics of dysmenorrhea were investigated, and the reference basis for preventing and controlling dysmenorrhea was provided. The results found that the age of menarche, short menstrual cycle, by volume, long period of time has no obvious relationship with the occurrence of dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea main influence factors to feel cold; syndrome (symptoms) characteristics for the actual situation inclusions mainly, with severity, deficiency symptoms more obvious; in different degrees of dysmenorrhea, frequency of belly chills symptoms appear most, and cold coagulation and blood stasis syndrome (symptoms) appear higher frequency; The type of cold coagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea was 53.2%. Dysmenorrhea measures to select bed rest most, accounting for 79.6%. For severe dysmenorrhea in patients with drug choice to traditional Chinese combined with western medicine accounted for 43.4%. Selection of Chinese medicine formulations in patients with dysmenorrhea Decoction formulation accounted for the most 26.5%. The survey results, to avoid cold and have a positive effect on the prevention of dysmenorrhea, dysmenorrhea treatment should pay attention to warming channels to dispel cold.

4.Discussion on strategy of treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with Chinese and Western Medicine.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(20):3899-3906
Perimenopausal syndrome refers to a series of physical and mental symptoms ,caused by the fluctuation of the sex hormones in the menopause, which is one of the common diseases in gynecology. With the acceleration of the aging population ir the world, it has caused the world's attention. Modern medicine has developed rapidly in the field of basic theory and clinical research, but there are still some problems in the treatment. Clinical treatment is mainly in hormone replacement therapy, but there are some potential risks, adverse reactions and many contraindications, thereby reducing patients' compliance and tolerance. Traditional Chinese medicine under the guidance of the concept of wholism cure perimenopausal syndrome based on syndrome differentiation, which has unique advantages, such as a variety of ways, less side effect, curative effect, which was patients more and more welcome. It is very important for the study to explore the perimenopausal syndrome.

5. The mechanism, critical technology and progress of osmotic drug delivery systems
Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2010;37(2):92-97
As the typical example of controlled release preparation, osmotic pump-controlled release preparation is a new technique of preparation characterized by zero order release kinetics. Osmotic pressure is the motivation for releasing drug. The release behavior of osmotically controlled release systems is independent of external pH and food, and the in vivo-in vitro correlation is good, so they have attracted wide attention at home and abroad. After years of development, with the constant innovation of the mechanism, the structure of the osmotic pump has been continuously improved, and many products have been marketed. In this article, the development history and the mechanism of osmotic pump-controlled release preparation are briefly reviewed. Based on solubility, osmotic pressure, the delivery orifice and the coating membrane, the critical factors affecting the release rate and the research progress on osmotic pump controled release preparation are mainly discussed.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(25):3488-3490,3491
OBJECTIVE:To study the effects of carbamylated erythropoietin(CEPO)on cardiovascular microcirculation in rats with diabetes mellitus. METHODS:Rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group,CEPO low-dose,medi-um-dose and high-dose groups(500,1 000,2 000 u/kg)with 12 in each group. The rats in the last 4 groups were reduced diabetes mellitus model. All rats were given relevant medicine intragastrically twice a week, coronary microcirculation endothelial cells were separated after consecutive 4 weeks. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was conducted to detect levels of peripheral serum prosta-cyclin (PGI2),vasoconstrictor endothelin-1 (ET-1),angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) and von Willebrand factor (vWF) of rats in each group;in vitro CCK 8 test was used to detect endothelial cell activity(OD value);real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was adopted to detect proliferation-related genes(Ki67,p16),poptosis-related genes(Bad,Bax),and expressions of protein vas-cular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and AngⅠ. RESULTS:Compared with blank control group, levels of PGI2,ET-1,AngⅡand vWF in serum in model group increased;OD value deceased;Ki67,p16,Bax and VEGF expression decreased;the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with model group, levels of PGI2,ET-1,AngⅡ and vWF in serum in CEPO low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups increased;OD value increased;Ki67,p16 and VEGF expression increased;expres-sions of Bad and Bax decreased;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The others had no significant difference(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:CEPO maybe improve the coronary microcirculation function by upregulating VEGF expression in coro-nary microcirculation endothelial cells and promoting endothelial cells’regeneration.
