To investigate the clinical effect of tonifying the kidney and promoting blood circulation to promote oocyte decoction in the treatment of anovulatory infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome. Sixty cases were selected from the out-patient department of Xiyuan hospital of China academy of Chinese medical sciences and the Chinese academy of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese medicine out-patient department. Sixty patients with PCOS patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases and 30 cases respectively. The treatment group was given decoction of the reinforcing kidney, activating blood circulation and ovarian stimulation compound recipe. The control group was treated with clomiphene. Through the treatment of 1-2 courses, in the treatment group the pregnancy rate was 56.67%, the ovulation rate 61%; in control group of clomiphene citrate ovulation ratepregnancy rate was 30% , 72.84% of ovulation rate. The difference was significant between two groups (P < 0.05), the pregnancy rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group. The treatment group has regulatory effect on FSH, LH and their ratio, and increase E2 level, decrease T, PRL, INS and other hormone levels, contributing to the mature development of the follicles and endometrium growth, increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate. The control group on FSH, E2 increased, LH, T, PRL and INS showed no obvious effect.

5.Statistical analysis of articles published and authors of Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery from 2002 to 2012
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2013;12(12):963-966
Objective To investigate the academic level and influence of the Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery from the point of articles published and the authors. Methods The articles and authors of Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery from 2002 to 2012 were retrieved from the Wanfang database and the China National Knowledge Internet database. The full texts were browsed and saved, and then the data were input to Excel for bibliometric analysis. Results There were 1917 articles were published in the Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery during the past 11 years, and the average number of articles per issue was 29.05.The rate of articles with funded projects was 30.62%,and the citation rate was 58.52%.Authors were from 32 provinces, municipalites and Hong Kong. The numbers of articles contributed by authors from Chongqing,Beijing and Shanghai ranked top 3,which were 446(23.27%),240(12.52%) and 203(10.59%),and followed by authors from Sichuan,Jiangshu and Guandong. The number of articles from affiliated hospitals of Medical Schools was 1382 (72.09%).The cooperation rate was 4.37,and the coauthor rate was 90.03%.Conclusions Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery is an academic journal with high quality and strong influence. The distribution of authors of the Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery is wide, and the cooperative rate of authors is high, while the distribution of authors is disproportionate.

Objective To discuss the surgical treatment of delayed acetabular fractures and factors that affect the clinical outcomes. Methods From February 2001 to July 2005, 37 cases of delayed acetabular fractures were surgically treated. There were 22 males and 15 females, with an average age of 36.8 years (17 to 58). 10 cases were simple fractures and 27 complicated ones. The interval between injury and surgery averaged 44.8 days (21 to 399 days). 6 cases were treated through Kocher- Langenbeck approach, 1 ilio- inguinal approach, 2 extended ilio- inguinal approach, and 28 combined approaches. The mean operation time was 226 min (120 to 490 min). The average blood loss was 1 798 mL. Results The mean follow- up period was 18.9 months (6 to 56 months). Evaluation was conducted with Matta' s reduction criteria and modified D’ Aubigne and Postel clinical scoring. Reduction was anatomical in 31 cases, unsatisfactory in 4 and poor in 2. Clinical outcomes were rated as excellent in 21, good in 9, fair in 5 and poor in 2. There was 1 case of femoral head necrosis. Heterotopic ossification developed in 11 cases. In addition, transient paralysis of the sciatic nerve happened in 4 patients. Conclusions In principle, combined or extended ilio- inguinal approach should be reserved for the delayed acetabular fractures with the exception of simple fractures of posterior wall or/and posterior column, anterior wall and anterior column which can be managed by a single approach. The occurrence of arthritis correlates with the severity of the fracture. No direct relation has been found in this series between femoral head necrosis and femoral head dislocation before operation. Severity of fracture, interval between injury and surgery, and skills of orthopedists determine the clinical outcome, operation duration, and perioperative blood loss.

OBJECTIVE To study the rational use of antibiotics in a comprehensive general hospital.METHODS The clinical data of 583 cases used the five kinds of most frequently antibiotics during Nov 20-26,2006 in a comprehensive general hospital were collected and analyzed.RESULTS The total five kinds of most frequently antibiotics used in this hospital were the third generation of cephalosporins,cefoperazone/tazobactam(Kaisi),flomoxef(Fuomaning),cefoperazone/tazobactam(Kaishute),cefpiramide(Xibaiao) and cefoperazone/tazobactam(Xianbita).The daily frequency of these antibiotics was rational to the drug metabolic dynamics characteristics. Some patients received the long time therapy of antibiotic, the longest one was 22 days. The frequency of over-doses in these patients was 19.9%.CONCLUSIONS Antibiotics use is apparently rational in this hospital and the training and education for drug use should be enhanced in the future.

Chinese Journal of Prevention and Control of Chronic Diseases 2006;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the relationship between 5,10-Methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase(MTHFR) gene polymorphisms and colorectal cancer(CRC).Methods Studies were selected based on the criteria for inclusion. The Meta-analysis software,REVMAN 4.2,was applied for checking the heterogeneity across the studies and calculating the pooled OR.The results were evaluated by the analyses of publication bias and sensitivity. Results A total of 9 787 cases and 12 986 controls from 18 studies for C677T and a total of 4 422 cases and 5 819 controls from 9 studies for A1 298C were included. No heterogeneity among the studies was found. For codon 677,the frequencies of CC,CT and TT genotypes were 46.48%,43.81% and 9.71% in cases, and 45.03%,43.08% and 11.89% in controls, respectively. The pooled OR of TT vs.CT+CC was 0.80(95%CI 0.74~0.87).For codon 1 298,the frequencies of AA,AC and CC genotypes were 53.60%,39.39% and 7.01% in cases, and 53.31%,38.67% and 8.03% in controls, respectively. The pooled OR of CC vs.AC+AA was 0.84(95%CI 0.72~0.97).Conclusions MTHFR 677TT is at lower risk of developing CRC and 1 298CC genotypes might be associated with the decreased risk of developing CRC.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2000;0(05):-
Objective: To construct mcpr1prokaryoti c expression vector and to express MCPR1 protein. Methods:PCR was used to obtain coding region of mcpr1. Construction of a high-level fusion protein expression vector pGEX-4T-mcpr1 was conducted by inserting the fra gment of coding region of mcpr1into a fusion protein expression vector pGEX -4T-1. Then the recombinant plasmid was transferred into E. colito prepar e the MCPR1/GST fusion protein. DNA sequencing and endonucleases digesting were used to check the coding region. Results:pGEX-4T- mcpr1 wa s constructed successfully and the coding region was inserted into the vector co rrectly. A new protein band of 36 000 was observed by SDS-PAGE analysis after i nduction by IPTG. The 36 000 protein amounted to 39 percent of the total prote in and existed mostly in precipitation of broken bacteria. Conclusion: MCPR1 protein can be expressed in E. coliexpression system and purif ied initially.
