Coronary heart disease has become a major threat of human health, and its incidence rate remains surprisingly high.In recent years, technology on its diagnosis and treatment has developed greatly.The present article made a review on related new diagnosis and treatment so as to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.

Many researches proved that inflammation plays a decisive role in occurrence, development and prognosis of acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Atorvastatin possesses many other effects besides lipid regulation, and anti-inflammatory effect is the most significant one.Some studies indicated that atorvastatin can reduce levels of high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP), interleukin (IL)-6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α in ACS patients, then inhibit postoperative inflammation, improve postoperative blood flow perfusion and reduce occurrence of acute coronary events.The present article made a review on influence of atorvastatin on levels of hsCRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in ACS patients.

Objective To evaluate the results of surgical treatment for duodenal gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST).Methods Between January 2000 and January 2013,33 patients underwent surgical resection of duodenal GIST in Peking University Cancer Hospital,including local resection and pancreatoduodenectomy.Clinical data,surgical outcome and prognosis were reviewed.Results The median survival time is 94 months (range:55-132 months).The 1,3,5-year survival rates are 97％,89％ and 80％,respectively.The 5 year survival rate of patients after pancreatoduodenectomy and local resection is 78％ and 83％,respectively (P =0.091).It shows that tumor size and mitotic count and Fletcher classification influence overall survival.Conclusions When fulfiling proper safe margins,local resection is a reliable and curative option for most duodenal GISTs.

Objective To research the association of IR and β-cell function with MS in T2DM.Methods 116 T2DM subjects were divided into two groups:MS(n=60)and T2DM(n=56),and FIns,FPG,BP and other items were measured.Results HOMA-IR was significantly higher in MS than in T2DM and control group(P<0.05).HOMA-β was significantly lower in MS than in T2DM and control group(P<0.05).And FPG,waist circumference(WC)in MS group were positively correlated with the IR level(P<0.05).Conclusions The HOMA-IR was highest in T2DM with MS,and HOMA-β was lowest in T2DM with MS

In order to understand the research status of HUANG Fu-mi's A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, 83 pieces of literature that have been publically published since 1978 were analyzed. A summary was performed according to 7 aspects including version origin, emendation, arrangement and summary, theory discussion, clinical research, value evaluation, the rest questions, etc. It is believed that deep research work has been done on explanations, emendation and translation regarding A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion. However, the exploration work on the theory and application is far from enough. Therefore, beginning from historical and cultural background, we should analyze the humanistic spirit of HUANG Fu-mi combined with A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion to perform a deep exploration, so we could have a thorough and comprehensive research on HUANG Fu-mi's academic thoughts.

Objective advance“equal pay for equal work” standard for contract nurses,and approach for effective means of stabilizing nursing staff.Methods in order to improve of nursing staff's ideological understanding,personnel department and nursing department utilize their advantages of political work in the the Communist Party,the Communist Youth League and the Labor Unions,and bridge the cap between contract and staff nurses in clinical department in terms of welfares and promotion to realize the goal of “equal pay for equal work”.Results all contract nurses join the Labor Union.contract nurses play active role in the Commtmist Youth League.Salaries,insurance and other welfares for contract nurses are guaranteed.Contract nurses enjoy equal opportunity of promotion in technical positions and of open recruitment as registered nurses.Conclusion treatment disparity has been effectively alleviated between contract and staff nurses,so that the nursing staff becomes stable.

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of low-dose ketamine for prevention of shivering during cesarean section under subarachnoid space and epidural anesthesia.Methods Ninety pregnant women who scheduled cesarean delivery under subarachnoid space and epidural anesthesia were randomized divided into three groups:control group (30 patients) low-dose ketamine group (30 patients) and high-dose ketamine group (30 patients).0.9％ sodium chloride,0.25 mg/kg(3 ml),and 0.50 mg/kg (3 ml) ketamine were given in three groups before operation.The incidence of shivering and adverse effect were recorded respectively before anesthesia,after anesthesia 15 min and 30 min and after operation 1 h.Results The level of mean arterial pressure (MAP) in control group after anesthesia 15 main and 30 min and after operation 1 h[(62 ± 10),(58 ± 8),(61 ± 11) mm Hg(1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa)] were significantly lower than those in high-dose ketamine group [(78 ± 12),(82 ± 8),(76 ± 11)mm Hg] and low-dose ketamine group [(72 ± 10),(76 ± 6),(80 ± 7) mm Hg],there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).There was no shivering need treat in low-dose ketamine group and high-dose ketamine group.The rate of hallucinations and nystagmus in low-dose ketamine group [0,6.7％ (2/30)] was significantly lower than that in high-dose ketamine group [20.0％ (6/30),50.0％ (15/30)],there was significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The pretreatment with low-dose ketamine on shivering during cesarean section under subarachnoid space and epidural anesthesia has better preventive effectiveness,0.25 mg/kg of ketamine is more effective than 0.50mg/kg.

Objective To evaluate the effects of postconditioning with enalapril on myocardial injury induced by hind limb ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) in rats.Methods Thirty-six healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats,weighing 200-250 g,were randomly divided into 3 groups (n =12 each):group sham operation (group S),group I/R and group enalapril postconditioning (group EP).Limb ischemia was induced by occlusion of bilateral hind limbs for 3 h followed by 3 h reperfusion in groups I/R and EP.At 30 min before reperfusion,enalapril 0.04 mg/kg was injected via the internal jugular vein in group EP,while the equal volume of normal saline was injected in groups S and I/R.The rats were sacrificed at 3 h of repeffusion and myocardial specimens were obtained for microscopic examination of pathologic changes and for determination of cell apoptosis,Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression,superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in myocardial tissues.Apoptosis index was calculated.Results Compared with group S,apoptosis index and MDA content were significantly increased,Bax protein expression was up-regulated,Bcl-2 protein expression was down-regulated,and SOD activity was decreased in groups I/R and EP (P ＜ 0.05).Compared with group I/R,apoptosis index and MDA content were significantly decreased,Bax protein expression was down-regulated,Bcl-2 protein expression was up-regulated,and SOD activity was increased in group EP (P ＜ 0.05).The pathologic changes were significantly attenuated in group EP as compared with group I/R.Conclusion Enalapril postconditioning can attenuate myocardial injury induced by hind limb I/R in rats,and the mechanism may be related to reduction of apoptosis in cardiomyocytes and lipid peroxidation.

Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in hepatocelluar carcinoma cell lines. Methods RT-PCR and immunocytochemistry were use d to investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 in 6 hepatocellular carcino ma cell lines. Result COX-2 mRNA expression was detected in five of six cell lines, and all six cell lines w ere positive for COX-2 protein expression. Conclusion COX-2 is expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma cell li nes, providing basis for the chemoprevention of hepatocelluar carcinoma.
